Doctor Vaynkof is a professional and caring doctor. But my experience with their billing department is beyond frustrating. I have to tell that I have reached out to the billing department a million times prior to posting this review. No one cares! They sent me a bill for a $1,000 for a regular check-up. After spending hours between the office and my insurance - the office admitted that they made a mistake. Then I had a blood work done at the lab and got a bill for $200 . The lab did the blood work based on my doctor's instructions. So I called lab and they told me I need to get this resolved with the doctor's office because they billed me based on what the doctor's notice said. Now it's been a month ever since my insurance and started reaching out to the doctor's office. But the person responsible for communication with the lab doesn't even pick up the phone. This is crazy. Please stay away from this office.
