We have been going to this clinic for 5 years now since our daughter was born. We have been seeing Dr. Cerasoli since forever and I can’t recommend her enough. She is the most caring and compassionate human being and our daughter adores her! She always says she wants to be Dr. Cerasoli when she’ll be older. I communicate with her via the patient portal and always get serious response within reasonable time. We’ve also been seeing by Dr. Alpert who is also beyond amazing! So don’t even think twice- this is the clinic for you. Always there, always caring. 24/7.

Dr. Alpert is warm, honest, detailed and an expert in her field. She listens to us and brings a lot of calm to the new world of parenting. The nurses are also exemplary overall great doctors and nurses.

They are the only doctors I trust with my children! Dr. Cammerman took care of my brother and I since we were children and now he is taking care of our children. They are efficent and thorough and wait times are short. I highly recommend them for the best quality care.

Worst administrative staff of any New York pediatric practice and doctors are mediocre on a good day. They regularly fail to send prescriptions correctly for urgent prescriptions, are rude and completely unresponsive. Save yourself the time and go with a more professional and competent medical practice.

Terrible customer service! I requested camp medical form 1 week ago by phone and by fax, and I called 4 times during the week. I was always told it's on doctor's desk, not signed yet. Today I asked if they can remind the doctor to sign, bcs the camp will start. The staff told me "I told you it's on doctor's desk!" I said why it's so difficult to get just a signature, without the form my kid can't start at the camp. She said "Well It's not just your form!"

We were referred by my husbands brother, who's two grown daughters were patients of Dr. Murphy since they were children. Our son was 6 weeks old when we decided to give Uptown Pediatrics a try. By far it has been the best experience! I immediately had my other two children's medical care transferred over as well. They have been nothing but helpful and informative from the very beginning. The front desk has never given me a hard time, even when I request documents at the very last minute, they are always prompt. The medical assistants are caring, lovable and patient, even with my toddler. We are never turned down for an appointment, even when we have had last minute emergencies or concerns. Dr. Murphy was my children's doctor, until his unfortunate passing. We have switched over to Dr. Larsen. But honestly it does not matter which doctor treats my children, because they are ALL wonderful. The entire staff has been nothing but incredible to me and my family and we will continue to receive their care, until all of my children are adults : )

I have been coming to this clinic for over 13 years and I wouldn't change it for anything!!! First was for my son and then my daughter and we still travel from brooklyn all the way to Uptown Pediatrics!!! Absolutely recommend this clinic to everyone!

I visited them last week for a prenatal visit. When I arrived at the reception desk, they said they charge $50 for the visit and asked me if I still want to see the doctor, only after I took a day off at work and cabbed uptown for 30+ blocks. They could have informed me about that fee when I made a reservation. Also, I’ve done couple of prenatal visits to other pediatrics, including different mout sainai affiliated ones, and never ever asked for such fee for speaking to a doctor for 10 min. Their prenatal visit was very informal and was not differentiated from other places at all. It was just talking to a doc for less than 10 min. I am just mad that they can bully patients so easily like that. Having that kind of policy and mindset, I doubt they really care about their patients’ health and wellbeing. For that reason, I strongly recommend avoiding that place for future moms.

We've been with the practice for over 20 years. They have treated and cared for my 2 boys in the most professional, loving way!! Dr. Cammerman is our Dr., but we've seen all of the Dr''s over the years when we had sick visits or emergencies. They leave no stone unturned, and I can't express enough how wonderful these Doctors and staff are!

We Absolutely LOVE Uptown Pediatrics . The Front Desk Women Are Fantastic, Especially Reyma . Every time I Call Or Come I’m With My 4 Children They Are Polite, Helpful And Amazing . Dr . Cerrasoli and Dr. Alpert Are My / Children’s All Time Favorite Doctors. The Appointments Are Always Done On - Time And They Are Extremely Professional. We Have Been Patients At Uptown Pediatrics For Over 6 Years And We Would Never Want Any Other Clinic For Our Children. If You Want Reliability , Honesty and The Best Care For Your Child Then Take Your Child To Uptown Pediatrics. Also , I Do Not Live Nearby , We Trave Over An Hour To Get There And Always Will . We Love Uptown Pediatrics .
