Went for an excision (mole removal) with Dr. Cossman. I have a real phobia of surgery and could not have had a better experience. Walked me through the whole process, “held my hand” start to finish. Would recommend to anyone who needs anything from a dermatologist, he is first class.

Excellent dermatologist, excellent nurse, excellent office staff. I was offered the opportunity to complete paperwork in advance saving me time on the day of my appointment. I was seen promptly, within about five minutes of my appointment time. My annual skin check was thorough, and the doctor and nurse were both very knowledgeable and personable, answering all my questions never making me feel rushed. I’m thrilled to have found this office.

Wouldn't recommend - they kept me waiting for 30+ minutes after my appointment time with no apology, and seemed very unorganized with referencing my medical records. I had to correct the nurse multiple times when she was recapping my medical records at the beginning, and I think that impacted the final prescription that I was given as I was told they would increase a dosage and instead they just prescribed me the same dosage in less pills. They were all very friendly but I didn't walk away with confidence that they fully knew what was going on.
