After undergoing three microneedling with PRP procedures, I am very pleased with the results. My acne scarring has drastically improved; hence, I would recommend Dr. Buka to anyone who is seeking guaranteed results.

CAROLINE V

The wait time is terrible even when you come on time. They see you for 5 minutes, but you have to wait 40 mins to see them.

Very disappointed in the way they run this office last minute cancellation I’m mean last minute like hours before my appt. or how about I get to there and I can’t be seen and they wanna send me to another location. How a treatment suppose to work when they can’t be consistent. Is Dr. Buka a real person

Sidnia D

MADELINE HERNANDEZ

This office has friendly staff and quick service. I always leave satisfied with my visit.

Zachary Escalante

I’ve been visiting Dr Buka for 2 years treating a small, minor condition (approximately 20 visits conservatively). For each of these I paid copay + they billed my insurance. Two specific visits my treatment was very unsatisfactory - the treatment very obviously failed. I contacted billing said I did not want to be held responsible for these treatments since they were so obviously unsatisfactory (I questioned the nurse practitioner during the treatment and said this did not work in the past) - but they refused to review the charges.

I have been to three of Bobby Buka's offices of dermatology, and it's been a great experience at all three locations. All of the staff was very welcoming, caring and attentive. All staff were educated on my particular need of treatment. And discussed best options for me. I got the privilege to meet Dr Bobby Buka yesterday. He is a very caring; warming person; took the time and asked questions about my life and experience with why I came to see them in the first place. All staff, and Dr Buka are very humble, and were willing to help me. I am beyond grateful for choosing Bobby Buka Dermatology. ALL FACILITIES ARE ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL AND CLEAN.

Sean Rabourn

Great staff and location, but it’s low staffed on the weekends which caused about 1+hr delay and when “diagnosed” with the doctor there was a heavy sense of inconvenience a as patient when asking questions or for opinions.

kira geller

Wait time excessive every time I have been there

Emily Levine

I had a great experience with the office and with Dr. Amy. The office is clean and very well decorated, and the front desk staff was friendly and professional. Dr Amy was professional and pleasant, and made me feel comfortable with my procedure.

Mollie M

Convenient and they listen to you as a patient

Sarah Hoitsma

Everyone was super nice and helpful

Hank O'Donnell

Been going to the Dermatology specialists for 5 years now. They are hands down the best in NYC. All the doctors are knowledgeable and kind. Making appointments and rescheduling are remarkably easy. Plus with the cool interior design they don't feel like stale doctors offices!

Shawn money

Everyone was nice.. and the wait was not long.

Daniel Stevenson

Would give 0 if I could. Don’t bother with these incompetent, rude wannabe doctors who’s support staff enjoy cursing at patients

Jacob Roberts

Fancy office with thoughtful and thorough clinicians and staff.

The check in process was quick as I completed the new patient forms online. Although I didn’t see Dr. Buka, I was well taken care of and given great advice to improve my adult acne.

Rosa Aviles

The place is very clean and staff is friendly and efficient. My one concern is that I have started taking Dupixent and I’m still very itchy I began my first 2 doses on Wednesday 3/13 and todayis is Saturday 3/16 and I have no relief from the medicine yet

Alicia Daniele

Greenwich Village Dermatology was very clean, staffed by friendly people, and efficient. I was in and out of the office within 30 minutes of my appointment time. The doctor made me feel comfortable and conducted an efficient exam.

Gail Marowitz

Great office, great staff, quick wait time and thorough but efficient exam. Best dermatologist experience I've had -- maybe the best medical experience I've had.

STAY AWAY FROM HERE! The only good thing about this office is the woman working the front desk. I came in today (on a Saturday) to see Dr. Spizuoco after booking an appointment on ZocDoc. I walked in and found out apparently Dr. Spizuoco doesn't work on weekends but her nurse practitioner is so I agreed to see her. I waited OVER TWO HOURS to be seen. When I finally was put in a room I waited over an hour and a half, then a nurse came in and gave me attitude the whole time while asking about my history and was so incredibly rude I'm surprised she is allowed to have a position which is client-facing. The only person worse than her was the nurse practitioner. The nurse practitioner was so incredibly condescending. She looked at my skin for a few seconds with a light and I explained how I've had small bumps all over my face for 2 weeks and this has never happened to me before but it's irritating my skin. She then said very condescendingly "have you never had acne before" and I explained yes I have had acne for years and have been seeing dermatologists for over 10 years for my skin but there are small bumps covering my face which are a reaction to something and that's what I needed help with. This nurse practitioner refused to discuss the small bumps and only focused on the couple pimples on my face. I told her I have very sensitive skin and she then prescribed two acne creams which she said would be harsh and drying to my skin. I again said I'm having a reaction all over my face so can she please prescribe something other than acne to help that and she told me to stop using the skincare line I had been using, but I told her I had already been doing that for two weeks now. I had an amazing dermatologist in central jersey and was looking for someone in New York now that I've moved up here and in my 14 years of going to dermatologists I've never had this horrible of an experience. If you're looking for a dermatologist DO NOT come here because they will not help you with any of your skin irritations or problems, they will only insult you and speak condescendingly then prescribe medicines which have nothing to do with your issue on top of having to wait for hours!

joseph lee

I was pleasantly surprised how thorough Dr Buka was during my initial examination. Dr Buka is extremely knowledgeable and a expert in his field of medical specialty practice. Dr. Buka and his entire staff is professional, experienced, and courteous. I highly recommend Dr. Bobby Buka to everyone. I would give him a rating of 10 Stars if it was available.

Nahida Rahman

Great location! The staff is very friendly and helpful, the dermatologists know what they’re doing and are willing to address any concerns you have. They’re very flexible with their process when I brought up some financial issues I was having regarding purchasing a medicine I need. Dr. Melanie is my favorite! Very nice and helpful and always listening for my concerns. They also do have a neat waiting room with books and WiFi Love this place

Gabrielle Antoine

Beautiful facilities, I just feel as the doctors rush you. I didn't get a chance to answer all my questions. I didn't like the sarcasm neither. He barley let me get everything out. He was very quick to leave. I have very sensitive skin, the patch test that they offer left dark spots on my back. If you have sensitive skin I do NOT recommend it.

Nancy Colbert

Whatever your ailment, the Detmatology Specialists can cure it. Thank you, Melanie!

Justyna Malota

Great doctors. They make you feel very comfortable. Would recommend.

Bruno de Roquefeuil

Very good practice. As some comments pointed out, the wait time might be a bit long, however this is because the doctors are taking the time to help patients. Dr Buka treatment helped me a lot. Very helpful staff.

Isabelle Empedrad

Very clean, very professional and friendly staff, and was seen right away

Mary Zehnter

I was able to schedule an appointment on ZocDoc for the next day. Once at the office I Waited no more that 10 minutes. I have Rosacea and needed to get scripts. Quick in and out service. I have a follow up in four weeks to monitor progress.

Fernando Santana Music

Quick attention and solutions. Excellent and clean installations.

Joel Berman

Just an incredible experience . I called in for an appointment as I really needed a diagnosis on a rash I had and they went out of their way to fit me in. Incredible staff extremely professional and overall great experience for a Dr visit.

Ted Chen

Dr. Spizuco, is friendly and efficient. A little on the fast side but there are other patients to see.

Mia Mezi

Stay away from the Eastern parkway location. The office is so disorganized. They said they accept our insurance and then they said the doctor that takes the insurance is not there when we came to check in for our appointment. This happened to us twice. If you value your time, then stay away from this office

Carolyn Lundy

Temujin Scott

I saw Dr. Amy Spizuoco and as always she was very nice and informative!

Martin Ramos

I was so disappointed in my last dermatologist for years I have been going to him. Nothing seemed to help painful injections creams that didn't work and I still had rashes all over my legs which made me self-conscious. But once I attended Bobby buka MD and the doctor that treated me she was amazing wonderful bedside manner Pleasant to speak to and understand and just a joy to be a patient at this facility I recommend it to anyone that's looking for results

Louis M

Anthony Zolanatiaya

Best experience I've ever had in a dermatologist office, the doctors are not only efficient and professional, but they are also easy on the eyes!!

Alexander Herraiz

I was able to schedule an appointment same day. The wait wasn't bad ~5-10 minutes from the appointment time. The doctor and assistants were very nice and addressed my problem immediately. i would recommend it

Glenn Goldstein

I am giving one star since there is no option for zero. I visited the office after making an appointment with Dr Bukka and was told over the phone and in the office that they could not give me any price for the botox treatment I wanted but I would need to be seen. I told them I would not want any treatment without knowing the price as I did not have any medical condition and only wanted a cosmetic injection of botox I was eventually put into a room and someone came in that I later found out was a doctor She gave me a price which was much more than I had been used to paying for the same service and I told her that I was used to paying and I told her I was not interested. This was the entire extent of my interaction in this office. Then I got a bill for $200 and a threat to go to collection. I never received any type of examination, and had no further discussion. The entire time I spent with this "doctor" was about 20 seconds or less. I made it VERY clear that I did not want to be charged or have an office visit til I was informed on the price. They make you sign papers saying you agree to their office visit initial fee (I can now see why) but I made it quite clear that I only wanted a price and the staff told me the doctor would give me the price. this is clearly a SCAM operation and you should think twice before scheduling!

Celeste Randall

Best dermatologists I have ever seen, also the office feels like a Buddhist temple!!!

Lindsey Noto

Lorraine Sabalja

Excellent appointment with very competent professional doctors. I had to take off 1 star because I waited a little long this time, but this is usually not the case.

Monzu Haque

I was surprised at how well Bobby Buka's microneedling with PRP worked after just one treatment. My indented acne scars are almost invisible now!

Lauren Galliford

Aamir Sarwar

Reasonably quick and very professional, but probably won’t be back. Wait time was a little high (~20 min) even though I was on time but that is fairly normal. As a first time patient I expected to at least be asked if I wanted a general skin exam (I would have said yes) but wasn’t. The assistant (I am unsure of her exact role/title) was very helpful and friendly, while the physician who actually diagnosed me and prescribed me medication was very direct and somewhat curt.

Al Festa

Dr. Spizuoco is a best possible scenario. I've never had a better doctor. Ms. Franceschina, PA-C is also incredible, and the receptionists cannot be kinder!

Kristina Minor

Dr. Spizuoco was so amazing. She talked through all procedures and I felt a part of the process. She went above and beyond to make sure we did the best thing for me the long run.

JS

Great experience! Love Dr. Amy S! She was warm and thoughtful and took time to explain everything to me!

John o'brien

My overall experience was fantastic from the moment I walked in to when I left. I saw Dr. Allison Gruen for a minor procedure. She was extremely knowledgeable, kind, and gave me some recommendations for post procedure home care. Thank you, Dr. Gruen and to all the staff at the Greenwich Village location.

Julia McElroy

Office looks nice, front desk was ok, visit was overall pleasant.

Francis Alfonso

Emery LeCrone

I was hoping to go here as a first time patient and had a very unpleasant experience with the receptionist over the phone. They were very rude and consistently interrupted instead of listening to concerns that I had as a first time patient. Its so disappointing since I was recommended this doctor though a friend and was hoping to have a positive experience. I had made an appointment and then when they called to confirm the time it was for a different time then previously stated and then I was told I need a referral from my insurance company (Fidelis) even after I spent hours yesterday on the phone with the doctors office and Fidelis confirming that I didn't. Then the receptionist told me that I may need to bring additional documents to be sure I wasn't billed as a specialist visit which made no sense since I had mention I spoke with my insurance and that this was just preventative care. She was over all very rude and confrontational. If they treat prospective new patients this badly I am amazed they even keep their business. Complete waste of time and energy just to even try to see the doctor. Don't waste your time.

Valerie H Holly

All of the staff were professional and courteous to me. Also the wait time was not too long, which I appreciated.

stephen raynolds

The service is excellent Bobby Buka and he's staff are the best in the stethic and medical field. They are very professional and helpful. They know what they are doing. The office at Greenwich is adorable, love the vintage vibe of. The decorations and art all around the location are very nice. If you are looking for a good specialist, this is the place to go. Totally recommend it.

Lareina Bellecour

Gabriella (medical assistant) is the bomb diggity. I also saw doctor Fitzgerald who's also great! Thank you.

Srikanth Gurram

John Larson

great visit, very thorough...great doctor...a positive experience. doctor was very knowledgeable

Ross Wariner

Terrible. Avoid if possible.

Carmen B

The staff is very friendly I’ve had a couple of small procedures done and never have any problem I would recommend them to all of my friends and family.

SYED SALMAN

Doctor Buka is my dermatologist from last 4 years now. It took me 15 years to find the right dermatologist who understand skin and knows how to fix it. I have referred atleast 15 people to him and every single person is almost as satisfied as I'm with his services. He also accepts Medicaid insurances. One of the best part about his practice is that he prescribe the best medication out there.

Natasha Fields

Money hungry. Very unprofessional. I feel like attacking all of the staff for wasting my time.

Dean Mitchell

Mari Gala

Great office, very informed, loved the interaction and exam was very through.

Bintou Kabba

Kayla Graves

Everything was going fine with a pretty routine appointment until the doctor asked if I was on Medicare (I have great private insurance with a low specialist copay) and then continued to insinuate multiple times during the rest of the consultation that if I couldn’t afford the branded product (I most definitely can), I could “always call back to get the generic prescription.” I have a combined household income well and beyond six figures. This type of implied bias is incredibly unprofessional, especially in 2019! I will be taking my business elsewhere.

caroline anabel

Best decision. I have ever made. Go to them! My hair is growing so fast, I’m so happy

L SE

I see Dr. Amy S, and she is very thorough, but quick. But I never feel rushed with her. So glad I found her and will recommend her to friends and family

Basil Saylor

The doctor in my case is Dr. Amy Spizuoco at Greenwich Village Dermatology. I had been getting biweekly cortisone injections for some keloids on my ear. It was having some effect, but at roughly $54/injection, it was starting to add up (all the numbers I will quote here are what I was billed after insurance). The doctor told me basically every time that she recommended a surgical procedure to have them fully removed, and gave me the insurance code for it multiple times, so that I could find out the cost beforehand. Finally I decided that it might be best to go forward with the surgery, but I wasn't sure whether I could just show up for my next appointment and have them do it then, or if I should reschedule, since I didn't want to waste an appointment. I called the office to make an inquiry about it, and after encountering one receptionist who couldn't understand what I was trying to ask, finally got someone who told me they'd send a query to the doctor and get back to me with an answer. Unfortunately something in this process is very inefficient; I don't know whether it's the message system, or the doctor's speed at responding, or what, but basically, I didn't get a call back before it was time for my appointment. So to recap, I called the office and asked a question very specifically about whether I needed to come in for my upcoming appointment. I was told I would receive an answer. I never received this answer. So I figured, I would go in, and it would have to get sorted out in person. Fine. Both the nurse and the doctor apologized for having wasted my time coming in; they didn't have time to do the procedure that day and I would have to come back. We briefly discussed the surgical procedure again, nothing new there, and she sent me on my way. Imagine my surprise when I showed up two weeks later to be told that I owed $64. More than it had cost to have the injections done, which tipped me off that it wasn't a charge for an injection that I had missed somehow. I asked what the charge was for, and was given the run around for a few minutes, being told, “Your visit on [the date that literally nothing happened].” Finally after talking to several people, I was informed that the doctor had billed me for a consultation. I explained that we had already discussed the procedure several times, and that I wouldn't have had to come in at all if they had bothered to call me back, but no resolution could be had. Finally I called the billing department, and asked them to speak to the doctor about the matter, since she was well aware of how many times I had come in before, and the fact that everything could have been handled over the phone just as well. But they told me that the doctor refused to rectify the situation, and that I was still liable for the $64. Just as a side note, while I was in the waiting room on that last day, I saw a man come in and speak to the receptionist asking if there was a doctor available for a walk-in checkup regarding a previous appointment. They told him he had a large balance due, and that it was payable immediately; mind you, the man had just walked in randomly. He asked if he had to pay it right then; they asked, “Can you pay any of it?” He was in the middle of getting out the cash he had on his person to hand over when an actually competent receptionist interrupted to say, “We haven't even sent you that bill yet. You don't have to pay it now, you can wait.” My doctor was well aware that I was conscientious about my money, since I had opted for an over-the-counter medication for a different issue that had turned out to be quite expensive to have treated at the office. We also talked about insurance and deductibles a lot. Did that stop her from erroneously charging me for a consultation, when she spent about 5 minutes telling me to reschedule? No. These people are ludicrous.

Priscilla Giler

The staff is friendly in person, but if you have to reschedule an appointment over the phone they can be rude. I’ve been coming to this location for over 2 years, and I’ve never been seen on time. Waiting can go from 30 to over hour! On my last appointment, I waited for 1 hour. No one came to check on me, and when I asked someone on where my Dr. was, she simply didn’t know. When the Dr. showed up, she was in a rush and frantically trying to get her things together. There was no “sorry for being late” or explanation. Completely unprofessional. Needless to say, I won’t be coming to here again.

Jonathan Banayan

Dr. Buka was amazing. The staff was so kind courteous and professional. Highly recommended.

Dylan St. John

Natalie Vita

I’m torn. The doctors are great however their front desk staff is a huge time suck. I’ve had three encounters with them so far already. 1) I arrived for my appointment and they said I didn’t have one. I literally spoke to someone on the phone the day prior and made an appointment. It wasn’t until I yelled at them the manager went and found a doctor that could see me. 2) They were supposed to call me about my lab results for a biopsy and no one called. 3) They scheduled a follow up appointment for me and when I got there the doctor was confused as to to why I was scheduled an appointment because my biospsy results were normal. If you have a lot of time to spare, definitely go to this office because the DOCTORS are awesome!

Octberyl Sapphire

My malsema, adult acne n uneven skin is under control n much better than I started seeing them. there's also little to no time waiting with nice n warm reception overall.

Danica Lamphere

I followed Dr. Began to this new office from her last one. She's a wonderful Doctor who listens and dose treatment plans based on what's actually going on. I've sent three different friends to her and each one is on a different treatment plan so there is no cookie-cutter treatments. The new office is super nice and modern and very clean. The office staff wasn't the friendliest but wasn't enough to deter me from definitely coming back in the future. Highly recommend.

Rishi Singh

Dr. Jina and staff are absolutely amazing! Put me ease, took the time to answer all my questions, and were all around so kind and did a great job! Thank you to everyone at the office!

William Wilson

Very professional

Maureen Wilson

The service was great, people are always very friendly, and I got what I needed to be done.

Katherine G Tharp

Love this practice, and the last two visits were amazing. Everything from the skill of the practitioners and courtesy of the folks at reception to the ambiance is excellent. Melanie is fantastic. Bonus points for the black velour skull wallpaper in the restroom, the Eames chairs in the reception area, the super weird ostrich picture in the treatment room, and the seltzer in the retro fridge :-)

Sarah Miller

I found this business through ZocDoc because they take my health insurance. Walking into the West Village reception area I felt like I was in someone’s living room and was offered a beverage from their retro red refrigerator. The appointment itself was on time and short. I met with a friendly assistant first to give her my basic info and issues then met with the doctor who was upbeat and pleasant. I was and have been pleased with the outcome. I have a follow-up tomorrow afternoon. I would and have already recommended this business to friend (s).

Chelly Aguayo

The person I saw for my initial appointment was discombobulated and kept exclaiming how long of a day she’d had. Great impression when needing a biopsy. She took the biopsy which required stitches and told me come back in 2 weeks to get the stitches out and receive my biopsy results. I was told that the stitches shouldn’t be in longer than two weeks, so I adjusted my schedule to book it 2 weeks out. I proceeded to receive multiple confirmations in text AND email only then to have them call me a day before my appt to say that they need to reschedule me for the following week. I explain that I need these stitches out- per their instructions and basically had to make them fit me in that day. They didn’t have my biopsy results and told me I’d receive a call. Over a week goes by (now we’re at 3 weeks when told biopsy results take 2 weeks) and no call, so I call. I’m told someone will call me back. No call. Finally after several days and calling more times, someone deigns to call me back leaving a brief, unapologetic voicemail with my results. Jesus, it was a biopsy! People don’t take those lightly, especially when the doctors office doesn’t seem to care at all. Will never return.

Nikki Gordon

Overall poor experience and poor professional care. Unnecessary testing was done, which required a follow up appointment in which i was advised no copay would be needed for the second visit. Months later, collections reached out for outstanding balances owed for treatments that were never communicated. A year later I am still receiving emails for co-payment invoices...

alex dominguez

I had a keloid removal appointment set up for today and they said that the last doctor that was taking care of me should’ve set an appointment for radiation and never did and never mentioned anything so I came for no reason and made me wait longer for the removal!

Nozomu Shoji

The worst Dermatology ever. I don't recommend, but I give you three tips if you have to go; 1. The booking system is broken: Don't trust their online booking system even you receive a confirmation/reminder email. In my case, the confirmation email was ok, but at reminder email which I received a short before the booking the time, location was changed. Don't forget to call to confirm the time and location. 2. Be patient in a room Ok, you finally reach the place and walk into a room. Be patient, you have to wait for a long time. I had waited for 45 minutes after I was told "The doctor will come soon" by her assistant. 3. Reminde them to send the prescription to a pharmacy You are asked about your pharmacy, but they just don't record it. So, before going to the pharmacy, don't forget to call them to ask sending the prescription. Till you asked, they won't do anything, but go to the gym. Finally, the staff are very rude, inefficient, unmotivated, unprofessional and useless. Be patient.

Geb Berry

The Mcdonalds of dermatology, only saw PA, he's got like 4 locations so you wont see him. Treatment was fine, wait time, painful. First time in 30 minutes in waiting room, 15 in room waiting for the PA. For the follow up my 13 year old daughter was billed $40 deductible in 2 minutes, and then kept waiting for 90 more before being given a two minute looks fine and sent home. When I complained, I was told that is standard service, and no I wouldn't get a discount/deductible returned. Don't go see Dr Bobby...unless you have time to kill

Katherine Ozga

The doctors at this practice are great! They are easy to talk to, listening to your concerns as well. Wait time is also short which is awesome and it shows the staff and doctors care about their patients. I definitely recommend this place for any dermatological issues.

Efi Latifi

Very disappointed by the way they removed my moles and left scars. Even the plastic surgeon did not offer using laser like I was told by Dr Buka. I like the funky style but the quality of medical service has more value at the end.

Courtney Burns

Dennis Jimenez

Dr Buka and his staff are professional, courteous and I would highly recommend for all your dermatological needs.

symone mabry

Lucienne Armand

It's a very pleasant place to be treated. The doctors and the staff are excellent, professional and friendly.

Shimshi I

Terrible costumer service

Gen Ryan

Best waiting room in the city. The music is great, there are a ton of vinyl records, and Polar Seltzer in the fridge. There’s a Twin Peaks skate deck on the wall in one of the exam rooms. PLUS, the level of care is amazing. All of my concerns were quickly addressed, and an issue I had with my health insurance was worked out promptly by the desk staff who personally assured it was solved.

Siddharth Aeron

Th doctor made the wrong diagnosis which I realized after 3 or so weeks when my skin condition worsened! I had to see two more doctors after that to ascertain the reason for the rash!

Shimshy itz

poor service waiting over 4 weeks for my results

Daniela Nicita

You did not accept my insurance and the appointment was cancelled

Brendan Sexton

Always attentive, approachable, informative. And has a gentle touch. thanks

Irene Morales

Ashton Frulla: Profesional, patient and compassionate. I came to Dr. Bobby Buka because of the high ratings and his team did not disappoint! Ashton Frulla and his assistant Monica were so professional and patient with me and Frulla really went above and beyond with his bedside manner and care. I came in because I had infected ear piercings and I was already traumatized, worried that I would keloid up and that the skin on my ears would be ugly forever! And I am *not* easy to deal with. Not only did Frulla (and Monica) put me at ease, he treated my ears and the infection went away in no time! I can’t say it enough: professional, polite and compassionate! I can’t wait for my future visits to address my additional skin care needs! 10/10!!

Jarek Markocki

Friendly atmosphere, thorough examination, flexibility in appointments, good follow up. Recommended.

Tazmanian Hat

Unprofessional, unresponsive, consistently wait until the last minute to communicate with patient, use their front desk staff to explain things that only billing / medical staff should communicate. Staff frequently doesn't have proper training to do the job. Nine times out of ten I am put on hold for extended periods of time (I hang up after 20 minutes) or cannot get through to the office. Unbelievable they are still opening new offices with their level of unprofessionalism and being understaffed.

leisa gibson

I arrived Early for my Appointment. The Offices were Nicely Decorated and Located in the West Village!! The (3) Receptionists were Quick and Pleasant! Once I filled out the Necessary Paperwork; I was escorted to a Small, Clean Exam Room. A Kind, Pleasant PA, (with an Intern), Examined me and Prescribed Medicine for my Skin Issue Quickly. Dr. Bobby's Office had a Nice, Artsy, Efficient Vibe!! I will Definitely go Back!!

Nathalie Avery

The office is really cool. Does not look like the typical doc office, which helps my son relax. Waiting time was short. The doc showed very good side manners. She was very engaging with my son and treat him with a lot of respect. It warmed my heart. She paid attention to details and listen. She showed very good knowledge of the speciality. We finally found a very good dermatologist doctor. And we're coming all the way from NJ

Karen Riposo

Dr. Bobby Buka is phenomenal! He is kind competent and truly a beautiful human being.

Natalie Weiner

Rude reception staff and uneducated, sloppy doctors. I was advised to have a patch of skin removed as a precaution and the doctor completely botched the job, leaving me with a huge red gash in my leg when I was told it would be a small thin line. To add insult to injury, I later received a bill for $800! When I made a follow up appointment with the doctor to see if anything could at least be done for the gash she put in my leg, she sent some intern with an attitude to see me, leaving me with no resolution.

Ava Newman Sterling

Once again they dunned me for a paid bill. Beware. Too bad the doctors are wonderful but they must know that the billing department is incompetent.

Julien De Repentigny

Awful clinic i do not recommend anyone going there. I had an appointment. They made me wait over 1h and couldn’t care less. If you have the choice go somewhere else.

Brian Hotaling

Very efficient and caring services.

kendra daly

The experience was lovely. It was way more than I expected. I love everything about it. Customer service is A1. I will never stop going to them. After being at the E.R twice in a week they made me feel even better.

Emily Medina

I wrote the following review two weeks ago, but didn’t post because I was giving this office a second chance. However, today I came in and have had exactly the same issues and this was on a slow Wednesday. This time I did not wait in the waiting room for more than five minutes, but I was sat in an exam room alone for over 30 minutes. Truly unacceptable. Now scroll down to see my review that I should have posted last time and gone with my gut: I have been coming here for probably close to a year. Every time I come I have a long wait. Today, I had a 4:10 appointment. I arrived at 4 and got situated. Waited about 20-25 minutes to be taken back into a room. Once the assistant checked me in, I waited for another hour! No one came in to check on me. I had to call someone down in the hallway. This is no way to treat patients. If you were backed up, a fair warning and apologies before a long wait goes a long way. I will be finding a new dermatologist.

I had my initial consultation which was great. There after I was rescheduled 3 times for the Appointment to start the initial work. It has now been almost 2 months since my consultation and I have yet to book an Appointment to have the dermatology work done.

Had some growths removed from my scalp. Dr. Amy and her team were very pleasant, made me feel well cared for, and the procedure was painless. I would recommend Dr. Amy Spizuocco!

Elmer Lang

Dr Spizuoco is an excellent dermatologist, bright, knowledgable and professional. Wait time is negligible and this last apointment she gave me a skin scan and quickly found a none too obvious skin cancer which she removed that day. Extremely satisfied with her as my derm.

Always running late, they charge you even if you stop to say hi, and fundamentally useless... I have been wasting my time and money, lots of money, and going through a lot of pain to remove some simple warts, with no results... I also got two cysts removed in one of the affiliated clinics, with the following results: in one case, the scar is bigger than the original cyst; in the other, the wound on the scalp is still oozing pus after 7 months!!!!!!!!! - most likely, because of an underlying abscess..... Stay away

Amazing services!

Frances Angulo

Amazing bedside manner, great office, friendly staff, excellent treatment experience. Everyone is always knowledgeable and helpful. I have consistently experienced a delay relative to appointment time, so add in about a half hour padding to your expectations.

(written for my wife Byoung) She received attention for a scalp condition from Melanie Nevid here a couple of weeks ago and wanted to make another appointment. Getting through customer service on the phone proved impossible so she went in, since we live nearby. The first words out of the receptionist's mouth were, "We don't accept walk-in patients." When my wife explained, the woman looked up the account and said, "Melanie doesn't accept Medicare." My wife explained that three weeks ago she DID accept it. My wife finally did make an apppointment with another doctor there who accepts Medicare, but of course the continuity with the original doctor has been lost. Anyone considering this dermatology group should note the foregoing.

This review is for Amy Spizuoco. I would give her 0 stars if I could. DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR! 1. She was over an hour late to my appointment 2. She was incredibly rude 3. She barely checked my skin when I paid for a skin cancer screening 4. She told me she was doing a biopsy on a mole, she extracted the ENTIRE MOLE without telling me. 5. She (wrongfully) judged my financial status and brushed off my inquiry about laser removal, stating it was "too expensive" for me. The most unprofessional doctor I have ever been to. Do not go here!

They messed up my information and gave the wrong birthdate to CVS. It took me three hours to fix the situation! I’d never go back there ever! and i am reporting them to board of health New York. Healthcare should be taken seriously how can they have gotten my birthdate wrong ? Idiots ! If your black or brown do not go here they only want white or Jewish clients. I’ve never been treated so poorly before.

SUMMARY: After several expensive treatments at this office, I was a couple minutes late (though I called and let them know) and Dr. Spizuoco refused to see me *or talk to me* for an appointment I'd scheduled months in advance. I'm not convinced the doctor was even there. They then called me an hour later to say they could "fit me in". I had a treatment with Dr. Spizuoco, my fourth time seeing her. For the first 2 appointments I was over 10 minutes early and wasn't seen until at least 15 minutes after the scheduled time. This time I was stuck in a crazy traffic jam. I had left an hour early and the drive was only supposed to take 30 minutes at most, so I was planning on arriving early. I tried to call to tell them I would be a couple minutes late but since the office doesn't even open until 9 am, I was sent straight to voicemail. (The last time when I arrived early I had to stand outside until someone came and unlocked the doors right at 9 am.) At about 9:02 I finally reached someone on the phone. I told them I was a couple blocks away in traffic and would be there as soon as possible, hopefully by 9:10. The receptionist said I would need to reschedule. As a teacher it is really hard for me to find time for these appointments. The treatment I am doing takes a few days to recover from, despite what Dr. Spizuoco claims. I had this appointment for several months. I arrived at exactly 9:09. The three receptionists barely made eye contact as they told me I would have to reschedule. They explained that they can only allot 30 minutes for each patient and my treatment is an hour and a half so I couldn't start late. This did not make sense. Was Dr. Spizuoco planning to see another patient at 9:30 even though my treatment would not be complete? None of the receptionists answered our question. I also know that my last treatment took less than an hour. I then insisted on being able to speak with Dr. Spizuoco directly. One of the three receptionists said "I don't think she's here yet. Is she?" Another receptionist quickly interrupted her and said "yes yes she's in the lab." They refused to "bother" her but finally someone went to "talk" to her. The receptionist came back and said she couldn't abandon her lab work to talk to us. Not only am I not convinced she was even in the building yet (the last time I had a 9am she walked in after me at about 9:04), but if she was in the building how was she already so engrossed in lab work that she couldn't talk to me? I was her scheduled appointment for that time. Most unbelievably, they later called to say they could "fit me in" because she "moved things around". This was incredibly insulting as we had begged them to let us start only 9 minutes late, and now she wanted to start 48 minutes late as if it was no big deal. This was by far the most upsetting experience I have had at a doctor's office. I have seen Dr. Spizuoco three times. Once for a consultation, and then twice for treatments which are very expensive. I could not believe she wouldn't even talk to me after I have arrived early to every other appointment and made a huge effort this day to call and let them know I was rushing as fast as I could after a traffic jam.

Came in to inquire about two cosmetic procedures. Dr.Taud was the doctor who I had an appointment with, he told me my BMI is 37 at 207 pounds 5'8? Im pretty sure it was wrong questioned it and he told me the same thing. Meet with another doctor that afternoon and she told me my BMI is 31-32 which is correct. He was also rushing, which made me uncomfortable. I asked about prices, was given a number to this specific department, called twice, still no one has called me back. Dissapointed.

Antoinette Livingston

The doctor who did the incision on my right ear was not vocal. We shook hands greeting each other which quickly followed numb medication on right ear. He went on to place cloth over keloid and began to cut. All the while, the doctor has not uttered a word. He made me feel like I was just a number and not a patient. We were done in 15 minutes tops. This place remind me of an assembly line. An utter disgrace.

Great, attentive and detailed care!
