I have been a patient here for about a decade, but have not been there in a few years. I called to schedule an appointment because I have been sick for almost 3 weeks and already went to urgent care a week ago, so this was clearly the next step. The receptionist told me she could not give me an appointment until 19th. That's a whole week away! She also told me to go to urgent care again. This is absolutely ridiculous. I explained the difference in the co-pay and that I had already been to urgent care, but she kept saying there were no appointments. Never have I had this experience there before. In the past I was always fit in that day or the day after. I cannot believe I was turned away and it is clear I am sick (congested and can barely speak). Finding a new primary care doctor immediately.

They usually get me in quick, hardly a wait at the office. They always made sure my visits and such are properly covered by my insurance. I wish they were open on the weekends though.
