I am so beyond surprised by everyone’s reviews! I go here every two weeks for laser and chemical peels. They have an office closer to where I live, but I take the ride down to Central Park south because I like the team there so much!!! I’ve suffered from acne since I was young and this is the first time in my life that I’ve gotten amazing results and clear skin!! The staff is friendly, takes their time, and answers all questions. They always tell me how much things cost before I commit to any treatments, so I’ve never had a problem financially. I’ve also never once written a review on google, but I was so sad to see all these reviews that I wanted to shine a light on what an incredible experience I’ve had and continue to have at Radiant Skin! Also, shout out to Ashley (she does my peels and laser) - she’s seriously a miracle worker!! I can’t even rave enough about how grateful I am for them and how amazing I think they are!!! Don’t let the negative reviews sway you, bc radiant skin is AMAZING.

They have a habit of administrating services at in inflated price without informing the patient of the cost. I was also told that they accept my insurance only to max out my deductible. A 15 minute visit costed me $1,800. To make matters worst they put my account into collections for a balance of $300.

This place sucks! Workers are impolite and unprofessional. Felt that even during my first visit. Never had this awful experience before. These reviews are real, everyone should see it before go there. It is a waste of time and money.

Run run run from this practice! Before I went last week I didn’t read the terrible reviews on yelp which i regret fiercely. Anyway, I first met with a medical assistant who took photos of my hair and told me i would probably need a special shampoo. I then met with the doctor who didn’t even examine my scalp but proceeded to tell me I needed PRP or Eurothreads for my hair. I was interested but I also thought there might be something else going on so asked her to do blood work. Now the key here: she said she would call me or text me with the results but let’s immediately schedule an appointment afterwards. They were very pushy about scheduling another appt. I wasn’t sure about the appointment but I definitely wanted my results so I waited a week- nothing. I called on Tuesday and I was told someone would call me back - they did not. I called today and I was told it was office policy to not provide results over the phone. What office policy? This was not communicated to me EVER. Not only did the doctor specifically tell me she would contact me with the results but no one ever mentioned this policy. Ever. The office is very difficult for me to get to from work and I’m not going back. However, they are obviously so desperate for money that they will literally withhold your results to get you back in the office. This is the most tacky and unprofessional place I’ve ever seen. DO NOT GO HERE. I’ll make sure to get the word out, too.

I love Dr. Dele Michael had skin tags removed two years ago. The tags never returned. I had the procedure in Washington, DC and they returned. The staff are all awesome. I have recommend her to others and they are HAPPY.

If I can give this location less than a star I would when I tell you this place is horrible it’s horrible they only have it to bill insurance!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I visited this place like 3 times the first time I went there I seen a female doctor she didn’t even examine my face she just went ahead and told me we doing laser and your insurance covers it and a chemical peel which she never did but still billed the insurance I was confused didn’t even know what where the benefits of the laser or even what was my skin type she then said make an app for 2 weeks so we can do another laser but a lil stronger. Second time I came it wasn’t even the same doctor she was asking me what the last doctor did on my face and I had to tell her she than put me under a light for 15 min and said when it turned off I can leave she also said that when I came back she will preform a chemical peel which never happened!! The last time I came I was sitting in the room and the assistant was asking what was preform on my face and that she will do a laser and chemical peel since that’s what I want the doctor never even came in the room it was very unprofessional i got up and left didn’t even do anything because the first doctor had a plan and now eveyone else was like in the limbo this place is horrible not only that the rooms are dirty they rush you out don’t even examine the face there’re just there to bill insurance I advice people to stay away and find a place where they will really make you feel like they care or even like they know what they doing NEVER AGAIN WOULD I GO BACK TO THIS PLACE

I posted this review on Yelp about 4 months ago, but I wanted to post it here so EVERYONE knows how horrible this place is. TERRIBLE place. Truly. I believe my Dr's name was Joseph. The skin care she suggested DESTROYED my skin. I explained to her I was very sensitive, yet everything she said would be good for me was VERY harsh. I purchased a few products from them, which were all overpriced, and not a single one worked well for me. They told me I would get a discount if I purchased all the items together, yet I received an invoice weeks later saying I still owed them money. How does that make sense?!?!?! After explaining there is nooo way possible that I was short money wise the girl on the phone basically tells me oh well youre gonna have to pay it. DISGUSTING. Horrible service and all they want is MONEY MONEY MONEY. You're whole appt will be them trying to shove services on you. I wish I had never gone. Update: I am still being harassed for the balance of money I NEVER OWED. I am disgusted by their business, especially their customer service...such as the female who told me maybe I didn't have the money at the time and it's my problem. Completely unprofessional and IGNORANT. Anyone who brings business to them is beyond foolish. Save yourself, your money and your time.

I highly recommend patients verify the cost of treatments by Adebola Dele-Michael and her team prior to committing to any procedures with her. Adebola had told me that no copayments would be necessary for my required follow-up visit after completing a chemical peel. After completing two sessions, i received the bills for all of the follow-up visits. When I communicated to the billing department that I was specifically told I would not be charged for these visits, they would not honor what I was told. Instead, I got the bills and credit warnings if I do not pay. This is a convenient scam her office has to fill her pockets. Tell patients one thing about the full cost of treatments so that she can make a sale and then charge them afterwards. If she simply does not know what the full cost will be and whether insurance covers something, then she should be telling patients she doesn't know. She shouldn't be committing to an answer and then not honoring her own word. I wouldn't be so upset by this incredibly unprofessional treatment if her bedside manners during the visits were at least decent. Of the 4 visits I made, she saw me only the first time. And that first consultation felt rushed and as if she just wanted to make a sale and then get out. I do not feel like she invested time to listen to me and actually examine me. She advised on getting a chemical peel, assured me I wouldn't be charged additional co-payments, and once I was locked in, she handed me off to some technician and was never to be spoken to again. And now, I sit here annoyed that I have to pay extra bills for visits I was told I would not be billed for. Be advised. Take your business elsewhere.

Where do I begin? I went with my friend to her appointment. Initially everything was great the staff that greeted was good. So I asked if I could be seen also. Ashley the MA she was really pleasant,she help me to get an appointment that same day, and that is where it stoped. Dr. Dele- Michael came in. She was ok, she review everything I went over with her assistant and she started doing the procedure. I had a wart on my finger and skin tags to be removed. Dr Michael never went over the side affect of the liquid nitrogen. I was in so much pain it was unbearable and the post procedure pain From the removal of the skin tag. This is where thing took a turn for the worst. When I got home that afternoon I went to dinner I needed my ID to order a cocktail.I realized at that moment my insurance card and drivers license was never returned to me. I called the office first thing the next day “ the Receptionist/manager” with an attitude said: “I was the one who cleaned up and I didn’t see it. I’m sure I gave it back to you.” I was like no sir you didn’t. I remember how that day went and I never received my belongs back. He told me he would check when he gets back to the office and give me a call fast forward one week later I never received a callback. I suggested that they look at the camera to prove that he never gave it back. Of course they didn’t. They probably allegedly using my insurance card to do insurance fraud who knows. That’s was my experience just be aware.

I had my acne treatment done here and I've been free from acne ever since then. I also had a biopsy procedure done here. I am very happy with both results. The fees were affordable and commensurate with the services. I would highly recommend. Stay beautiful!

I have never in my life felt so robbed & dehumanized. This facility overcharges for services, the doctor only cares about money & not the least bit interested in the patient's well being. The products she sell are over priced my debit card was mistakenly over charged; staff lies & is unable to give an accurate account of what you're billed for. Overall very dishonest physician & staff. I would not recommend anyone to go here, unless your rich & do not mind being ripped off!
