I was impressed by her valuable knowledge to enhance my appearance. I hate writing reviews but felt it was important to take my time and write this one. As someone who dealt with terrible acne and scarring since high school, I’m used to seeing dermatologists. This office and team is unlike any of the others I’ve been to. No feeling rushed, being told there wasn’t much they could do, things not being explained or being given options that weren’t the best for my skin as a woman of color (burning, peeling, looking worse before it got better, etc.). Their recommendations have been wonderful and the expectations have been realistic. People say to love the skin you’re in. This is literally the first time in my life I really feel that way. Now people are complimenting my skin and asking my routine. Others saw the improvement before I did. I don't hesitate to say the office of Dr. Dele-Michael has been a huge help and I’ve been using my sunscreen daily! (I didn’t mean to plug products but the one from Dr.Dele-Michael’s brand is the only one that consistently works for me as a daily wear option and doesn’t make me sweat (am I the only one who’s dealt with that?) Big thanks to Dr. Dele-Michael and those I’ve had the privilege of being helped by in the Central Park office: Olga, Ashley, and Tina. Talk about a dream team. If you’re still reading, I wish you well on your skincare journey and hope you’ll stop your search now- you’ll be in the best hands!

This was my first time going to a dermatologist, and I saw Dr. Dele-Michael for an ongoing acne scarring issue. She did not look at my skin thoroughly, and the procedure that she recommended did not seem specifically tailored to my needs. It seemed like the same procedure for every patient, with various skincare problems. There were an overwhelmingly, confusing amount of cream samples to apply at different times and follow-up instructions for me to keep up with. The nurse was not friendly and rushed through my chemical peel. When I asked what the best option would be for my skin, Dr. Dele-Michael gave a number of different options and seemed not to know what would work. I was told come back for a chemical peel and laser treatment and tried booking an appointment twice. Both times no one would help me, via online and telephone! She prescribed me with a pill and night cream that do not work at all, and was mainly trying to promote her products and Instagram page, rather than help heal my skin. Everything was a sign not to go back. Don't waste your money!

This doctor treated me very disrespectfully after I politely explained to her that my 10+ chemical peel sessions were not showing results. She got offended and instead of helping me find a different solution, she told me she wouldn't treat me anymore and a physician told me my appointment was done. Very humiliating! Her assistants are great but I do not recommend this doctor.

I love the office environment and the staff, they are very professional. The doctor is willing to work with your time, for those who have busy schedules like mine. I am really pleased!!

I have been a patient of Dr Dele Michael for over 6 years, she is wonderful doctor. She is abreast on the latest technology and procedures and goes out her way to make sure you get the right treatment. She is caring and listens to your concerns. Sometimes you may have a wait but it so worth it. I rather have a doctor who takes her time than someone who rushes you through your visit. I will continue to see her for all my skin care needs. As a women of color she understands our skin.

FIRST, Please note, I would not leave a bad review unless it is warranted! I was very disappointed with this Office. I'm a woman of a certain age and I've never had to call my doctor 3 TIMES (over a 3 week period) and the doctor NEVER return my calls. When the office finally called me (not the doctor) they kept trying to explain that the doctor is too busy to return your calls! WOW!! She was clear "Call me if you have any questions". In addition, I took the time to research this doctor and when I make an appointment I want to see the doctor not her assistant! I will not go back nor will my son (he has been trying to reach them and of course no call back) BEWARE ALL OF THESE 1 STARS ARE FOR A REASON!!!!!

Don't come here. Made an appointment with Dr. Dele-Michael to see her for the first time. After being seen by her assistant and basically told I was done, I asked to see Dr. Dele-Michael. Her assistant said I'd have to wait at least an hour and a half if I wanted to see the doctor. Completely disrespectful and such a waste of time and money. Go to a practice where the doctors actually see their patients instead of pushing them off to their assistants and technicians.

I started with Dr. Dele-Michael and her team a few months ago and I'm pleased with both my regimen and results. Initially, I wanted to pick and choose from the regimen she recommended but decided after a few weeks to follow the full regimen and what a difference! Thanks radiant skin!!

I love Radiant Skin!!! Dr. Dele and team are sooo INCREDIBLE and attentive to detail. I’ve been going to Dr. Dele for three or four months now. And I’ve had laser services done by Tina, Olga, and Ashley and every single person is a consummate professional. Laser was a little painful in the beginning but each staff member put me at ease, and they always have smiles on their faces. Even the front desk has wonderful customer service. It doesn’t get any better than Radiant skin! Love them!!!

I’m not surprised to see so many one star reviews. The only thing this clinic is good at is charging their patients extra $$$ for services they have not asked for. The doctor is terrible! She left me with a HUGE SCAR!!! Stay away from this place!!!

I saw this doctor for several months. I was misdiagnosed several times and even given very expensive treatments that not only didn’t work, but weren’t applicable to my condition. This dermatologist failed to recognize severe eczema...for months. She also refused to sign insurance paperwork unless I paid her $150 with a wait time of 30 days. When I explained to her that that was unreasonable, she told me she would no longer see me as a patient. During my time with her, my symptoms got so severe, I was hospitalized. Three times. It took another dermatologist in the hospital to diagnose me appropriately and give me the medicine I needed. In the meantime, Dr. Dele Michael insisted I pay for other expensive treatments that had nothing to do with my skin problem. Her staff was rude and equally neglectful. I would not recommend this doctor. To anyone. Your health will not be prioritized, and you won’t be treated with dignity.

I have known Dr. Dele-Michael for some time now. I have always trusted her expertise and feel comfortable asking her dermatology and other medical related questions. I have consulted with her on skin issues in the past and have been pleased with her advise every time. I can assure you that you will not be disappointed with your results if you trust your skin to Dr. Dele-Michael. You can tell she loves what she does, which to me is very important. She is great with adults and kids alike. Knowledgeable, patient, empathetic and doesn't talk down to you. Give her a visit and I guarantee you wont regret it :)

Dr. Dele-Michael changed my life. I have had lifelong eczema which I mostly managed with hydration and topical steroid ointment. I didn't realize that my eczema was largely triggered by contact dermatitis. It wasn't until Dr. Dele Michael recommended a skin panel allergen test that I learned I was allergic to a host of natural every day products that kept eczema a part of my life. Long gone are the days of huge itchy swaths of skin. I am forever grateful.

I made a laser hair removal appointment with Dr. Dele-Michael for my mom. My mom shows up and waits over an hour only for the staff to tell her their machine is broken. She reschedules. Her next appointment she has the procedure done but the office is insisting that she had to pay for both appointments - a "consultation fee" and the cost of the laser hair removal amounting to around $400 dollars. I tried to call the doctor for a week to address this issue. She never called me back - instead had her receptionist tell me that I (and my mother) were no longer her patients.

I am currently doing a laser treatment to prevent in grown hairs and it’s going just as I expected. She also removed two before starting my laser treatment and the scaring is minimal if that. My first visit at Radiant Skin Dermatology and Laser, PLLC was amazing. I heard such great reviews, that I had to travel from PA to get my laser done here. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with friendly faces and almost immediately taken into the back where I had the nicest, funniest, most professional assistant named Tina do my laser treatment. She was super gentle and answered all my questions about the procedure. Radiant Skin Dermatology and Laser, PLLC is clean and worth the money. I will definitely be returning next month for a second session.

I am so disappointed. Giving appointment and reach before time ans everyone who came after me was called in on top of that the Dr never shows up during treatment. I last saw her last year when I started the laser and chemical treatment. I was burnt by the chemical peel they used on me and called the Dr but no response. Stay away if you can.
