I have been a patient here since they began at Commack. Even before they bought the practice I was a patient of Dr. Schulman. Over the years they have expanded and it’s not the same. Dr. Rietkerk has left, it has become factory like. I am scheduled with a nurse practitioner without being asked if that is even ok. The office staff has new faces over the years and now never happy or smile when they greet you, not like it used to be. Today I filled out my record release forms for my family. We will NOTbe returning. We were turned away to be seen today because I refused to have my debit card kept on file. I was flat out told the Dr. will NOT see your daughter. I have active insurance with a large company they are participating with and have a copay I pay and have no problem doing that at time of the visit. Why should I be forced to leave my debit card info on file? This is not the type of physician I want for my family and not the type of care we expect from a practice we have been coming to for many years. No thank you.

I picked Dr. G by which took my insurance & which photo was the person that looks least likely to judge me when naked and their examining every inch of my skin and well- judging me. I go to nude beaches - and I’m Scottish - literally & figuratively- playing with fire on my skin in the sun. So- “don’t judge.” He was amazing. Enjoyed the visit. Painless. No attitude. Good amount of joking around. He understood me. I can’t be happier. Will return visit. Might even be brave and reveal other embarrassing traits

Dr. Gratch is very friendly and knowledgeable. Although earlier part of the day, I was so anxious about the medication cost of my prescription coverage. One of his staff members, Lauren was really helpful.. so as the girl from the pharmacy they recommended. I did get my medication through CVS instead in the evening. I am to go back in a month. So far, medication seems working. Thank you Dr. Noah Gratch and staff in the clinic... will come back in a month for a follow-up.
