I can’t express how happy I am with my choice in seeing a Dr. Gohar, that specializes in Fibroids. Unfortunately, because of the change in my insurances i was unable to see the doctor that I was with long term. The entire team from the front desk ladies were very professional, courteous and gentle with me considering the way I’ve been feeling, I needed that reassurance that I was in the right office. The U/S tech was very efficient and gentle the phlebotomist and the one who took my my vitals at the beginning of my visit were so friendly and warm. I can’t thank you enough. At my checkout the Dr. was thorough in what the needs were to RO the problem. Everyone throughout my visit were always smiling and that made a difference to me considering that I am in the medical field I know how under pressure one can be but a smile always makes it a better visit. Thank you thank you thank you All. I will definitely recommend this facility for their cleasiness and professionalism. Job well done to management.

I was very nervous about coming to a new place I’ve never been. I made an appt for my best friend and myself. We both went to different doctors and both came out with smiles. My best friend said she really loves her doctor and is glad she met her. I absolutely love my doctor. Everyone here was very nice and seemed like they loved what they do. Forest Hills Medical Services come highly recommended by me. I was referred to this facility by my primary care physician. I was very impressed with the cleanliness and decor of the place including the bathrooms (heated toilet seats) and how equipped they are with the latest technology. Dr. James Gohar and his office staff made me feel welcome and comfortable from my very first visit resulting in me looking forward to my next visit. They were pleasant, competent and professional in their interaction with me. I got the best care from them. Dr. Gohar is a top notch gynecologist. He is very knowledgeable about is work. What really impressed me was his style and mannerism. Dr. Gohar listened to my complaints and concerns about my medical issues, then he shared with me some options and carefully explained each one with their pros and cons which helped me to make the best decision for me. Every time I came to an appointment, I felt that he personally cared for my health. He will explain what he will do before he did it and is always open to answer any questions I had. My husband and my mom were both impressed by his down to earth approach- the way he made us feel comfortable and showed that he is concerned and cared. We always left the appointments feeling satisfied. When I told my friends about it they said "Your doctor has your health interest at heart." They were pleased that I found a gyno who knew what he was about because I have suffered for a long time. I especially want to thank Dr. Gohar and his office staff for going above and beyond in their service to me. Thank you for the pleasant hellos (calling me by my name), your smiles, your phone calls to remind me about appointments and especially follow-up calls after both of my procedures, that meant a whole lot to me. It made me feel that I was not forgotten. A special thank you to Bernadette, you are just an awesome and wonderful lady. I appreciated your thoughtfulness and help in getting my last procedure done. I found them by chance on zocdoc and I was scared bc it was my first time here. But I'm so glad I did. Don't let the outside fool you. The inside feels like you're stepping into a spa. Everyone from the biller/clerks to the medical assistants and the provider were so friendly and helpful. I hate the gyn but these people are absolutely lovely. The provider, Maris Huffman is WOW. I felt safe in her hands and she's just so kind. I've never had a gyn I felt comfortable with but I just love Maris and I strongly recommend her. Thank you everyone who took care of me. Forest Hills Medical Services is a gem! Everyone in this office including all staff, MA’s, doctors, PA’s, and front desk are exceptionally sweet. They all make it their business to make sure you are taken care of. Bernadette is amazing with anything billing or other questions she is always able to answer any questions I may have. The Physician Assistant Cheryl is super nice ! Dr. Gohar is very intelligent and nice ; he also has a a very calming aura. A girl named Nicole did my internal ultrasound today and she was super gentle and very sweet about everything. All in all I love this office and so happy I found them! I found Forest Hills Medical services online with great ratings. First off the office is spacious and very modern. The staff is honestly amazing. Modern clean office and friendly staff. I was there for the firat time for a routine annual. A nurse practitioner was my provider. She was personable, friendly, knowledgeable, and answered all my questions. Even the dreaded exam wasn't so bad compared to my passed experience. The billing department was great explaining clearly what it meant to be out of network. Hopefully no wierd surprises from this. Overall , pleasant experience, so far would return and recommend.

This facility is a wonderland of their medical services, treatments and care. They are the most considerate and polite staff I've ever run across in my life. They treat you with such kindness and welcome you with warm open arms. They call to check on you and they follow up with their progress of their treatments. You knowing that they want to be there along with you on your journey and that you're not by yourself is what they aim to do. I love love love how informative the doctors are about your issue. They know what they are talking about and will be as detailed and extensive as you need them to be. Your comfort is their priority. Dr. James Gohar is running a very successful business and he has the best of the best staff. Dr. Gopal is who I mainly personally experienced and she is wonderful in so many ways. Very pleasant and easy going when she talks to you. You can tell this staff has been well trained, taught, and informed. They are sensitive to your needs because they understand your concerns can be emotional and they cater to your feelings. Nice office clean friendly staff not a long wait. I went for a second opinion and instead of meeting a doctor I met a nurse practitioner she answered sone questions but she is not a surgeon and when I asked if they had one I could speak with she shut me down and said she did not feel anyone of them would work with me but I would have preferred to speak with the actual surgeon. Was disapointed seemed like a waste of time wanted to consult with an actual doctor.

I came here for a hystorescopy- birth control was lodged inside me. Scary stuff, and something I needed reassurance with. I randomly stumbled upon FHMS, & I'm incredibly thankful. Had to pay nothing but $35 copays (I was told I'd have a $1,100 balance at another location) and got this thing out in 2 visits within a month. Everyone in the reviews has said it already but the staff are spectacular. I was having a nervous giggly breakdown and they calmly and patiently listened & answered everything and explained that it would be fine. They are amazing- you guys owe it to yourselves to make this your OBGYN.

The office on the outside looks like a very well kept house and on the inside is a very high tech doctors office. They have calming music playing, televisions and refreshments in the waiting area. The front desk assistants were very informative and assisted with filling out the necessary paperwork. They are very upfront about potential costs since they are an out of network Provider. I felt very comfortable with Dr. Gohart and he kept a female assistant during the examination to make me feel even more comfortable. He was very detailed in his diagnosis of an issue I was having. Also, the area where they treat you is very clean and has a TV that shows you your diagnostics, ultrasound and information about healthy habits to attain. I have every intention of making this my primary OB/GYN. A big thank you to the team at Forest Hills Medical Services!

I feel like I have been given a new lease on life. For so long I was suffering in silence, dealing with fibroids and the lack of quality of life that comes with it. Previous attempts to help my symptoms were met with little to no concern from previous obgyn doctors. At Forest Hills medical this is the exact opposite. The office staff is on point with everything. They made sure medications and preoperative tests were ordered and ready ahead of time. They made sure all paperwork needed by my employers were completed in a timely manner. They have followed up with me right away and are extremely friendly and helpful. The office is clean, zen, and equipped so you dont have to go anywhere else for lab work or a sonogram. Dr Gohar and the medical staff is amazing. He listened to my concerns and took the steps to formulate a course of treatment. He wasn't in a rush to have the most drastic and costly surgery done. His bedside manner is impeccable. I'm not even done with treatment and I can see a difference. So happy I can't wait for the end results.

Very professional yet down to earth. I didn’t feel rushed. Blood tests and ultrasound was given in office. From the outside, the place looks like a little whole in the wall. However, once inside, it’s high tech luxury. Staff was professional as well and wait was less than 25 minutes. Definitely will return. Unfortunately my fiancé and I just moved from Queens to Upper Manhattan and the commute all the way to FHMS is just too far. But I came to this office all throughout my 1st trimester and IF WE COULD COME HERE FOREVER, WE WOULD! This place is just PHENOMENAL! Every visit or time we call, the staff are just warm and friendly and remember your name. The clinic is Always is great condition. Good music playing, modern facilities, clean, and fresh. Always VERY clean at this clinic. And Dr. James Gohar, the head doctor, is very compassionate, patient, and kind. Very down to earth guy, very sweet, VERY knowledgeable. No question you ask is a bad question. He really knows his stuff. Thank you Dr. Gohar and your Amazing staff! You will be missed!!!!

Can I just say that this place is amazing! Beautiful facility and the staff is amazing as well. Everyone is super friendly! I love that everything is done here, no need to go anywhere else for an ultrasound or blood work. The doctor is super nice and professional! I'm so glad I found this place! I have only been to my first appointment but am very happy with the care and service this office has provided. The office itself is very warm and inviting (the lobby has fruit-infused water and the bathroom toilet has a bidet-spray), and Dr. Heather & staff seemed very genuine and caring in the way they addressed my questions and concerns and walked me through the process. I found FHMS online, and as a way to get a second opinion after a bad experience with my original doctor, and I am very happy I found them. I was also impressed with the post-visit call I received from the billing department explaining what I should and should not expect from their office. Top-notch service overall!

From the receptionist to the Dr. Their services were great. They have everything you need for your exams in their office, I.e.blood work, sonograms etc. It was a lengthy wait, but worth it to have everything done in 1 place.
