Amazing doctor, very good with our son. Super clean place. My wife thought that the bathroom was spotless and she said she had never seen a bathroom so clean in any of the medical offices in the past :) But with all seriousness, its a great doctor! I highly recommend this doctor!

We love Empire! My 5-yr-old son has seen both Dr. Lee and Dr. Chang. Both were wonderful with him, and so thorough and thoughtful in their approach to dental care. I learn so much at each visit and always walk out feeling lucky to have found them. More importantly, my son looks forward to his visits there with zero apprehension, a credit to both docs' delightful chair-side manners. The office itself is state-of-the-art and spotless, with cute, kid-friendly decor. The waiting room has a nifty play station for kids to amuse themselves with while they wait--complete with iPads preloaded with appropriate, educational games. The pièce de résistance is the ceiling-mounted TV in the exam room--a brilliant way to keep kids calm and still in the exam chair!

Wonderful doctors and staff. First time for my daughter. Now she wants to brush all the time. They was able to keep my son calm now he knows how important it is to take care of his teeth.

I've been taking my son here since he was 2 and I am so happy I found this place. Dr. Alice Lee is caring and patient. She listens, answers all your questions, and takes her time. I have never felt rushed and she understands my son's sensory and sensitive gag reflex issues. I highly recommend this place.

Dr. Lee is hands down the best dentist / medical professional I've known in my 20+ years in NYC. She cares for my two children with such smart attention to their needs and feelings. And as a parent, she is super responsive when we have a question or mini-emergency. She has even followed up after procedures with personal texts in the evening. The office staff is really on point - always checking insurance requirements, and very clear and communicative, always polite. So glad we found them!
