I was 10 minutes late today due to traffic.. I was coming from queens and had taken a uber. The receptionist was rude. They would not honor my appointment or take into consideration that being late was out of my control nor did they care I paid for a babysitter and uber to make that appointment. Rude and not even tiny bit understanding of my situation. I will not reschedule.

Hands down the BEST Dermatologist! Dr. Marchbein has an incredible bedside manner, extremely thorough in her exam, empathetic to a persons situation and most of all her passion and love for her job exudes the moment you walk in her office. it is BAFFLING to me how anyone could give her anything but 5 stars. I can't say enough about how wonderful she really is!

Dr. Marchbein is amazing! Prior to going to her, I had seen several dermatologists in the city and Dr. Marchbein is a breath of fresh air. She is incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, thorough and has given me the best treatment, all of which have worked great! I've already recommended her to multiple friends and would recommend her to anyone again in a heartbeat. It’s rare to find good doctors that you want to refer to those that you love, Dr. Marchbein is a gem!

Dr. Shari Marchbein is the best dermatologist I've ever seen. I have thrown every problem her way - from a precancerous mole that needed removing from my face!! to a heinous staph infection on my legs to routine skin checks to amazing (cannot tell you have it) dysport & fillers. I have come to her scared and in panics and she has always calmed me, treated me, followed up with pathology and ensured I was 100% cured. what's more is I send my patients to her for anything they need - obscure rash to skin check to fixing their bad botox. I am not often compelled to leave reviews for doctors, but she is so above and beyond and just helped me with a very tricky diagnosis that i had to.
