The staff, hygenists and dentists are the very, very best. Children experience high quality dental care in such an enjoyable way. From the minute you walk in, you are welcomed with warm smiles and happy energetic staff. They work very hard to remove any anxieties that may exist before or during treatment. The dentist is very transparent and offers his professional opinion and provides a treatment plan with all associated costs but puts no pressure on you. I’ve been coming to this dentist with my two children for the last 3 years. We come for 2 cleanings a year. We have also had a baby root canal, filled a cavity and have treated another cavity with silver diamine. We have also been seen on an emergency basis when my little guy hurt his teeth in a fall. We love Dr. Rob and everyone at his practice. Very caring and honest professionals. Though they do not accept any insurance they will submit for out of pocket reimbursement on your behalf.

We love Dr. Peracchia (Dr. Rob). He is great with my kids, including my son who is on the autism spectrum. They both enjoy going to the dentist! The staff is really friendly and the whole operation runs on time and very smoothly. The waiting room is mellow relative to other dentists offices, which as a parent, I really appreciate.

"Dr. Rob" has cared for our twins,since their very first baby teeth emerged, nearly 12 years ago. Overhead Thomas train tracks, Mario Wii games and board books in the waiting room offer a warm welcome and signal to kids that this is their space, but our family needed more. .As a baby, our daughter was affected by a rare and complex genetic disorder which threatened her tooth enamel and gums. We were unable to find a specialized pediatric dentist in NYC, already familiar with her condition. Dr.Rob was undeterred and following a phone consultation with the nation's leading expert at Vanderbilt University Medical Center, he created the safe and effective dental plan our daughter needed. From those complicated, early days until today, Dr. Rob has always been there for our children and our family, never hesitating to go the extra mile. Because of him and his talented staff, our children have gorgeous, healthy teeth, excellent dental hygiene and continue feel right at home in his office. Thanks for the smiles, Dr. Rob!

My 4 year old son has been going here for 2 years. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Rob and his staff. My son was very apprehensive going to one of his cleaning appointments due to a traumatic experience at an ENT. Angie, the dental hygienist, was AMAZING. So patient, kind and walked him through everything she did, giving him lots of breaks and water. He walked out not wanting to leave! Truly a wonderful office I am thankful we have.

MY KIDS LOVE GOING TO THE DENTIST!! My kids (ages 5 and 9) have been seeing Dr. Rob since my oldest was 3. Dr. Rob always takes the time to talk about our concerns and chat with the kids. Equally impressive is his amazing staff of hygienists who put my kids at ease. The office is super kid friendly with a toy train running in the waiting room, toys, stickers, "treasure box" and movies. Always a great experience.

Dr. Rob Peracchia and his team were unbelievable! I took my 2-years old daughter after a traumatic dental injury. As soon as we entered the office, Dr. Rob and his assistants greeted us with smiles and warmth. They played with my daughter for quite some time in order to make sure she was comfortable before heading back to get started. After a low dose of x-ray, Dr. Rob explained me everything. When your child is excited to go to the dentist, that is the best! Every single person in the office is friendly and welcoming. They are wonderful about submitting insurance forms and scheduling appointments. There is rarely a wait and if you happen to wait the waiting room is full of entertainment. Dr. Rob is kind and gentle with my children and always reassuring, especially when my daughter needed a cavity filled and was afraid. It's impossible to say all the positive things we want to say about Dr. Rob and Dr. Eva in this review! When our daughter was young we went through a series of 5 pediatric dentists on the Upper West Side of Manhattan. I am terrified of dentists and wanted to make sure her experiences would prevent this for her. From the minute we first spoke to the staff to now (9 years later!) every single experience we have had with Dr. Rob (the dentist) and Dr. Eva (the orthodontist) has been warm, friendly, effective and professional. They work hard to make sure appointments can be gotten fairly easily (this is New York City after all), give you plenty of attention when you are there (we never feel rushed) and always give you the best option for your child. But what makes them really magnificent is the love and caring they show all their patients. They treat you as if you are family. Friendly, welcoming--they really give you peace of mind. I am completely confident they are the absolute best dental professionals for kids. My only complaint is that they refuse to do adults!

My daughters (now 6 & 9) have been patients of "Dr. Rob" for about 4-5 years. One of the girls had a really bad experience at a different NYC practitioner and was terrified to go to a dentist after that. We agreed to try out Dr. Peracchia. She was very nervous and apprehensive. From the moment she walked in she was greeted by good natured staff who offered her a movie choice and a cozy wait area. The offices are bright, cheery and immensely child-friendly. The entire staff always makes sure to smile at the children, and nothing puts them more at ease. It took a few visits to fully erase the prior experience, but now both girls go in with minimal drama and allow all the technicians and Dr. Rob to take care of them. Equally importantly, they are getting excellent dental care. Dr. Rob really works with families to find solutions that work for their children, which of course includes somehow getting them to take value and take care of their teeth!
