I can not believe my daughter loves a dental exam

Go see Dr. Fountain! She is friendly, gracious, and immediately puts you at ease. I was incredibly late for my appointment, and she and her staff couldn't have been more professional and accommodating. Her offices were clean and all of her equipment was up to date and hygienic. All the small touches - sunglasses to protect against the light while she cleaned my teeth to a goody bag to take home with me - made the experience of going to the dentist fun, which is not something people can usually say. I highly recommend Dr. Fountain.

Dr. Fountain was amazing! She is fantastic with kids, kept Isabella so calm and relaxed while she cleaned and sealed her teeth. She also pulled two teeth and Isabella didn't even know it. She was so good, and so fast. Best children's dentist I've been to by far!!

I brought my two children (ages 2 and 4) to Dr. Fountain for their first dental appointments... I was a bit apprehensive at first. Neither child is a fan of brushing their teeth, and I wasn't sure how they'd respond to a stranger sticking instruments in their mouths... But Dr. Jen was great! She had my older son go first. He sat in the chair and she explained everything she was going to do before she did it. He did not seem nervous at all, and was very proud of himself for doing such a great job at the dentist. My 2y/o sat on my lap in the dentist's chair, while the 4y/o watched. My 2y/o was also very cooperative and comfortable. He had brought a favorite doll with him and Dr. Jen asked the dolls name and even demonstrated what she would be doing on the doll first. My 2y/o thought this was just great! Each child got to pick a toothbrush and a "prize" afterwards, which they were very excited about. My 4y/o was asking for DAYS afterwards when we could go back to the dentist. If you're worried about a first dentist experience for your children (or just finding a great pediatric dentist) I can HIGHLY recommend Dr. Jen Fountain!

I wish Dr. Jen were around when I was a child! First of all, Dr. Jen is a ray of sunshine. We arrived at the office apprehensive, but were instantly charmed by Dr. Jen's warm and outgoing personality. Then, when we walked into the exam room, we were delighted to see that we could watch Frozen and wear a cool pair of sunglasses while Dr. Jen did the cleaning. She was thorough but efficient, and at the end, we got to pick a "treasure" from a large treasure chest Dr. Jen keeps filled with healthy and fun little toys. The office is clean and the front desk staff very professional. We even took home a copy of a children's book Dr. Jen had written called "Stella and the Sugar Bugs". Overall, such a great experience and can't recommend Dr. Jen more enthusiastically!

We had a great first dentist visit yesterday with Dr. Fountain. The office staff could not be more friendly or inviting. The appears to be brand new, clean and beautiful. Dr. Fountain was gentle and explained everything before she did it. She definitely has a nice way with young children! I would highly recommend her to anyone in need of a pediatric dentist!

Dr. Fountain was so nice and fun! She is professional and answered any questions that I had. My son loved going to see her and he was so happy he got to pick a toy at the end! I highly recommend her!

I am blown away by the level of service and professionalism I've experienced with Dr Jen and her dental nurse Kim. My son is five years old and has autism. My son had visited a different dentist once before and refused to open his mouth. Dr Jen and Kim both have a natural rapport with children, and come across as very easy going and friendly. My son gladly walked into the examination room after Kim introduced herself. Dr Jen and Kim were doing back flips to appease my son, what really impressed me was when Dr Jen made the right judgement call to be assertive and ensure my son received a thorough examination and care. My son was very upset about the fluoride cleaning, but Dr Jen guided me, and we worked as a team to get the job done in a safe way. Next time I expect my son to be happy with letting Dr Jen clean his teeth as he now knows the treatment does not hurt. Dr Jen mentioned that she does use sedation for children when required but there would also be an anesthesiologist present to take care of that. Dr Jen is knowledgeable, very careful and caring. I received a phone call after the visit to check all was well as my son left in the middle of a meltdown, due to sensory issues. Everyone in the office made me feel at ease acting like it was no big deal and worked as a team to make sure we left the building safely. I didn't feel rushed and they really couldn't have done a better job with my son. I'm so happy I found Dr Jen for my son, and I would absolutely recommend her for any child, especially a child with special needs as she clearly has experience.

Dr Jen is very nice, my son had a good time while having his teeth checked and cleaned. She and her nurse are very sweet, I am sure my son won't be afraid to go back to the dentist in 6 months!

Dr. Fountain is so warm, kind and knowledgable. She is an excellent dentist and made my son feel very comfortable. I highly recommend the practice. The office is so well run, too!

My 2 year old daughter is terrified of doctors. She came into the appointment screaming bloody murder, trying to claw her way out. I don't know what sort of voodoo Dr. Fountain and her staff are practicing here, but within 2 minutes, my child was calm and cooperative. She happily let Dr. Fountain clean and examine her teeth, and brush on "sparkles" (fluoride). It. Was. Magic. Dr. Fountain is equally wonderful with adults and put me at ease about some of my concerns. The office itself is beautiful and feels clean and welcoming. We're still talking about how much fun we had at the dentist.

My daughters, ages 3 & 5, had the best possible dental visits I could have ever hoped for. My own dentist's office highly recommended Dr. Fountain; her manner, her way of interacting with children, makes a world of difference. She's warm and bright from the moment she sees your kids, absolutely disarming, and this is important when you have children like mine. My younger daughter looks sideways at anybody wearing a white coat and is prepared to escape if needs be. You've never seen a toddler run so fast. But Dr. Fountain got her in the chair. She refused to open her mouth. But Dr. Fountain's way of speaking and explaining is irresistible. I don't know how she keeps it up for as long as she does but she hangs in there with your kid until, slowly, she opens wide to help her get that gunk out her teeth. I'm so grateful for Dr. Fountain and am happy that my kids' first interactions with a dentist will be positive ones.

Dr. Fountain is the best!!! I’ve been taking my son there since he turned 2 and recommend her to all of my friends with little ones and they are always so happy, too. Only wish is that she’d start seeing adult patients! I would switch practices in a heartbeat!
