I struggle with melasma for over 5 years. I do belive I tried every lotion/potion that exist and I have learned a lot about this particular condition. Unfortunatley lotions can help only to a certain degree and without a laser treament I wasn't going to improve anymore. I did my reasearch and made an appointment for my melasma evaluation with Dr Garland Lee. I had lots of quetsions and Dr Garland took her time to answer all of them. After consulations we decided to go with Clear and Brilliant Premea Laser followed by vitamin skin infusions every 4 weeks. I'm after my second treatment and my melsma is visibily fading. I'm very happy with results and I'm strongly recommending Dr Garland to any of you who might suffer from similar condition. Now keep in mind that melasma is a chronic conditon and you can't fully get rid of it, but you can keep it under controll. It takes patience and dedication, sunscreen of 50SPF is a must twice per day especially during treamtment. Dr Garland also prescribed me their melsma cream which contains HQ, Tretinoin and Kojic Acid - and it does the magic but again stick to the instructions and be patient.

I have been charged up front for treatment that wasn’t done. After seeing Dr. Gerald I found out that charge will be not put back on my card even tough front desk person promised me that she will do it if procedure can’t be done. When she was charging me up front I asked maybe I should first see the doctor to find out that procedure can be done, front desk person didn’t mention anything about consultation fee 200 dolars. It was clearly state to me is price for procedure. After I said I would not come by if I would know consultation is 200 Dr. Gerald said that she can put that charge towards any medical treatment. On the front desk I found out it can be put towards only one medical treatment which cost 175 in addition and As I found out was valued more then fair value for that treatment in neighborhood for over 100 dolars. Feeling totally screwed and disrespected after all those lies one after another. Wrong way how to do Business very disappointing. Wouldn’t recommend.

I was able to get a quick appointment on short notice to have some skin tags removed that were bothering me around my eyes. Garland performed the procedure and after a couple of days of healing, they were completely gone. It looked great. Professional place geared towards customer satisfaction!

I've been treated under dr Garland Lee for the past few months. She has been very helpful with my acne problem and even convinced me I should do extractions (covered by insurance), to which I was hesitant. However, I did notice improvement and will continue to come for routine cleaning. Unfortunately there's no miracle solution to any dermatological problems, it takes lots of patience as well as trial and error. My skin has improved a little bit and dr Lee still has a few more things to propose. I firmly believe that together, we will eliminate my skin problem.

I Love this place! I had the Clear and Brilliant treatment for the second time on my face and neck ( with almost zero downtime - it looks like a sun burn for under 24 hours ) and my skin looks exactly what it says - CLEAR and Brilliant!
