Dr. Eidelman has been taking care of me for a long time from acne to a skin cancer removal to cosmetic treatments. He is a wonderful dermatologist; kind and calming. What I like is that he can take care of my skin issues and make me look younger. I think it's great that they call me after a treatment to see how I'm doing. The office is relaxing and everyone is super nice.

I went to see Dr. Brian Ginsberg for a checkup. I haven't seen a dermatologist for at least 10 years and figured it was about time to get a look over. My first thought when I walked in was "Am I sure my insurance covers this?" and "Are they going to try to upsell me?" Luckily I had no issues with insurance and the doctor didn't try to sell me anything. I was seen quickly, had a through look over, and was on my way a little while later. The doctor and all the staff I encountered were friendly and professional. The office is super clean and welcoming. I'll definitely see Dr. Ginsberg again.

The in-office experience was very good. But the prescription didn't make it to the pharmacy, and it's the evening before a holiday. Your reception desk was already closed when I called, so I can't fill the Rx for another 36-48 hours - not good.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. BUT poor billing processing and communication. Received a bill 5 months after my annual visit (visit was in 2017, bill received 2018). A week later the bill was sent to collections before I had a chance to determine why my insurance company did not fully cover the visit. Why didn't I receive a bill sooner?

After three visits, several creams, antibiotics and anti-yeast meds, some costly and not covered (I have top tier United Healthcare)still cracking and peeling on my right hand and it also had spread some. Another cream was prescribed. It was $90 bucks and another culture was being done (did the first not work?) so again "a chance it will work but who knows"....I decided not for $90 bucks and not really knoing yet what was up. All were friendly and helpful but to what end? I was also told the next step might be a biopsy and that that would be painful and that then the actual doctor would take a look. I've seen assistants and nurse practitioners before - they have been fine. The confounding and unresolved nature of my actual condition should have had the doctor see me sooner. I started to feel like a guinea pig for all the trials. Then, after I had canceled the upcoming appointment. I received an email from the culture lab (which I did not receive for the first culture - consistency anyone???) and a call from the office telling me the lab results were in. I called and was first told that the results were in but that I should be connected do someone who could better talk about that. The staff member I spoke to told me that the labs were negative and asked me if I wanted to come in for the biopsy and see the doctor. These questions, and communications -all after I’d said I’d already canceled and was not coming in and would be looking elsewhere. I wonder if any information is conveyed? I may look for a more pathology oriented office. Hopefully a less vanity procedure oriented place. - a more medical and skin condition place with a doctor who actually sees you before 6 weeks have passed. And hopefully an office where information is better conveyed and shared among the staff.

As an athlete and living a lot out in the sun, Dr. Eidelman addressed all dermatology issues with a long term and immediate care response. I gladly award Dr. Michael Eidelman as one of the best doctors I have ever been to. The rest of the staff could not have been nicer. They really a five star team. I visited Chelsea Skin & Laser because what apparantly was a cyst in my neck and had it removed. All the way from stepping inside the door and feeling welcome to have the cyst removed was a really great experience. But I must say, 2 days ago I removed the cyst and seeing so many, beautiful, perfect stitches on a 2cm scar was stunning. Dr Brian Ginsberg really did some art work (as he said he would) and I am positive the scar won't show at all later on. Even though the visits were short they made sure that everything was fine with me and that I understood everything and really cared.

I’ve been doing facial fillers for a little over 10 years. I used the same cosmetic surgeon the whole time and this past year I decided I just wasn’t happy with the results from that doctor. I’ve heard great things about Dr Eidelman, at Chelsea Skin and Laser, for years now so this past spring I decided to leave my previous cosmetic surgeon and make a switch to Dr Eidelman. The brilliance of Dr Eidelman is that he is very determined to make you look like your younger self, not look like something that really freakish or over filled. I feel I look like a younger and healthier me, just what I was looking for. One bonus I really appreciated with Dr Eidelman’s technique is that he was very skilled at not making me bruise anywhere on my face, especially under my eyes. In the past, with my previous Dr, I bruised horribly every time, so much so that I had to take off work, sometimes for a week or two. I can’t say enough good things about Dr Eidelman, and Chelsea Skin and Laser, and feel it’s the best change I did for my face and overall self esteem. He communicates beautifully and listened to my concerns. He then proceeded to do a terrific job. He is extremely personable, but above all, he is highly experienced at his craft. I can’t tell you enough how happy I am that I made the switch to Chelsea Skin and Laser, and put my face in the able hands of Dr Eidelman.

I have never post a review in any place, but today I’m going to make time to share the worst experience in that place which the “dermatologist” DOMINIC MOCCIA ruin my face. Without any knowledge he prescribed me a créeme called ALCOMETASONE DIPRIPIONATE that has corticoide and it started burning my face. After talking to other specialists nobody could believe that he prescribe that medication. I just want that people be aware of this kind of people without any knowledge of skin. Since the first day I got there the first appointment was 10 min, I was surprised that someone was so sure of what was doing without taking the time to examínate my skin. Please be aware of this place! Don’t waste your time and money. I will make the time to share in all social media what happened to me because I’m this can’t be possible.
