I've been seeing Dr Blum for 2 years and she and her staff have been THE absolute best. I have a lot of freckles, so I always appreciate her honest and caring feedback when it comes to skincare and treatments. She has always been extremely helpful and willing to answer questions after hours and always wants to make sure I'm satisfied with results. And when I have appointments, I am always taken in quickly which I so appreciate!!! Love love love!!!!

Nice location, Nice office. Terrible service and knowledge for resolving skin issues. This was my first time visiting a dermatologist and by far the worse experience. They provided a face cleaner which I only used one and has created pink dry patches of skin around my face. (Keep in mind I do not have any acne.) They informed me to return for my issue however, It just seems like they want to be paid again for a service they didnt resolve the first time and has now made my skin terribly dry and irritated. Find another dermatologist if you're thinking about seeing Dr. Blum.

It is rare that visiting a doctor is a great experience, but I think that Dr. Blum is amazing. It was easy to make an appointment and I was seen promptly after I arrived at the office. The office staff was friendly and helpful. Dr. Blum was very knowledgeable, extremely professional and took the time to answer all of my questions and address all of my concerns. She has my unqualified and enthusiastic recommendation.

I felt she took alot of time examining me and explaining my treatment. I was most impressed that she took the extra time to explain to me which prescriptions could be expensive, cheaper options and discount programs to help me save money. A doctor who takes the time to do that is very rare.

Dr. Blum is awesome! I have psoriasis and had issues managing for 10+ years. After Dr. Blum I feel for the first time it's under control. She also does very good efficient work with biopsies. Highly recommend.

——————————EDIT——————————— Dr. Blum called me to apologize for any miscommunication and to explain that she was upset that someone would prescribe such a strong medication without warning me of the risks and didn’t intend to blame me. I appreciate the phone call and have added more stars to my review. ————————————————————————- I have been using a very strong steroid for psoriasis for almost 12 years. It was originally prescribed for use on my legs, but the condition spread to my face. I was aware that I shouldn't use it on my face/eye area, but I couldn't bear having my entire forehead and eyes covered in red scales, so I took the risk. I was hoping to get a safer alternative from Dr. Blum (which I did, so thanks for that). My issue is that she was very rude, she was angry that I had been using the medication on my face. I went to her for help and got treated poorly. I just thought the medication thinned the skin, I wasn't aware that it could damage my vision. Not really my fault I hadn't received the best medical advice, there was no reason to take it out on me. She also was 'super nice' to me because I didn't fully understand how my insurance works. She's probably a pretty good doctor tbh, just wasn't very pleasant to deal with.

Dr Blum is great but her staff has billed me incorrectly multiple times for a standard, yearly exam. I am switching derms because I am tired of disputing this and asking them to resubmit. This past year they didn't resubmit after I told them what my insurance said, they just charged my credit card, which was the last straw. I am disappointed because I like Dr Blum a lot. Watch your bills carefully.

Dr. Blum is caring, knowledgeable and experienced. She doesn't try to scare you into biopsies for every little thing , yet she is cautious. She als does beautiful work with Lazer, Botox and fillers! She also sees my teenage daughter and she loves Dr Blum. Her office is beautiful and the staff is super friendly!

I had an extremely scary and dramatic facial allergic reaction which led me to the ER on a Saturday night. The ER advises steroids to help with reaction but that I should call my dermatologist to see them ASAP. When I called the emergency line that Dr. Blums office has on her answering service and got in touch with her Saturday night, she was clearly annoyed and showed no empathy. Not only that she wasn’t willing to see me personally on Monday, but said I could try get in with a PA. With so many amazing doctors in this city, expertise isn’t enough, empathy and showing a genuine concern for your patients should be standard.
