Dr. Goldman is a rare breed of competence, intelligence, and humor. The experiences I've had since I started treating with Dr.Goldman have been great. himself and his staff run a high quality operation. Everyone is nice to you there and they foster such a friendly environment. Dr.Goldman breaks it down too, he lays out a treatment plan that works for you and he's not about trying to charge you a bunch of money. He works with his patients to ensure great outcomes. Idk the best way to put it is that he seems to care and it shows in his work.

No problems what so ever with the medical staff or treatment I received, but they have tried to bill me twice for the same procedure and several weeks after first flagging the issue and sending over the documentation they asked for, I'm still receiving bills in the post and no answer to emails. Very poor. UPDATED- I just called them after over a month of no response to repeated emails chasing up the one where I sent the info they requested. Woman on the phone was rude and told me I had to contact someone else. Why they couldn't have told me a month ago, I have no earthly idea. Clearly they have no interest whatsoever in customer service.

Dr. Goldman is hands down the best dermatologist I've visited, and I've seen more than 5 different dermatologists, each having > 4.5 stars on various websites. While some doctors are quick to activate the nuclear option in exchange for a 5-star review, the truth is, a less aggressive approach might have worked equally as well. Dr. Goldman takes a methodical approach to treating his patients, carefully balancing the side-effects of a given treatment relative to the potential upside. He starts small, and gradually works his way up to a treatment method that works for the patient's skin, all the while eyeing any potential adverse long-term impacts. Whenever it's time to explore a given treatment, he takes the time to address any questions/concerns, and even encourages his patients to do their own research. If you're looking for a doctor to help you with your skin issues, who will also look out for your long-term health, then see Dr. Goldman.

Dr. Goldman is an excellent doctor. I have been a patient of his for years now. When any of my family or friends need help with their skin, I send them to Dr. Goldman. He's helped us with everything from eczema to acne, and he always puts the patient first (never trying to push expensive treatments or medicine that you don't need.) He also happens to be extraordinary with children who have autism. He understands how to connect with them, and treats them with such respect and kindness. I would totally recommend Dr. Goldman for any dermatological or cosmetic treatments you might need. He's patient, kind, an excellent practitioner, and a overall good person.

Excellent dermatologist. After being misdiagnosed by another dermatologist, Dr. Goldman quickly gave me the correct diagnosis and treatment. They even got me into the office immediately when I called (I was next door and they let me come straight over). He spent a lot of time explaining everything to me, listening to me, and showing that he truly cares. He's one of those guys who talks really fast because he's incredibly smart and his brain processes information faster than the average person... that's the exact type of person I want as my doctor! His office staff are awesome as well (front desk and nurse) and the office is very clean, modern, newly re-designed, and exactly what you'd expect from a top NYC doctor. They even have a fridge in the waiting room with free bottles of Poland Spring and Pierre water. I highly recommend Dr. Goldman and plan to keep him as my dermatologist for as long as I'm living in NYC.

I will start by saying that skin care is a process and you have to be willing to do the work to get results. This dermatologist office is literally the best, appointments are very easy to schedule and the staff is always willing to work around your schedule. I have been going there for a couple of months now and I am seeing amazing results. I went because I started developing acne out of nowhere, and after a few months, my complexion is already improving, my skin is soft and my acne has improved so much. While you're there, make an appointment with Jean for acne surgery or a microdermabrasion, trust me, you will not regret it!
