Dr. Dobrenis is just amazing! She delivered my first daughter and made the experiment so stress-free and joyous. She has such positive energy and is extremely knowledgeable and nice so puts you at ease on all fronts. You immediately feel like you are in good hands. She is a wonderful, caring doctor and a terrific person. Also, I can’t recommend Cornell enough - it’s a wonderful place to have your baby. The doctors and nurses are all super professional and warm and the facilities are top notch.

Dr. Dobrenis, is great. I love her. I had moved to Boston but used to still come for visit annually. She makes me feel like a family member or best friend who cares about you. I highly recommend her. I am so lucky that she delivered my son came to do a c section a night before Christmas:) . the office and staff are always willing to accommodate.

I highly recommend Dr. Dobrenis. She is one of the top Obgyn’s in NYC. Which makes getting an appt with her really difficult and there are times when she didn’t take new patients. But I was very lucky to get one. She makes you feel very comfortable and eases all your anxiety. Always so calm, cool and chirpy. Absolutely love her! The hospital she is associated with - Weill Cornell also has top notch facilities. The patient and baby care is the one of the best in the US.

Great Doctor, Terrible staff... Dr Dobrenis, is high energy friendly, and willing to explain things thoroughly. Unfortunately her staff is lack luster at best and definitely UNProfessional. We went to her for our first pregnancy, however the second time around we had some challenges which required us to reach out for prescriptions. The staff told us that they would have Dr.Dobrenis sign the script as soon as she came out of the room and send it to our pharmacy. We called 5 times through the day, each time with the same empty promises that it would be done in a few minutes. At times there was so much laughter and jest in the background it was hard to have a conversation. When the noise was mentioned, the staff member on the phone just said, oh that's not me. Finally we were told Dr. Dobrenis was not even in that day and another doctor would have to take care of it. The staff here is Totally Unprofessional in many ways and so we left the practice during our second pregnancy.

Dr. Dobrenis is an amazing doctor. She has a great bedside manner, always warm and caring. When you talk with her about your health it is like talking to your best friend or sister. I always joke that she was even more excited than I was about my pregnancies. During labor and delivery, she is positive and calming, always your cheerleader.
