The staff is very friendly but the doctor that did my biopsy inserted the needle too deep that I get shooting pain on and off and still has not healed 100%. I had to go to another doctor to get help since they just told me it will heal over time!!!

I had an appointment today at 4:15pm. I arrived early and waited for my appointment. ONE HOUR LATER, I was till waiting! I finally asked the receptionist what the holdup was and she told me that there were still THREE PEOPLE AHEAD OF ME. WTF? She proceeded to tell me that it would be another 30-45 minutes. WHAT IS THE POINT OF MAKING AN APPOINTMENT FOR 4:15PM IF I CAN'T BE SEEN UNTIL 6:00PM? The other option she presented me: "if you don't want to wait, you can certainly book another appointment..." I SUGGEST THAT YOU DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS PLACE. FIND MORE PROFESSIONAL STAFF THAT HAS RESPECT FOR THEIR PATIENTS.

Went to my first visit a few weeks ago great friendly staff and the wait was not long at all I really like the location and train accessible. Dr.dan Leibowitz was Great and very knowledgeable of what my skin was going through and started me on a regiment for my skin and since then my skin has started to slowly clearing up and getting better each day would definitely recommend my friends and family..

Unprofessional front desk team. They are socializing about a patient running late. Female on left said “it’s not my fault he’s running late. If he shows up it will be a waist of his time.” Darker colored female on the right with curly hair was rude and acted in a matter of fact demeanor. Doctors untrained and unprofessional. My first visit had three random people in my room. Very uncomfortable considering I had a rash in my genitals and had to share it with all three whom it was my first time meeting.

dr sara segall has no idea what she is doing! after keeping me waiting for 45 minutes she enters the room and tells me my insurance no longer covers what i want done. ok fine no problem. when i go to leave i was still charged for the appointment? what appointment she didnt do anything but she insisted she did a consultation but she did not! what a creepy little woman! should have left when i saw her with the 5 pounds of bad make up she was wearing! never again will i return to such awful place!

I go to Advance Dermatology and see Dan Lebovits regularly. He is wonderful, extremely knowledgeable and he always educates me on my different options so I can make informed decisions. He answers all of my questions, and I never feel rushed or pushed into any services I do not want or need. Dan really takes his time with each and every patient--I recommend him to all my friends. When I visit Advance Dermatology Dan Lebovits always makes me look like me, but better! I find the staff to be kind and courtesy. I highly recommend Advanced Dermatology to anyone that wants to look and feel their best!

My hair was damaged badly to the point where I had a bald spot and it wasn't growing at all. I tried many different things and I even went to another dermatologist but was unsuccessful. Everything changed when I came to advanced dermatologist in the central park office . The customer service was great and my hair started growing back finally. It is looking good and healthy . I saw changes after a month and half. I would definitely recommend this place if you have or is experiencing a hair loss issue.

I started going to Advanced Dermatology about six years ago for Botox when living in NJ. I was recommended by a friend to see Daniel Lebovits, PA. He was nothing short of amazing! His knowlege and bedside manner are both exceptional and rare in this industry. After unforseen currcumstances, I had to move to Calfornia. I looked for a dermatologist in my area that I trusted and with the same qualifiations with fail. I decided to remain a patient at Advanced Dermatology and visit the office every time I fly back to NY. Once you find a good/great fit with dermatology, you stick with it, and that is exactly what I have done! Kudos to Dan for making an often times uncomfortable experience pleasent and professional with expectional results!

The office is pleasant and the workers are efficient. If you want to be seen by the doctor fast it is better to go in the morning. As for service by the doctor himself, he is very kind and speaks in an understandable, non demeaning way.

Dan Lebovits and gang at Advanced Dermatology are awesome! Friendly customer service at front desk check-in. Dan has the best bed side manner I've ever seen. He starts light banter makes you feel comfortable checks to see if your ok before ,during and after every procedure. Totally great experience at Advanced Dermatology Central park South office.

It’s one of the worst places doctor are not too serious. I went there for my hair dandruff they give me a medicine which is 75 dollar. After using that medicine my dandruff getting worse. I would suggest everyone to stop going there. Find better place.

This place is awesome. I have come here for treatment for what I presumed was an STD. I was so embarrassed to get examined and treatment at first but they are so professional here and I can not express how comfortable I felt. It was like I was dealing with this with a friend who knew exactly what he was doing! I have been back because now I am so neurotic and anything I think might be something I go get checked out. Every time I am put at ease. Every. Time. I have seen 3 guys there: One doc and two PAs. I like the PAs better. They are younger and took a little more time with me to put me at ease. They even suggested we do a skin cancer screening for my next visit since I am so fair-skinned. They do it all! Full service. They took a bad situation for me and made it a VERY comfortable one. Lemons into lemonade!

Stay way. Stay away. Stay away. This practice is uninterested in providing any kind of service. Just appointment, with an hour wait. 3 min doctor visit and goodbye. If you have any complication with medicine or insurance they WILL NOT CALL YOU EVER. you'll spend your time on hold and get nowhere. If you threaten them they'll give a manager who will inform you - "it's not worth it for us to follow up." Like really did you just say that (Caesar). Even the pharmacist complained that they NEVER call back if there is a request for medication switch. Their voicemails Are unanswered. Stay away and go to a doctor that will treat you.

First i will Like to say front desk staff were very friendly and professional especially a young lady name (Stephane).. Dr visit was very short and not what i expEcted.. i ask to speak to Dr.jager the owner over a bill i received and told he will speak to me.. instead was brushed off (he seem very cocky and standoffish) spoke to a manger and he couldn’t help me! The Doctors are accurate with their diagnosis. The Advanced Dermatology environment has a pleasant aura I love their products by Dr.L Jaeger. For the most part, the staff at the Grand Concourse location are courteous. Elle (front desk) the office manager ( Syeda) need to be retrained on proper customer service etiquette.
