Dr.Perez is very knowledgeable, patient, and humble. The staff is excellent.I have alot of anxiety about surgery after a bad surgical experience elsewhere. I have alot of allergies, so I was concerned about having mesh.The nurse practitioner took her time explaining everything with me and I am confident about receiving quality care. I had some visits with bariatrics at lovelace and had to pay out of pocket, because my insurance denied the visits. Lovelace's billing department is the most aggressive I have experienced. I hesitated due to my insurance, but after exploring the other better covered options I decided to get a loan from my bank. It is more important to have the best staff than to save money. I went to several consultations, and Dr. Perez and his staff are the best. You will not find anyone better. I feel that they care about the patients having the best possible outcome.
