She listens and very accurately determines what's wrong and what's needed. I thank God for the Doc Spa. They do more specialized cosmetic stuff, but I'm happy to be a general practice patient there. We have all our doctors in one place, Dr. Rowe is amazing he always answers any questions I might have and knows each individual patient lime it is his only one the best gyn there is.Dr. Lui is the go to pediatrician she has seen my kids and is absolutely amazing with them knows them each personally and gets down to their level rather than standing over them, and no matter what the case is you get a hold of her at anytime of the day. Deborah Rivera is my husband and myself primary and we just love her she is amazing and will take the time to sit and talk with you even if it's a call back after the office is closed. Office staff is amazing very nice and they take time to answer your questions as well. Keep up the great work guys your amazing.

All the staff were courteous. I was seen by my appointment time. After discussing a previous issue with the nurse who began my check-up, she then proceeded to seek an answer for me before I met with my doctor for my exam. I also received a call a few days after the appointment with a better solution than had previously be assessed as correct. I feel the doctor and staff went above and beyond to be helpful and make me feel comfortable. It was a great check-up. It was my first visit to The DocSpa and it was a very positive one.

I have been very pleased with the extensive work I have had done at the Doc Spa. Dr. Rowe and Dr. Liu are just terrific! They spend plenty of time with you, explain everything, and are always available to answer questions. Their whole staff is very helpful and efficient. I had upper and lower abdomen SmarLipo done as well as the love handles and upper arms with LipoMax treatments afterwards. It is 2 months into the 4 - 6 month healing period and I am very happy with what I see.

I have been extremely pleased with my experiences at The DocSpa. I tend to be very self-conscious but I immediately felt comfortable with Dr. Rowe (it definitely helped that he complimented me on my awesome socks). The staff was all very pleasant and professional and they kept me well-informed of what to expect and if there were any delays. The surroundings were comfortable. I was so happy that they were able to get me in for my procedure the same week I went for the consultation. I tend to get weirdly chatty when I am nervous but everyone was able to just roll with me. I would highly recommend a visit.

Everyone is always very nice and helpful. I have seen Dr. Lui for cosmetic reasons and Dr. Rowe throughout my pregnancy and he made sure he was there to deliver my baby. That meant a lot to me. I've been seeing Dr. Rowe since June 2015. My husband and I have not been able to get pregnant, and a friend of mine referred me to Dr. Flax, but when I called to make my appointment, they told me I needed to see Dr. Rowe. He's a nice guy, and his office staff are nice, but they NEVER return their phone calls. I have called with questions for Dr. Rowe several times since I've been seeing him, and every time I'm told that he'll be given the message and call me back, and I have not once received a call back with an answer to my questions. One time it was a very time sensitive question, and I did not receive a call back, so my husband actually went to the office and talked to Dr. Rowe himself to get me an answer. That didn't seem to help, though, because here I am, once again waiting for a return call from a message I left at 8am on Monday. It's honestly enough to make me consider changing doctors.

My childern got some shots last month and I just found their vaccination cards. I went to get their cards updated at 430pm today. The receptionist said they were pretty busy right now in the back and i can wait if i wanted to that it might be a little while though. As I just sat down in the waiting area no one around it didnt look busy at all there. The receptionist comes out said that they might not be able to get to me today because they have other patients that are coming in. They close at 5:00 pm and no one could just sign and date my childerns vaccination cards so the schools can get a copy. Really was it that hard to update the vaccination cards or was it just some lazy staff that didn't want to work?

I would never recommend any buddy to go to doctor Lui for check ups fro thire children . The last couple check up I have been to , she has been very rude and she has even said rude stuff about my son . I am a young mom and this is my first son and doctor lui doesn’t try to get to know my son very well and my son is only 18 months old and his Last check up we went to he Just turned one she expected him to already know 20 words every kid ,!every baby is different and she even mentioned if he doesn’t know 20 words by the time he’s 18 months then people are gonna think my son is retarded I strongly disagree with that and I think it’s very unprofessional how she handles situations or how to approach her patients to say the right stuff. His 18 month check up she was very disrespectful and I didn’t need her advice about parenting my son And how to raise him , I would strongly recommend not going to this clinic for your child

Amazing how incompetent everyone is there! Dr Rowe was always on his phone instead of talking or helping me. Wait time was over an hour every time. Then to be taking phone calls while in exam room with me. Come on!! They never released my medical records I tried for.months to go somewhere else.. And had to do labs all over again because they never released my records. Very unprofessional. All the stress and anciety these people caused me. I would never refer anybody there. Stay away its a rip off!!

Please stay away from Dr. Rowe.... Horrible experience and any women thinking of pellet therapy, stop and research first. After I had someone else explain my blood work, no wonder I'm a mess.. If you value your hair/body whatsoever research first. You can not remove these pellets once inserted. Not sure how a doctor can willingly do this to a person and think its okay.

While Dr. Flax was amazing my first visit. Extremely caring and concerned. He gave me confidence that he would fix my issue. My follow up was a 360 he had no clue why I was there. Couldn't remember what procedure he preformed and while looking in my chart obviously never charted it either. Didn't give me much confidence at all. While he took care of the issue I will probably be visiting another provider from here on out. No one likes the idea of having to tell you provider what he did the last visit. Should have been charted.

My lip injection experience was horrible. I went to 4 different appointments to even out the uneven lips and had major bruising every time, bruising that was so bad you could see it above my lip through my skin. They kept me waiting for 3 of the 4 appointments so after an hour of waiting I left and never went back. It's been a couple months and of course my lips are uneven still. I had even lips before so don't let Dr Lui say it's your lips that's bs! I'd rather have my lips but I found another place who is going to fix them next week!

The results appear to be nonexistent. I had lipo done and it wasn't what I expected. The doctor didn't seem to really pay attention to aesthetic, and just went in on me. It was PAINFUL. I'd advise you to shop around! Get your money's worth. Pay more if you need to. I wasted my money. The people there are very nice though. I wish this could be a rave review!

I saw Dr. Rowe for the BioTE and only did one cycle as he didn't seem to follow up on my concerns with breakthrough bleeding and such. When actually going back in to discuss in person at the end of the pellet cycle, he only said "Oh, we can solve that with better progesterone dosage". Well....why didn't he do that earlier instead of letting me go through it--after I called a number of times and spoke with the PA? Actually very frightening if something truly was wrong. I'd be careful as messing with hormones needs to be followed carefully!!

His level of experience, professionalism, and sensitivity with somewhat of a taboo or uncomfortable issue for most women to address really made all the difference in the world. I found a treatment that I had been researching on and off for about two years. It was the laser for melasma. After a complete consultation I knew I could trust Dr. Rowe. Finally someone that understood and knew about skin, my skin. I took two treatments, one was his recommendation to aid the laser work, call PRP or Vampire facial it was so incredible for my skin I glowed as the nutrients healed my skin and gave such life. I felt several years younger. I am a client that has suffered years of toxicity in my body, unknowingly and my skin was a mess. I am very happy with the results and plan on coming back again. Friendly, very kind staff and the technology for both facial treatments and women's health are expansive, a very alternative clinic. Definately check into the services.

So my first impression of this place was amazing but after dealing with an insurance nightmare and the Drs at this facility who definitely won't advocate for their patient I will definitely say make sure to get a second opinion if they are trying to get a cash payment out of you I realized today how shady the hormone medical community is in New Mexico at this moment I literally have no trust for this clinic and my primary Dr and all I can say is before you pay any out of pocket type of expense call your insurance to verify anything this facility says to make sure say its true or not for accepting to pay out of pocket or not the patient trust is completely gone after today.

Do not sign up for the monthly membership, Dr. Lui is too busy to get you in unless you book your appointment far in advance. I moved out of state 7 months before my membership expired and was told I could book a service when I was in town. However, she was never available when I was in town. It ended up costing me $840! A word of advice to Dr. Lui - do not offer monthly memberships if you do not have availability in your schedule.

I will be contacting a lawyer about Dr. Rowe violating HIPAA and for malpractice. I am also working on a complaint to the office of civil rights and the New Mexico Medical Board. I dont know if Dr. Rowe is dumb and doesn't know our rights or he is playing Russian Rullet trying to keep my wife from seeking medical attention somewhere else. We aren't stupid Rowe. Rowe and his staff are refusing to release my wife's records to her or her new dr. after filling out the release papers. They also refused to share what her blood test results were and just prescribed her what he (Dr Rowe himself) wanted before looking at the results. Rowe should not be practicing medicine and I hope no one else gets stuck in a situation like this.

I paid 3,000 for a special of 20ml on Almi fat transfer with prp to lips. I regret having paid that amount knowing what I know now. Very little stayed after the transfer. The look same as before, that how similar the results were to my original size of lips. I really thought i was going to have better results as opposed to straight fat transfer. Doctor Lui and staff all had nothing but positive things to say about Almi. Well I find it to be false. It's not worth what I paid. I should have just paid 1400 for a year long filler, at least I would have gotten the size and shape I wanted. Dr,Lui informed me 3 weeks after my procedure that she was taking a year off. I didn't even have an option for her to add more Almi, since about 15-20% took. She did offer me a free syringe because she was not going to be there to track my results a year from my procedure date. Shes not a person but she made it seem like shes had nothing be good results with Almi and it was very unlikely that under 70% stays. If I could go back and not do it I would.

I go in every six weeks for laser tattoo removal, and every time I go in, the ladies are very polite and helpful! The Doctor's are amazing and very professional. I love the atmosphere, also because it is relaxing and exotic! I highly recommend their business.
