I went here yesterday for a very sore throat and a pus pocket in the back of my throat as well as some flu like symptoms and was given a terrible Doctor when I got into the exam room. The young lady who took my vitals was wonderful, but the doctor who was actually just a nurse practitioner who came to help me later on was terrible. She walked in looking very lost, she barley spoke English, and above all else she did not wear gloves when examining me and did not look at my medical history at all! She tried to prescribe me a medication I was already on because she did not take one glance at any of my medical history, current medications, vitals, or questions I had previously answered with the young lady who took my vitals. She looked in my ear and mumbled "well that looks funny", disregarded it and then asked me nothing about my symptoms and continued to touch my face with her bare hands, look down my throat again with her bare hands, and wrote medications and other things down on a small crumpled blue sticky note. Afterwards she did not know how to work the computer obviously so she did not look at my pharmacy or send the prescription electronically she mumbled "take this to pharmacy" and then sent me on my way without directing me on where to exit. I have always had great experiences with all the Presbyterian Urgent Care Centers I have been to, but this nurse practitioner obviously did not know what she was doing or she simply did not care and was just there to collect her paycheck at the end of the day. I usually do not feel compelled to write reviews, but this was inexcusable behavior and extremely unprofessional. Very disappointed and will have to spend more money to go see another Doctor because she failed to do her job.

I have been going here for a long time and their service is great!

Good place, employees are friendly and very helpful. There is a Tricor Lab onsite if needed as well as an Urgent Care facility. Dr Syed Shah practices at this location and he is Outstanding.

rude staff..tried to cancel appointment and was threatened with my medications...WoW..looking for a NEW health care provider ASAP ! Also doctors are constantly quieting because of treatment.

Andrew Lara

Dr. Janet Samorodin & Dr. Joseph Bergsten are great. If you or your children need a primary care physician count yourself lucky if they are available.

appointment changed three times - poor care from unfeeling people.

We had a sports wellness appointment at 400 and was told to arrive at 345. It is now 529 and we have still not seen the doctor. I was told it would take 30 minutes. Why is it okay for doctors to run incredibly late? Is our time not valuable too? I paid for this service and we had to set up an appointment. If there is an appointment time, it should be honored, or why even bother to have an appointment? Sitting here frustrated and wondering if I should cancel my evening plans.

Harper location is a Nightmare! Don't bother complaining to Gloria Lucero because she is worthless! Just my opinion!

Wendy Wirstrom

We are in an exam room. Clearly not well as it is urgent care. The staff is on the other side of the door very loudly complaining about either a patient or a coworker. Level of professionalism is zero.
