I went here yesterday for a very sore throat and a pus pocket in the back of my throat as well as some flu like symptoms and was given a terrible Doctor when I got into the exam room. The young lady who took my vitals was wonderful, but the doctor who was actually just a nurse practitioner who came to help me later on was terrible. She walked in looking very lost, she barley spoke English, and above all else she did not wear gloves when examining me and did not look at my medical history at all! She tried to prescribe me a medication I was already on because she did not take one glance at any of my medical history, current medications, vitals, or questions I had previously answered with the young lady who took my vitals. She looked in my ear and mumbled "well that looks funny", disregarded it and then asked me nothing about my symptoms and continued to touch my face with her bare hands, look down my throat again with her bare hands, and wrote medications and other things down on a small crumpled blue sticky note. Afterwards she did not know how to work the computer obviously so she did not look at my pharmacy or send the prescription electronically she mumbled "take this to pharmacy" and then sent me on my way without directing me on where to exit. I have always had great experiences with all the Presbyterian Urgent Care Centers I have been to, but this nurse practitioner obviously did not know what she was doing or she simply did not care and was just there to collect her paycheck at the end of the day. I usually do not feel compelled to write reviews, but this was inexcusable behavior and extremely unprofessional. Very disappointed and will have to spend more money to go see another Doctor because she failed to do her job.
