DESCRIPTION

You will be able to see all the information of people who know the services of PMG Neurology on Constitution Ave (Doctor) around New Mexico area.

Currently the firm gets a rating of 1.3 over 5 and that rating was based on 15 reviews.

As you can see its rating is very weak, and it's founded on a very high number of feddbacks, so we can be quite sure that the score is quite accurate. If many people have bothered to value when they are pleased with the business, it works.

You know that we don't usually bother to put scores when they are positive and we usually do it only if we've had a problem or issue...

This Doctor is classified in the category of Neurologist.

If I could rate this practice with zero stars, I would. My boyfriend had an appointment scheduled by a referring doctor. When we arrived for check-in, we were told by a very rude staff member that they had been trying to reach us since earlier that morning to inform us that his appointment block needed to be longer (by only 20 minutes) and that they would have to reschedule him. First, if we needed to reschedule or cancel, we would have been required to provide 24 hours notice. They gave us only three hours notice and we just have to accept that apparently. We had things to do prior to the appointment and missed their call. So we showed up on time only to be turned away. The staff member "helping" us had no compassion and was extremely rude in her interaction with us. She said she could not reschedule us for another several weeks and spoke to us as if we should be grateful it wasn't longer. We waited for the first appointment long enough. My boyfriend has been missing work to make his appointments and now must take more time away from his job and wait even longer for care. We asked to be added to the list to be called if someone else cancels their appointment. We were told that list has about 100 people on it already (so don't bother was the underlying message). I saw on the wall a white board with all of the physicians names and each physician working that day was seeing appointments on time. Why they couldn't see my boyfriend at his scheduled time and spend 20 more minutes with him is beyond my comprehension, especially since it was their mistake. This office is extremely unprofessional.

Inflexible with schedule. Not at all customer service orientated. Rude and disrespectful and held to no accountability.

Dr. Mahajan injected Botox for my chronic migraines and said my insurance would cover the entire cost - I was then billed $400 and the Botox made no difference.

I didn't get to see an MD. The medical person I saw was dismissive and condescending. She ordered a test for my Lamictal levels among other things. After getting the basic blood work back I discovered that no test had been ordered to check the Lamictal. AND? She ordered a sleep deprived EEG. So, 3 ? weeks later why hasn't the group contacted me with ANY of the results. I called, left a message and still, nothing. I saw the Pres Neuro department when I first moved here a number of years ago. After having severe reaction to the meds they prescribed and reporting it to this group I was told to keep taking the seizure meds and see them in 6 weeks...the soonest open appointment they had. I had a great Neuro from outside the group who retired.

This has got to be the Most UNPROFESSIONAL Department in Presbyterian! Employees are so rude! They give you the run around. They treat you with complete rudeness. They NEVER EVER give you their name, you have to ask them for it. Each time you call you are told something different!

Called for an appointment, it took over 2 and half months to get in. When I tried calling no one ever answered the phone. When I arrived for the appointment the staff was rude. I was late so they put me as a no show and said they had no other appointments for another 2 months.
