My wife and two kids went with upper respiratory infection and DR Keitz was the rudest most un-professional Doctor. Showed no empathy. NEVER AGAIN WILL SEND MY FAMILY THERE.

If I could give this hospital 0 stars I would. Took my 4 yr old with bloody nose, vomit, diarrhea and his fever had gone done since I had given him Motrin. So called DR Gregory miller was so rude. He said my son had nothing wrong with him after just doing an exam! I asked him “WHAT EXAM DID YOU DO BESIDES CHECKING EARS AND MOUTH?” He answered in a rude matter and said “I can give him medications if that’s what you want !” I told him how the hell are you going to give my 4 yr old medications without knowing what is wrong with him?” I left within 20 minutes of being there. The nurses were amazing and have compassion but this so called Dr is TRASH ! I don’t know how you can treat your patients this way . I will never go back. I am currently at MMC where my son is being checked rapidly.

I was seen for chess and lower back pain and the doctor was really rude about the situation and pushed down on my chest were i was hurting just to prove all i needed was ibrophrophen

If you have to come here, good luck! Front desk was not rude but just not friendly. She was on the phone whenever she had the chance. Even the security guy came out to watch TV. Waiting in the room was cold and even that my daughter had her jacket plus mine no one asked if we needed anything but that should be my responsibility to ask and not assume they are mind readers. But the doctor.... Oh what a jerk! Old guy skinny white hair... He basically told us our situation was not an emergency. Why? Cuz we didn't have the flu like everyone else? She broke out in hives and had a huge lump on the back of her leg that she wasn't comfortable walking on it. We all know better safe than sorry, and my little girl hasn't been this sick in a very long time. So I was upset after I tried to be nice and hold him I'm no doctor. He just walked out and I have no idea what we are supposed to do.... Am I waiting for him to come back? Waiting for paperwork to be released?? Horrible! I live in Dona Ana and this is the closest place.. I would rather drive across town from now on.

This ER is nice, the Nurses in back, at the check in area, cleaning staff, along with back staff go above and beyond!! However, at checkout there is this young guy/kid named Michael who has no respect and no clue about billing or admissions period!!! Tried explaining to him which insurance is primary and which is secondary and he wouldn't have it. He is extremely unprofessional and rude. He stated to me that I can go elsewhere for service next time. Even gave me his bosses names which are Nikki and Ginger. This guy/kid has no clue how to do his job. At check in they forgot to give my family member all the necessary paperwork to sign before being seen. So this guy/kid Michael was upset, rude, and just a dumbbell all around. Someone please train him how to work the admissions counter. Made the final experience of the ER terrible. This is why I'm only giving two stars. Hope you hire staff who know what they are doing MVRMC Mini ER!!!!!

This place constantly orders delivery then doesn't tip and/or is extremely rude. Amy and Victoria mainly. I wouldn't trust this place to put a bandaid on a skinned knee.

I had the worst experience. I went on a Friday to be seen for two things my ankle and a cough that I had with a headache. I asked the doctor that was on duty that evening to swab me for everything like strep throat and the flu. And his response was “I don’t think that is necessary, it’s just a wast of money” and this is after I told him that I have a 4yr old at home that has had heart surgery when he was younger and his immune system is weaker then mine. The only things they help me with was my ankle. They did an X-ray on that. And he prescribed me some pills for my cough that my insurance didn’t even cover and some other pills for the pain for my ankle. Then I went home still not feeling good, and I woke up the next day on Saturday feeling like I was hit by a bus. I was in bed for the next two days. Then on Monday evening I just couldn’t take it anymore and went to an urgent care that did there job and go to find out that all along I had the flu. I’m not so happy with this place one bit.

The worst place to go to. They forgot about me and my pregnant girlfriend twice. Employees have no manners what so ever and are very ignorant. They have plenty of people working for no reason because no one is doing their job. I do not recommend coming here

the waiting time is horrible(2 or 3 hr) and when the doctor arrives I will not remember or what is hurting me. and I am 100% sure that they will only prescribe something for pain.

Horrible, horrible service!!!! Was seen on September 4, 2018 arrived at 730- 945. So called doctor "Gregory Miller", poor bed side manner... Everyone their looked like they hated being there...Might as well drive to the actual E.R. Can't wait for my 40 thousand dollar bill from them. DO NOT GO HERE!!!! Unless you have alota of time to waste!!!

The charge for an exam for a patient with no insurance was 1,000.00 dollars. Patient was told they have a sprain, given an ice pack and told to see an orthopedic Dr following day if needed. Turned out to be a torn muscle. Please note this did not include any imaging, labs, etc. Does anyone else think this is wrong?
