After a recent appt here. The doctors are incompetent, and don't like to listen to your needs & concerns. This medical group is going down hill fast. They will just give you a procedure, and put you to sleep, and hand you a report of there findings, and tell you that there is nothing of immediate concern. But swear up and down that "everyone has one" and that it is nothing to worry about. Don't waste your time here. HIGHLY NOT RECCOMMENDED. Go to Pres or UNM.

The building was clean and the all the staff was not only professional, but kind, helpful, and knowledgeable within their expertise.

I visited the gastro department today to get checked and Melanie and Luanna were at the front desk. They were talking and chit chatting at the front desk and totally ignored me for a while. It's almost like I was being dismissed by high schoolers. Not to mention that they are so unperfessional they are wearing spandex which is not very appealing. They were very very rude to me and dismissed meme a said they would be with me in a second and continued there conversation. This needs to be fixed asap. I won't be ever coming back.

Had my first colonoscopy done today @ Lovelace Woman's Hospital and Everything went smoothly thanks to Dr. Martinez and his wonderful staff. Everyone was super friendly and also very informative, they made me feel comfortable and made my experience as pleasant as could be. I would also like to say Daniella was so awesome!!!!

It's All About-Coffee

The ER wait time stated 16 minutes, but my young granddaughters and I have been here for more than three hours. I am thoroughly confused about this. Huge waste of time, especially when we were told only two people were ahead of us. SMH

They er takes forever only 4 rooms because of there construction they have going on me and my wife have been waiting for 5 hours just to get a room dont come right now.....

Went to Gastro the procedure went well, was told that I needed medication. No precription was given until a month later. Had a reaction to the meds, called to tell the staff, still don't have the right meds. I have called several times to talk to the clinical supervisor, only to be given the run around. Maybe I need to contact the medical board, or an attorney, since I am still dealing with the condition.
