I am not impressed with lovelace, more specifically, the staff who answer phones. My experience was difficult. In the call I made to schedule an appointment, I was transferred three times. I had to repeat why I was calling and give personal information again and again. I eventually did get an appointment. On the day of the scheduled appointment, four hours before the time of the appointment, they cancel on me, saying they need to reschedule, and that I should come in earlier. I did not get the message until I got off work and it was too late. Perhaps the medical staff who work for lovelace are good and competent people, but I will never know because I will never attempt to schedule an appointment with them again.

Staff has always been great. Dr. Fronterhouse is terrific with my kids, that's the only reason why I don't score lower. My doctor on the other hand .. She sent me for blood work, never got back to me about the results. Seems to have no interest in my well being I have health problems I'm on disability. I require regular tests and follow up. I don't get any follow up or information. I had no choice but to switch doctors when my doctor retired, it's very upsetting when all your doctor cares about is the bottom dollar but not your health. My experience with the endocrinology and podiatry departments at this location has been very positive. When my Endocrinologist moved out of state Dr. E started right where he left off. She fights for my well being, with multiple trips to the Mayo clinic (I have a rare condition) she always makes sure I am in the loop and being treated fairly. The girls at the front desk know me by name and always have a nice disposition. The podiatry department gets me in quickly and efficiently. My dr's have been great. I know others may have had bad experiences but who hasn't. I take each visit one day at a time.

Needed a same day appointment and didn't have a primary. They got me in within a few hours and doctor was great. New office is much nicer as well!

The doctors are great but staff sucks. I was late to an appointment because I went to the wrong location and I called to ask if I should still go, the lady said yes since I was under 15 min late. So I got there 10min after my scheduled appointment and of course someone was in front of me. By the time the lady got to me it was past me being 15 min late so they couldn't see me, I had to reschedule. I live far away and I'm 8 months pregnant so I have a ton of other appointments to make as it is so I was a little upset. My son was having a wellness check that would have literally only taken 10-15 mins since he wasn't getting anything done and he's prefectly healthy. But I don't think they really care if they lose patients or not because I told the lady that and she didn't really care.

I hate how you can never just call someone that works with your doctor. Its always talking to all kinds of people just to get an appointment to get seen. A waste of money and time. I would love if you wouldn't be milking us for our health insurance. Give us the service we deserve.

I'm reviewing Lisa Ereifej, MD (who's NOT a board-certified endocrinologist, by the way) who works out of Lovelace Osuna and Jefferson. My endocrinology visit with her was very very poor. She'll talk down to you, not listen to you, and worst of all, she'll make you feel bad for being sick! She's a care professional with NO care. Dr. Lisa Ereifej makes the care profession look really bad. My sense of her is that she's there to phone it in and get a paycheck. Find a good doctor (i found one!) and avoid her. I promise you'll be better off. BTW, I never do this, but if you have a follow-up question about my visit with Dr. Lisa Ereifej please shoot me an email and I'll answer any question you have.

Absolutely horrible customer service! My doctor was out for awhile and in his absence no body would lift a finger to help me. If your doctor is out, Lovelace has no plan for continuity of service. Plan to hear everything they can't do for you rather what they can do! It's a pain but I'm going back to pres.

Terrible facility!!!!!! There is no organization whatsoever. I called to make an appointment as a new patient. Requested a doctor, was told that's fine, filled out paperwork ahead of time, they left me multiple messages regarding my appointment. I show up early to my appointment, pay my copay, they take me back and sit me in a room just to tell me the doctor can't see me at all, she's not accepting new patients and hasn't been since March (6 months prior to my appointment). They said they could not help me whatsoever. The staff is rude and have no idea what's going on. They eventually rescheduled me but it took 3 people to do so. And the matter of my copay had still yet to be fixed.

Extremely rude, extremely IMPATIENT, and horrible service from the 'medical practitioner' here (a woman, last name Voight). First, just getting an appointment was a nightmare as I was lied to and had my appointment canceled/rescheduled 3 times without my consent. It took too long just to get an appointment finally made. When I had the appointment, the lady who saw me behaved in such a rude fashion like I have never seen in 38 years of seeing doctors in five different states. She acted like she wanted me out the door... "I don't have time for this." I had a skin problem near my waist. Was it an infection? I don't know BECAUSE SHE REFUSED TO LOOK AT IT... telling me she didn't have time and ushering me out the door. When I told her about my severe back problems (including herniated discs) her response was that 'she's already seen 10 people in the last month with the same problems', then she acted like she didn't even want to hear the details of what my problems were... again she refused to listen. I am in the process of finding a new doctor with a new service, one that actually listens to their patients and tries to help them! I received little to NO HELP here. I HAD THE WORST EXPERIENCE HERE... AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE.

This place deserves a negative five my wife has a problem with thyroid they kept scheduling her blaming weather or other bs. When they finally keep a appointment we show up thirty min early we wait till 45 min past appointment time when she asks how much longer they say it'll be at least a hour and a half more wait the person at the desk blew her off first couple times she asked how long and then was rude when finally went to find out long drive for nothing they should of warned us when arrived of the wait poor people skills poor management poor business skills just collect money and dont care and then they send my wife a message online that says she was a no show when they were the ones that didnt see her

Seen Kelsea Buettner, CFNP for a cyst/ boil that was infected and causing me unberable pain. All she said was it didnt look that bad, gave me some antibiotics and said come back if it gets worse. She clearly didnt listen to anything i said and isnt a very good nurse if she thinks a swollen red, black and purple infected area looks ok.

If I could give this location a ZERO, i WOULD. I've been a Patient of SWMA for over 28 years. I've seen all the old Doc's whom were the originals. They worked together as a team. Since my Doctor up and QUIT, I cant get refills on scripts or referrals for surgery I've needed since MAY, 2017. I had to re-estabilsh with a new Doctor, as a new patient!!! WTH!! Took 1.5 months just to get an appt! I'm not blaming the Doctors so much as the Lovelace Medical Management team. This is ridiculous. I totally agree with the others reviews, Lovelace has NO PLAN OF ATTACK HERE. Nice building for all these doctors, who aren't even there anymore. Hope they can pay the rent with my Insurance $ and yours too. NOT! I don't know, New Building, No Doctors, Losing Patients? What is Lovelace thinking?

I really like my pcp Kimberly Bynum, she's a kind person and a great nurse. She is honest, but not in a way that makes you feel less than or hurt. She listens to you about what you want to do, and gives you feed back. I see the Dermatologist, Dr. Singh and he has really helped me with my skin. He works with you to get you where you need to be, focusing on getting you better and letting you know both the pros and cons when picking the plan for treatment

I've had more then three doctors and not one has helped me . Thy go in the room to exam you thy hear your breathing and say good bye .how is a doctor going to help you if thy only hear your breathing katlenn voude is rude and a worthless doctor I've been in pain from a kidney that was removed in 2008 and she did nothing to help me. Today I'm suffering waiting on lab results and not any one has given me my results.

Debra Narcisse ordered labs that were not needed and were not covered by my insurance as she used an improper code. After months of contact and them assuring they are working to fix it i am out over 200 dollars due to negligence. Dont expect help when they make a mistake.

Avoid Jerome Baca in urology. I'd give a negative rating if I could. I have a 15 mm kidney stone on top of my right ureter. First, he kept asking if I thought I was passing a stone. I kept telling him no, it's 15 mm and on top of my ureter. I asked for something for pain. He told me to go to the ER for pain management. I've NEVER had a doctor say that. I told him the ER won't give me anything. They tell me to follow up with a urologist. He told me to take Tylenol and warm baths. For kidney stones. And he's a specialist. He told me my kidney function was borderline. I asked him what that meant. All he told me was I needed to have tests done. My right kidney is blocked by a 15 mm stone and I'm told to go to the ER for pain while I'm sitting in his office. And he can't give me any indication as to why my kidney function is borderline?

Facility was nice. Receptionist was nice but clinic manager forgot about me. My interview was at 1. Gives me a call 1:55. Waste of my time and milage. I drove 60 miles to Albuquerque. And back home. Disappointed!
