The worse experience ever! Been there for many month for my mouth and that it wouldn't open. They send to TMJ dr. Saturday I go in in serve pain. Haven't been off my couch since Thursday my mouth was swollen, haven't ate anything at all. I go in they tell me to go see my tmj dr BUT the dr said that I had infected in my wisdom tooth in 2015. I was like okay but could it not gotten worse since then and wouldn't I need a anboiltic to clear it up. She said Oh no it wasn't that bad but the nurse wanted to a x ray the dr said no. Well I go to physical Thearpy today my for TMJ and my physical therapist looked in my mouth I have two big sores and cuts where it swollen. The gum is almost covering the tooth but they said they couldn't do not a thing about. I need to go to my tmj dr about it...

My husband took our boys to kool smiles in Montana Ave. One of my boys has braces done since last month, he went for a cavity issue with his braces intact. Kool smile team sucssesfuly broke one side of my son's braces. When my husband asked one of the staff there, who is going to basically pay for this? She said "you don't have a proof that it was us ". I am speechless . But I can only say that they lost 3 customers and I will make sure to inform others about the poor customer service that was provided there.

My procedures went very well and were over before I knew it.They also took the time to properly explain the instructions to follow after the procedures. Before going had really bad experiences just with Dentist But I was in so much pain I needed to go to the dentist this place was very well recommended so ended going they definitely change my mind about dentist . This was the day before the 4th of July I didn't think I would be seen but they told to come in . From front desk Donna was amazing helping me with my insurance to the doctor Menevariah took care of me took and my anxiety .Didn't feel any pain very greatfull. Highly recommended !! Not expensive if you do have insurance or your out network for tooth extraction 110.00

HORRIBLE SERVICE! The appointments at this place are always far from being professional, every 5 minutes the doctor was leaving the room ( she left me with my mouth open for long time), I don't know if she was attending another patient at the same time or if she was just having fun outside the room, and in the only time she was with me, she stopped what she was doing to answer question to the people around, and this makes me Question their work and professionalism, I felt very uncomfortable with it every time I was there. Last month I was there for a filling, they hurt me so bad that still today I’m in pain, my jaw hurts and the fillings look very bad and is painful. Please be careful before you go to this place or do research of the doctors. (no stars at all)

I go to the office on 5130 Fairbanks. Every time i go i'm treated with the utmost courtesy. I would recommend this office to any one who has bad thoughts or experianse with the dentist. I had two teeth have fillings put in, and an extraction , with no problems at all. Dr. Christopher Lind is the best I've had in years. He is more like old school and really explains what's to be done . Earlier i was told i had to have 2 molars removed , but come to find out it was only on, maybe later on down the road it might have to come out ( hope not ) , but he will be the one to do this even if i have to truly go to the west side. The tech. are the greatest also, very attentive to make sure you are comfortable. Thank You FOR BRING BACK THE TRUE DENTISTRY. O'Niel, George Wm.

I was not satisfied with the cleaning I received. I received very little personal information about my question. The dental assistant just handed me a paper with the price and treatment my family neededWhen I had a question regarding my treatment plan the dental assistant seamed annoyed.My request was that they remove my daughter's wisdom teeth while on school vacation. I called to schedule the appointment for my daughter's and they scheduled them both for feelings. After talking to the office manager she insured me to call me as soon as the New Dentist start working AND she when she knows his Schedule. Unfortunately I never received a Call. I am hesitating to go back. Because if they can't even follow up with their patients. That says it ALL........

First time I went for a root canal I waited an hour in the waiting area ,and another hour to see the dentist just to tell me that the doctor wasn't there He was only there on Tuesdays,and they had given me the wrong appointment, the second time I went for root canal I waited in the procedure for two hours and a half of the time I was with pain and discomfort ,its been a week and I still can't eat were my root canal was done,when the pain could have taken from one to three days .

******PLEASE READ*** HIGHLY recommend patients looking for a dentist to not come to this establishment. My first cleaning was okay i was referred to this place from a military friend who had gotten her teeth cleaned previously and said they took our insurance so i did. The second cleaning i went to get was when i was pregnant, i waited in the waiting area about 30 minutes, waited in the consultation office, and proceeded to the back where they sit patients to clean teeth. Doctor Guttikonda then told me i had to wait to get my teeth cleaned until after i was pregnant. I told her how important it is for pregnant women to keep up with their oral hygiene because of the complications it can cause with pregnancy. I even get an extra teeth cleaning covered by my insurance for pregnant women.. She told me someone would walk me out and i went home. After giving birth i went in for my teeth cleaning and they found two cavities which they filled at the same appointment. They filled one tooth and then left me in the room for about 20 minutes with my mouth open because they had to do something. My fillings took forever, and after they were filled i had sensitivity and pain when i would chew on food. I waited a month to see if it would go away and it did not. I went back in explaining i had pain where they filled my cavity. With in 5 minutes they took an Xray, put me in a room, had Dr. Singleton come in. He sat down asked if i had sensitivity to cold and hot i said i guess a little with cold. He then told me i had an infection and i needed a root canal. i asked what a root canal was and he told me. Then right after he said they would set me up with an estimate in the front and that he was only there on tuesdays, then he left. I couldnt understand how he found that out with out looking in my mouth or explaining what he saw in the Xray that led him to believe i had an infection. I was so upset im 24 yrs old i take care of my teeth and all of a sudden i need a root canal?! He prescribed me an antibiotic and i started taking them right away. Thank god i went to Texas kids dental to get a second opinion. It turned out i had NO INFECTION and DID NOT need a root canal. They left a part of my tooth unfilled that they had drilled and thats why it was sensitive. This dentist saved me 650 dollars. I really urge anyone especially ones new to the area to NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. I can't imagine all the people he told needed root canals and they never thought to get a second opinion, who knows if they needed them or not. This place is a scam, they do not care about the patients and just want everyone in and out. A root canal is a serious procedure make sure you go to a dentist who is trustworthy and trust your gut!!

This was the worst experience I have had in years. I am a patient who is on Plavix. Because I was required to have extractions, I needed to be off it for 7 days prior to surgery. The staff was suppose to fax it to the Dr. Office for clearance. Long story short, AFTER I was injected with lidocaine, the dentist asked the tech if the release was received. He said no and the procedure was halted. After some research, they did have it (received a week prior) stating not to discontinue Plavix. They knew about this for a week and did not tell me. I could have addressed this with the cardiologist to get this resolved prior to the procedure. I left with a numb mouth and a painful tooth condition. Avoid them if you can.

I've been calling for an appointment for about a month for my boys to confirm that my secondary insurance is available at Kool Smiles zaragos today I called at 10:00 was put on hold a couple of times by a girl named Holly she was very rude I told her that it's been a month just for confirmation and insurance after putting me on hold twice she tried just hanging up on me so I called back she said she was very busy because they're just opening even though on the website it says they open at 8 and that she'll call me back I don't expect her to call back cuz it seems like she was just trying to get rid of me
