Dr Thompson and his staff went above and beyond in helping us navigate our embryo donation (adoption) process. They were so easy to work with and very responsive. I traveled from Colorado to New Mexico for this process and they always fit me in. Their staff really made me feel welcome and at ease every time we communicated. Which was so important to us - infertility is a tender process and they are sensitive to that and as a result very supportive. I would definitely recommend them for embryo donation or whatever fertility journey you may be on.

The staff keeps the office very organized, and remained invested in us as patients through every visit. Often, clinic settings can seem sterile and impersonal. In contrast, Dr. Thompson's office treated us like extended family that fussed over our concerns and comforts. Dr. Thompson showed us the same devotion and investment. He ensured we were well-informed about our care and our chances. He is very generous with his time, and almost paternally benevolent. We looked forward to appointments like friendly meetings. We appreciate the time and care the office gave us.
