After waiting an hour to be seen by Dr Kerner, he spent less than five minutes with me. He didn’t ask if I had any questions and seemed very rushed and dismissive with me.

I WISH THERE WAS A WAY TO GIVE A 0 RATING. I HAD THE WORST EXPERIENCE POSSIBLE WITH THIS DOCTOR. I TRAVELLED FOR 2 HOURS TO REACH THIS DOCTOR (which he was well aware of) I SAT IN THE WAITING AREA FOR AN HOUR AND A HALF BY THE CLOCK (which wasnt really a problem.. till what followed) THE DOCTOR CAME IN SUCH A HURRY.. HE DIDNT EVEN GIVE ME 5 MINUTES ( NO EXAGERRATION) OF HIS TIME.. HE WAS IN SUCH A HURRY THE ENTIRE TIME.. HIS URGENCY TO GET OUT OF THAT ROOM WAS SO PALPABLE I CDNT EVEN ASK HIM THE QUESTIONS OR EXPLAIN MY PROBLEM TO HIM..HE CDNT WAIT TO GET OUT OF THERE.. I HATED IT.. I DONT CARE HOW BUSY YOU ARE IF YOU CANT TAKE A FEW MINUTES TO SIT PATIENTLY AND LISTEN.. YOU ARE USELESS TO ME.. JUST THE WAY A DOCTORS TIME IS IMPORTANT SO IS THE PATIENTS.. NEEDLESS TO SAY I WILL NEVER BE GOING BACK TO HIM EVER. HE COULD BE THE LAST DERAMT ON EARTH.. ID B HAPPY TO KEEP MY DERM ISSUES WITH ME THEN TO GO VISIT HIM!!!!!!

The reason for a 3 star rating is that his staff DOESN'T return phone calls in a timely manner..if at all!! Trying to get a refill done that should have been easy is like pulling teeth!!

Dr. Kerner is outstanding and very professional!!! I loved how he gets right to the point and gets you on your way!!! Only flaw I encountered was the front office was very unprofessional and you could hear all their personal phone calls. Whoever Cindy is did nothing but complain about having to work hard. People nowadays are completely lazy, what happened to customer service, being polite, friendly, and professional in front of the patient's!!!

It is impossible to get anyone to return a phone call, no matter what department you leave a message. Since we live out of town, we cannot just simply stop by the office. Look for another provider.

I've been going to Dr. Kerner for over 10 years and with the exception of sitting sometime too long waiting to be seen, he has been 100% correct on his work. He walks in and does the job, from toe to the top of my head it's checked and done in minutes. Always a smile and pleasant greeting and right to business. Great, just what I want.............

Cleared up my cystic acne after about two visits, then helped so much with my son who has eczema and a rash we couldnt get rid of until dr kerner saw him. Recommend anyone with skin problems to see him.

Took daughter for appointment on Feb 16th, need 3 prescriptions but one has an issue with insurance. Walgreen has sent required info to Dr. Kerners office, I have not heard from them since, I've called 5 times, still no medications?? Visit very rushed by Kerner. What do I have to do to get the last prescription for my daughter?????
