Great doctors; great staff. Billing is a little flaky but they do make an effort to address your concerns.

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Selena Liao. My son was diagnosed with thyroid cancer in Santa Fe. I don't have much confidence in the medical care in Santa Fe so we researched doctors in ABQ. Dr. Liao spent over an hour with us explaining the procedure, complications etc. she patiently listened and answered all of our questions. Our sons surgery was yesterday. It turned out to be more aggressive and Dr Liao did an excellent job with his surgery. She is a brilliant surgeon with a beautiful bedside manner. A doctor exhibiting excellence in medical skill and having a good bedside manner is very rare and Dr. Liao has BOTH! I really can't reccommend her enough.

This is my first visit. Didn't care for the wait. They called before my appointment and said to be there at 2:20. Got there at 2:15 and waited, and waited, and waited. Cancelled a few other meetings I had and waited. Finally after an hour in the lobby I asked, that's when I decided on 2 stars. Receptionist said my appointment was for 2:50 (This was after 3). WHY THE HELL DID YOU ASK ME TO BE THERE AT 2:20?

I had an appointment scheduled to see a Dr. for two weeks. They waited a ONE day before the appointment to inform me my insurance was not accepted. The stay was really nice, however when they called back to make sure I got the message, as I answered the representative was laughing talking to someone as I said hello many times.

I had my appointment at 8:40 with a 8:10 check in. It is 10:15 and I am still waiting. This place is very slow. Do not go there.

I waited well over an hour to be seen. My appointment was at 3:15 I did not see the doctor until 4:50. Even more concerning, while I was waiting the staff were discussing other patients, loudly enough that I could hear everything. They used a patients first and last name, mentioned his age and even discussed his attractiveness. I was alarmed at the lack of confidentiality and professionalism. Save yourself some time and look elsewhere, especially if you value your medical privacy. After waiting for so long, Dr. Selena Liao came in and brushed me off in a fairly condescending manner. She scoffed and questioned why I would even need to see her. I was referred to her by the ER so I figured that following up would be a good idea, but apparently I was wrong. This was far from the "caring attitude" that their website claims the staff will provide. Again, do yourself a favor and seek a different ENT.

Worst Experience Ever. Doctor Nagel found a lump in my neck, scared the hell out of me, sent me for an Utrasound right away. Only so I could hear absolutely NOTHING from his office for nearly TWO MONTHS. I called each week asking for my test results and got nothing still. Didn't get a call back from Dr Nagel until I threatened to come in to the office and make a scene! And by the time he got around to calling, I had already gone to another doctor, had tests done and received my results immediately from this new doctor. I was terrified for weeks waiting for news from Dr Nagel. Of course when my bill was due, they called me right away! Nightmare.
