No coordination of care (needed to be referred to an orthopedic surgeon). No x-ray or imaging of the area diagnosed by CNP. CNP diagnosed only part of the injury and talked about how she had the same injury, but still gave no effective treatment to the areas of injury. Did not treat pain, or secondary muscle spasms effectively, and did not provide follow-through when returning for treatment of pain while awaiting appointment with an orthopedic surgeon at another facility (had to find an orthopedic surgeon on my own). Actually refused care when I returned during my 2-week wait for surgical consult, despite progression and worsening of symptoms. On return, CNA told me that the CNP who would not see me said I should take Benadryl for muscle spasms. Huh? I very clearly stated that I did not want a narcotic, so I am really unsure as to why I was not examined or provided continuity of care. The second star...The waiting room is usually pretty empty. That could be good when “not that urgent” care is needed, but I wonder if they are responsive enough to merit a consistent rating. They were ok when I needed an inhaler during an asthma flare-up. I so want to give a single star based on my recent experience (muscle spasms and pain from neck to index finger currently), but I think there are some ok, moderately-competent folks there. I have appreciated this urgent care when I had less serious issues, but know better now. Oh, one more thing... I am not fond of the fact that they do not clearly state that their providers are wearing video recording devices (not in everyday terms at least). I opt out. I would prefer more down-to-earth, human-to-human treatment. Less fast-food-like! Do I want to bring my family to any place rebranded “DaVita” after this? Very disappointed with my last two experiences. Not a place to go if in real pain. Better to wait in line somewhere good and busy if they can respond adequately. 2 weeks to go. Of course I am going somewhere else.

Today I went to davita urgent care. I saw a CNP Barnes. I was treated so well that my symptoms were decreased before I left the office. This women is Awesome... I haven't been treated this well in years, decade's. I have gone to other M D and CNP and I haven't been cared for so well and with worse symptoms, and I had to wait days for the medicine to start working. I am so impressed with her skills and want her to be recognized for it. Thank you

Took my son there on the weekend due to stomach pain, we are recently relocated from another state, and the staff was able to quickly get him screened and tested. With all the stress of moving it was nice to have have such fast answers to set our minds at ease.

I brought my 15 month old son here because he saw his own doctor the day before for an upper respiratory infection, but seemed to be getting worse. Dr. Gilbert misprescribed an antibiotic, so my husband and I gave him twice as much as he should have had. I can’t believe a doctor could make such a mistake about something that is so routine. I will be making a formal complaint and I do NOT recommend this place to anyone.

Disgusting! When i finally got into my room there was a bloody piece of gauze on the floor, dried blood or something on the dr's stool, tons of dust on everything. This is a medical office! What happened to a sanitary environment. Gross!

Found my way to this urgent care @ rush hour. Didn't know that they have no laboratory, just x-ray. Should have gone to a full ER or my local pharmacy, they would have done better. No wonder this uc has such a low rating, I won't be returning to Davita, they won't be emptying my pockets anymore! And this urgent care has been a waste of time and a shoddy exam at best.

Absolute worst urgent care I have ever been to. 3 hour wait for some nurse to tell me well we don't know what to do for you. I have a fever, I am freezing and have a pounding headache. I can't even get Tylenol after all this, our healthcare system is complete garbage. I know I don't have just a common cold, I don't come to the hospital for colds. Stay away from this urgent care at all costs. Rude and unfriendly staff makes for a much worse experience.

Do not go to this urgent it is a joke. My wife went in with extreme stomach pain. She paid the co pay and waited to see the Dr. when She saw the Dr he said we are going to do an x-ray we probably wont be able to see anything but we will do one anyway. The Dr could not see anything on the X-ray they really need an ultrasound to diagnose anything. He said he was going to check my white blood cell count to see is if she had an infection and left and came back to say She should really go to emergency because they did not have any of the sticks to test her blood. I called Davita's business office and filed a complaint and requested a refund of my co-pay since they could not perform any of the test needed. I was told after their review that I would not receive a refund because she had received treatment. A lot the the reviews tell the same story. Avoid this joke of a facility as they take the term "practicing medicine" literally! They are just Practicing on you!

Great bc primary can see records but overall DaVita sucks if you have ANY kind of chronic pain. Can't switch from BCBS bc of kids doctor so I just suffer.

Went in yesterday after having to leave work early due to being dizzy and nauseous, this was pretty close to where I was coming from so I just decided to go.... waste of my time. Nice people but I sat there for about an hour to have my throat swabbed and told it was most likely a headache from a cold. I could have came home and got rest instead of doing all that

Registered online, came early and checked in at kiosk as instructed. They told me over an hour later that I wasn't checked in. Also said they called me, which they didn't, to give them medical cards and id. When triage saw him , they refused to even examine him because their system showed he had an order for a CT scan which hadn't been approved by insurance. We left without getting any help. In a follow up, my stepfather was diagnosed with lymphoma the next day and died 5 days later. But we went tp Presbyterian Hospital, where we received outstanding care.

The option to sign-in online for the Urgent Care shortened the wait time which was very nice especially when one isn't feeling well. The Staff was friendly and helpful, and being able to fill prescriptions right around the corner made it so much easier instead of having to drive to a different location to pick up. I'd definitely recommend DaVita Medical Group Urgent Care if you are looking for an urgent care.

While I do not have any complaints about the quality of care, I found the billing department to be disconcertingly sloppy and disorganized. After waiting for the verdict on a bill review for five months, without hearing anything from DaVita, I received a letter from a collection agency. Upon receiving the letter, I contacted the DaVita billing department. They confirmed both the existence of the review request and that there was no record of communicating the verdict to me. Additionally, their contractor that mails the bills mistyped my street number even though DaVita had the correct address in its system. To say these mistakes were an inconvenience is an understatement.

This place is a cruel joke. If you are in pain or need urgent care DO NOT go to this place. I went in excruciating pain and was told they are only allowed to give you ibuprofen, because they aren't properly licensed to do more than that. This was after they collected a $50 co-pay.

I visited the DeVita Urgent care today for a broken foot, the staff and medical personnel were kind, warm and proficient. This is the best urgent care unit I have visited. Special thanks to Dr. Griego and nurse Lisa Ngyuen, they were both exceptional.

ABQ Health Partners can produce and show all these glossy, professional commercials on TV, but in reality our experience with this place is HORRIBLE. Dr. G. Neal (ENT) literally turned around and walked out of the room mid-sentence when I was talking to him. He seemed bothered the entire appointment. I just called today for my mom to see her Primary Care Dr. (Dr. Russo) because she is short of breath and there's weezing in her chest. We can't get into see him until APRIL (Today is March 7th). SERIOUSLY?!?! So mom's struggling to breathe, and we can't in for over 3 weeks. When I asked about their commercials touting "Same Day or Next Day Appointments", she said, "that's not to see your doctor". So, we've made an appointment to see another doctor who can see mom tomorrow. ABQ Health Partners is just a big company that pass you around from doctor to doctor while none of them really get to know you. We made an appointment to see a pediatrist. We were told before we could see a pediatrist, it's a requirement to get a foot x-ray. We had to go in to get an x-ray a separate day and then go back to see the doctor. (X-ray wait was over an hour). The doctor didn't even look at the x-ray during the appointment. It was just a charge ABQ Health Partners could charge our insurance. There's no sense of anyone actually caring for you (Despite what their ads show you on TV). You're treated like a number and insurance money. Currently looking for a more caring, compassionate accessible health facility.

I went in for abdominal pain, and I’m pregnant. doctor Kidwell, was less than impressive. He told me the prescription he gave me had only been tested on pregnant animals, not humans but it should be ok. He advised me to take the prescription and expose my unborn baby to a drug that hasn’t been properly tested!!! He told me I needed an ultrasound. But it was 3:45pm and all the techs were gone for the day, the doctor said he wouldn’t do the ultrasound and I would just have to go to the ER. He said I could have an ectopic pregnancy and die so to go immediately to the ER and not waste another minute. I rushed to the ER, they gave me fluids, an antibiotic and my ultrasound. Turns out all I had was a UTI...here I am. $600 in the hole because they didn’t keep an ultrasound tech in past 3:45pm.

I schedules a appointment on weds at 235 and I got there the reception desk told me I couldn't be seen I was dropped off in huge pains and she knew I wasn't feeling week and told me to go to press I told her you should take my insurance just call so she call and I have a 50 co pay and they accepted it.. I went to the back and the so called Dr Andria and her whole staff where on the phones looking at social media and I guess they where having a pot luck so.. While I was dying with pains all I can here them do is gossip about other girls and boys.... Then some one came gave me a iv and took my vitals and left.. After the first bag of iv she said you look better lets get you out of here.. I said no antibiotics or anything I still feel bad she requested a urin test ibtold her in her because I cant keep any fluids down.... I can't pee.. She got mad and gave me one more 1/2 bag and said be ready to pee in 15... She came back in 15 said ready I said no still feeling bad and she stopped out... All I could hear was all the girls laughing and giggling finally she came back and took me to the restroom and I peed a dark brown color.... She came back right away said oh you where dehidraid... I said I know that that's why I'm here.. She said your ok now I'm going to discharge you.. I said I still feel horrible.. She said her is a glass of water I drank it threw it up right away and she came in asking if I threw up I said yes... She gave me one more bag of iv 1/2 then when it was done it was close to them closing.. I heard her down the hall way.. Saying I don't know and I don't care I'm discharging her its not my problem...

I am shocked to see so many unfavorable reviews for this facility... I have been seen on three separate occasions in the last year and have received "top-notch" care. The last visit was on October 16, 2018 very close to closing time. The PCC Tanya was very pleasant and eager to assist me in checking in. Lori/LPN was very courteous, knowledgeable and sincere about navigating my care. Linda/CNP was prompt, answered all of my questions and very thorough. Ron/M.A. applied the brace on my injury and was very professional and pleasant. Lastly, the X-ray tech, Danielle was very professional, comforting and knowledgeable. Again, this was minutes away from closing time...Collectively, these group of professionals were awesome and should be commended!

Brought my 7 month old daughter, who clearly had flu like symptoms, in to this center only because they open early. He wanted to do a chest exray which I quickly inquired as to why. He proceeded to pressure me but I said I would wait for the swab. Within minutes he came back saying, “Oh mom knows best.” I cannot imagine someone who is not educated on their child’s symptoms and out of fear opt for the exray. I would say wait it out for another UC to open because this one is awful. They should be investigated for INFLATING bills doing unnecessary X-Rays. Dr.Gilbert I believe also made not 1 but 2 sexist comment about breastfeeding. This place is garbage!

Came to this facility several times before we were able to establish a primary care doctor. Staff was friendly and efficient and the wait times were short. You may see a PA instead of a doctor, depending on your concern, but you at least get treated or evaluated right away. So far, we're quite pleased with DaVita here in ABQ.

I have come here off and on through the years, and the service has been good. Upon visiting today, I have some mixed feelings. This urgent care appears neglected-I see worn chairs and cracks in glass. Prior to today, I recall of this urgent care being clean, well-cared for, with professional, cheerful staff. Now it appears that there has been significant staff changes, and not always for the better. Such a shame. I don't think I will return here going forward.

DO NOT COME HERE. Told them I had just experienced chest pain lasting 15 minutes. Sat in waiting room for 40 minutes before being told I would have to wait 4 hours before being seen. This urgent care facility shouldn't be allowed to operate; negligence doesn't come close to describing how bad the situation is.

Terrible services. Took 4 hours to see the doctor. The facility is dirty and not taken care of. The doctor called in 2 perceptions to my pharmacy and when I got to the pharmacy they were out of one of them. So the pharmacy tried to call it into another location but couldn't because of the class of drug. I called at 11:00am the next day to the doctors office to have them call it in again for me. Well I never heard back so I called back to the doctors office at 3:00pm and of course no one called in my prescription. Supposedly they called it in right then and there. Later to find out in the pharmacy drive thru they had no record of this prescription. So I called the doctors office again at 6:15pm and they put me on hold for 10 mintues to tell me they were having a problem with calling in my prescription. I stiil dont have my prescription im feeling like crap and there is nothing I can do but share my terrible experience about this health location. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

The staff is rude very unprofessional. Only 1 doctor working with a 3 hour wait in the lobby then at least 1 hour in the exam room waiting... urgent care... Yeah right!!! Horrible never coming back and would never recommend!!!
