Went for a routine mammogram and they found a tiny unkown "something". I was scheduled a week later for further imaging. The results were still inconclusive so they were able to set up an appointment the next morning with a specialist. I am waiting for my MRI later this month. Everyone there is friendly and quite knowledgeable. Plus...everything you need is in one area which is great that you don't have to travel throughout the city! I highly recommend.

When we went to make an appointment, the lady at the front desk was chatting with her friend. No big deal. However, when my wife went to make an appointment, she was giving personal details while the receptionist's friend was standing like 4 feet away. That's not just a privacy violation, that's a HIPAA violation. Regardless, she just wanted to make an appointment, so no problem right? Wrong. The lady who did the scheduling had already gone home (at 4 PM), so they said they'd call my wife back next week to schedule an appointment. As if. She got a reminder text the following week for an appointment she never made - these people signed her up for an appointment without checking to see if she's available yet. She's tried calling them again and again just to get a stupid appointment. Maybe the doctors who work here are great, but now we'll never know. They've lost our business because Irene can't figure out how to schedule an appointment.
