Dr. Beggs is amazing! The staff is great!

We love Dr Beggs!!! Before we met her we had gone through 3-4 different Pediatricians. She has been so kind to me and my children and when we need a referral, she is always on top of it. I would definitely recommend Dr Beggs. She is a great doctor and seems to really love kids and want to help them any way she can!

I’ve been using this provider for the last 17 years, bringing both of my kids here. Bebe Hahn was great. Unfortunately he’s not there anymore, and this place has been on a steady decline since. Today I was late for my daughters immunization appointment for school. First time ever late by the way. The receptionist says I gotta rescheduled because I’m almost thirty minutes late! There’s a ten minute grace period first of all. I know this because I called this morning to push the appointment back as late as I could get. Letting them know I was going to be late even to the time that they rescheduled to. I’m just ten minutes past the grace period. I’m a busy single father trying to make sure APS doesn’t dis-enroll my child from school for not having current vaccinations. These folks don’t have the compassion to say’ “Hey I understand it’s ok let’s get her taken care of.” Nope it’s a your almost thirty minutes late you’re gonna have to reschedule. The clinic was a ghost town! Nobody was there, just plain laziness and unsympathetic.

Went into the office today and noticed almost all of the staff is gone! I don't know the circumstances of this, but I wonder if they will be in business much longer. I'm going to have to find a new provider for my kiddos . I always found that the staff was very friendly and could usually get me in when needed. Today's visit the front desk person seemed very fake and cold. It's sad what was happened to Bebe Care.

Edited: Since my original post, a doctor, at least two wonderful nurses, and even Barbara have been terminated. This place looks like a sinking ship. FYI: After Hours Pediatrics isn't just for after hours, and no additional cost for any of it (Bebe Care doesn't want you to know that). Dr. Dorsey Beggs is extremely protective of her receptionist and childhood friend, Barbara. Barbara can be very cold and rude at times. If you dare stand up for yourself or act as an advocate for your child’s care Dr, Beggs will terminate your care. There appears to be a trend based on previous reviews. Dr. Beggs should understand she’s running a business dealing with sick children, not a sorority. This is especially sad for my children who have come to know the wonderful doctors & nurses there since birth. We only go to the doctor for yearly well-visits and perhaps 3 times for other issues in 6+ years. We’ve always been happy with the care received, but we somehow upset her receptionist with our concerns and have been terminated via certified letter. Never was a insult given or a curse word spoken by me or my husband. In the state of NM where we often hear of abuse and neglect of children, it’s plain awful to see a case where children are punished because parents advocate for proper care. Talk about abuse of power. You should change the name of your office, Dr. Beggs. You are no Dr. Bebe Han. Maybe call it Barbara’s Care since she calls the shots.

The Doctors and Nurses in this office are simply amazing! We were seen within 10 minutes of arriving. I am always impressed when my son has his appointments! The Doctors in this office are very thorough and take their time to hit key topics related to age specific needs and make my teen feel extremely comfortable! Just want to give a big Hi-5 Bebe Care! Keep up the awesome work!

Four months after the visit, we finally received the bill in the mail. Despite listing a website through which payments can be placed, the website would not even let us pay the bill. Overall, this practice appears to be very sloppily ran.

They moved without telling us.... and across town where I originated from had to drive for 30- 40 minutes and pretty much made a trip around Albuquerque. No communication. but great staff great place to be. I would recomend to anyone. Just make sure to ask if they are moving locations every time.

Can understand running behind but be nice about it and learn some personable skills. #rude Would be 5 stars because everything else is great. We will put up with the front because of the great service past the trolling gatekeepers.

I love Bebe Care! We found Dr. Beggs when my son was 7 years old. She and her staff have always been amazing. One thing I especially appreciate is that once my son got a bit older, he was able to have Alben do his physicals for school. He felt more comfortable with a guy doing his physical after a certain age. I have never left without all of my questions being answered. I also feel they really address issues that teenagers might face at school in a discrete and understanding manner. I can't recommend them highly enough! Great and convenient location as well, now that they have moved.

I have been take my kids here for almost 10 years now and I love the nurses and the doctors. What I’m really starting to dislike is the changing of NP so often and the front desk lady. She is rude and unhelpful and referred me to an urgent care instead of making me an appointment. In all my years with this practice I have NEVER had a problem with same day appointments and I can never seem to get my kids seeing. Dr. Beggs is a wonderful doctor! I just think some changes need to be done to get the practice back to the way it was.

Doctors and nurses are nice, but wellness checkup claim to issuance was done incorrectly so I had to call back. No matter for making an appointment or other issues, you have to call several times to eventually get someone picking up the phone. The person who does appointment is not helpful. I would give five stars if their front desk staff and accountants do a better job.
