Workers were nice But it’s been over a week and haven’t got any results yet from the doctor. I have called 3 times and it’s gone to voicemail every time. 2 voicemails have gone unreturned.

I have personally not had any problems with either of my physicians. I believe to find them very humble and doing their job to the best of their ability.

Staff was great but who opens a medical office without a lab for testing? Diagnosed my daughter for strep out of site and 2 days later we're back at the doctor because she got worse and she tested positive for the flu. Place needs a serious evaluation on when it should be open, especially during flu/strep season!

Best place in New Mexico to go. We use Dr. Noseff. He really listens to you and doesn't rush you out. If he can't fix it he will send you to the right person who can. His office staff are professional and very nice. We've seen a few of the other doctors there when Noseff has not been there and they were all good too. If you can't get in there I'd just go to Texas. I don't trust anyone else for great care other than American Medical. Also the check in ladies are very nice and helpful too. Also had to deal with the business office here and they were very nice and helpful. You won't have a bad experience here. I highly recommend this place. They take walk-ins and appointments. You usually don't have a long wait unless there is a lot of sick people. But even if you have to wait, it is totally worth it.

Kristie Morris is hands down the BEST Dr. I have ever had the pleasure to work with. Her knowledge and ability to listen to her patients is a breath of fresh air for me. After only three months in her care, she has made an enormous impact on my family’s future and quality of life. After 40 years of suffering, Kristie has diagnosed me with EDS, a rare genetic disorder. Myself and my descendants now have a cause for our pains and odd ailments. She has single handedly changed my entire family’s life for the better. Our quality of life will be forever changed. Having a diagnosis means we will no longer be labeled hypochondriacs and will be taken seriously for the rest of our lives. As for her staff, Janelle always greets everyone with a smile and absolute efficiency as the receptionist, Stephanie all smiles and kindness checking vitals. Nurse Erica, fastest hands around, typing notes, generating lab report documents, X-ray reports & photos all while being in exam room assisting Kristie. With a smile I might add I could go on forever. Thank you to the entire staff. Each of you will forever hold a special place in our hearts!!

Avoid Dr. Jerrid Noseff if you can. He does not care about his patients concerns for out of town workers. That place just want your money. Find a good family care doctor instead.

Walk-in is always welcome, and average wait time is anywhere between 30-40 minutes. Doctors and Family Nurse Practitioners are very knowledgeable and friendly. However billing department can be bit of a pain.

I have been a patient at AMG for many years, as well as my entire family. We have our preferred physician B. Morris but when ever he is unavailable we see whatever physician available. We truly confide in all physicians on hand. All have been very great doctors. Even the staff have been very helpful. Wait time had gotten better throughout the years but the wait is definitely worth it. B.Morris is amazing. I appreciate that he listens instead of making us feel like "Yea yea this is what's wrong with you..now leave" like other places I've been. Thank u AMG for your professionalism..your concerns..and your loyalty to my family and myself as well. As long as there is AMG we will remain. Zamora Family

Showed up at 12:48 and didn't get serviced until 2:50. The receptionist kept telling us we were next but still had to wait to get serviced

Weird that they have phones but no one ever answers. If they do, they transfer to another person to give you to a voicemail. I should have just sent a pigeon.

Worst clinic I have ever dealt with. No one ever answers their phone, you have to leave a voicemail message and they never return the calls. Of all the clinics I work with on a daily basis, this is decidedly the absolute worst, I wouldn't recommend them to my husband's ex-wife (or would I....). I just looked at their self-promotion video and it says "call us now!" You can call them, but they won't answer the phone.

I brought my little girl in to see Dr. Schmidt Friday after hours clinic. He informed me that he would be out on Monday and provided me with a prescription just in case her symptoms worsened over the weekend. The staff was prompt and courteous, helped my daughter feel safe. Loved the fact that I could walk-in with out an appointment or calling ahead. Thank you Dr. Schmidt and Staff.

Saranda Stallings

Very good experience overall. Staff was friendly and helpful. I️ saw Dr. Noseff because he didn’t have a long wait like the other doctors did. He was very nice and knowledgeable. I️ will definitely use this clinic again in the future.

Seems as though the lab staff is seriously not helpful. I had lab requests sent a day ahead and when i called to check if they had recieved the labs before i went the lady said there were none. So i informed her the time before it had went to a different fax and the lady that worked in that office brought it to them. She said there are like 8 fax machines and she couldnt just walk around to each of them....last time all it took was a phone call to each one until the other lady found it. And it should not be an issue of wrong fax number like that since my daughters dr office called amg and asked them specifically which fax number to use. What upset me so much was that the woman just flat out refused to do anything, just put her hands up and said there was nothing she could do. This is no simple trip to get my daughters labs done, i have to wake her up an hour earlier than normal, so it can be done before she has her morning medications. Which typically causes her seizure activity from lack of complete and proper sleep. I guess its my bad i didnt know the exact fax number that the dr office sent it to, since thats part of my job as the patients mom and not the job of amg to be providing the drs with the correct fax #s. Either way this has happened more times than it ever should. All i asked for was to check the other fax machines so i could get the labs drawn today since we were already waiting since saturday to be able to do all this. Im so frustrated with the "help". ...i spoke with the drs office after all this and they had received a confirmation number from amg yesterday that they had infact received the lab request. The lady working the front desk was adamant that they had never gotten it. So refaxed to the same (correct) fax number and double checked that it was there. That same lady was upset that i had hung up on her during the first call, which i guess it could be seen that way, even though i had said "ok thank you then" before i did. I normally wouldnt have been rude like that, but its beyond frustrating. I will now call the day before so that i can make sure im not getting up the next day for nothing. At least i know it will be there for us to try again tomorrow. Now we will see if everyone can still be professional even though she didnt appreciate my attitude today.

Called the number in the Lubbock phone book and got a guy who gave me the number for another clinic and told me he didn't work for AMR.

A new Doctor took my PAs place, I seen him and my Doctor during the passing over to the PA. I have had many issues this year requiring blood work 5 times, and referred to three different specialist by this doctor. The last time I seen the two doctors together was the end of August of this year. They recommended an orthopedic specialist this time. I travel to my home state of Louisiana and seen my orthopedic specialist, and cannot return to work in New Mexico till January. After only two months this new doctor or PA has refused to write my blood pressure medicine. Normally every six months you have to go in, it had been only two months at this point. I am out of state on his recommendation taking care of my orthopedic needs. I have letters from him, I have done bloodwork there three times in the last six months and for some reason he will not write my blood pressure medicine. The big deal to me is simply he is new trying to keep up a clientele. I’m sure he did not even read my file.

Not really sure how they do business because they won't even answer the phone to take my business.

Every time I go to a doctor any where, I take a very real and potentially vulnerable step towards true self-care by declining to get weighed. I have done this for years and have never gotten any pushback except by NP Brock Morris and his staff. Each time I would go in to see him, I was met with resistance. It was never anything too harsh, until one day after skipping the weighing process with his staff and being escorted to my patient room, NP Brock Morris stormed in my room stomping in there with an attitude and visibly angry with no intention of hearing or understanding my feelings. He called me "non-compliant" in general and told me "I will not be your care provider anymore if you do not get weighed." He behaved absolutely ridiculous! I tried to explain to him from my heart in a condensed version why I don't like to be weighed, but he already had his mind made up before he stepped foot in that room and wasn't going to try and TRULY understand his patient - me. He awkwardly gave me my lab results and quickly ended the appointment, leaving me hurt, shaken and confused as to why he and his staff were so upset and labeling me as non-compliant all because of not getting weighed! The fact is that I am in the doctor's office to be cared for. It is the responsibility of those within the practice to ensure my experience does not trigger or cause any unnecessary harm. I have the right to refuse to be weighed! As a patient, I have the right to decline any medical test or procedure at any time! It's my body, and I have the final say! I'm not some medical chart or some cookie cutter patient! I am a human being and an individual with my own past, scars, struggles and fears. What may be good for one person may not be good for the other. However, I am a reasonable and very understanding person, so I get that there may be times when it is medically necessary for a patient to be weighed- preoperatively, when ascertaining certain medication doses, or in the tracking of life threatening conditions. I do consider circumstances individually and if there is a justifiable reason to get an accurate weight, then I can agree to it gracefully. My intentions are never to be "non-compliant". On the contrary, NP Brock Morris was anything but agreeable and graceful. It should be put in the front of his and everybody in a helping profession's daily work to be compassionate, sensitive, understanding, merciful and educated on the INDIVIDUALITY of their patients, but that is not the case with him and unfortunately many others. I was shocked to find out that he fired me from not only his care but ALL of AMG! I can't believe he fired me all because I spoke up for my own body and mental health and declined to get weighed! Weighed! WOW! I've spoken to several doctors throughout the country after this incident and they are all appalled at the level of unprofessionalism, education and insensitivity this NP has and the rest of AMG for complying with his wishes to fire me as a patient from the whole clinic. Many medical professionals are unaware of the potentially disastrous ripple effects that putting focus on a person's weight can cause. They are unaware that people can be unhealthy at ALL SIZES and you don't need a scale to see if a person appears unhealthy. "Larger bodied" or "extremely thin" individuals are often viewed as someone who wants to be "in denial about their weight" and are given their number as a "wake up" call. Assuming that people in "larger" or "frail" bodies should feel concerned about their weight is an example of inherent bias and is a part of an iatrogenic practice that inappropriately reinforces body shame as somehow "motivating". People of all shapes and sizes struggle with disordered behaviors, thoughts and just plain embarrassment, and part of healing their relationship with their mind and body means letting go of body checking behaviors, like monitoring weight. Only I KNOW how I FEEL in MY BODY, how my clothes fit, my joints move, my energy levels and vitality - none of which can be measured by a scale.
