Always overcrowded, they treat their patients like a production line instead of people. The staff are masters of multitasking as they are on the phone nonstop even when talking to patients in person. But they will not have a conversation with you in person for more than a few seconds even if you're confused by details of your treatment or payment since they are too busy for personal attention. I hope you don't mind being treated next to a stranger as they hold 2 people per treatment room, no privacy or anything. how is this even legal? I took work off to get my shot and on arrival I was informed that my medication had expired and nothing could be done until the doctor can see me in a month to prescribe me another dosage. When I asked why they even made the appointment if I no longer had medicine and why they hadn't alerted me sooner to try and plan ahead, they told me there is no way they could ever keep up with the medical information of all their patients. I have never been treated so insignificantly by a medical center before. I had to wait 3 months to even see the doctor, but in their defense, they did let me get my injections before meeting with a doctor and they did reschedule my application for a few days earlier due to their mix up. Looking for a new clinic asap

Professional and the doctor actually listened to my concerns.

Terrible service, they cancel my appointment two times without letting me know ,and people wait for hours to be attended, I will recommend to go to a different clinic.

These people will give you the never ending run around! And, they will treat you disrespectfully if you raise any issues with service! This is a Hispanic run place and they hate people who aren't the same race!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They understand my time is important to me, and get me in and out as soon as possible. The staff is very courteous, and they work with my insurance without any effort on my part.

Dr. Wang and the staff here are super nice and courteous. Dr. Wang is great with my 5-yr old daughter. They are doing the best they can with an office space that's too small and too many people needing shots. I've always been treated very well, but they need more office space and more people to give shots, as it's always very crowded to get your shots. I would rate them a 4, but after signing in one day they accidentally skipped my 5-yr daughter, and I ended up waiting 45 minutes before I asked and they figured out the mistake. They need a better sign-in system to prevent that from happening.

This medical provider has a huge volume of patients which it struggles to fit in. The staff is primarily administrative and techs meaning compensation isn't necessarily very high, however they are a low cost allergy treatment provider offering excellent services and above excellent doctors. Patients sometimes do not get signed in correctly and temp workers have made mistakes at this clinic. Disciplinary measures would probably alleviate this problem and I urge any administrative management to strongly consider crafting a solution to this problem as nearly every negative review on Google pertains to this issue. I've witnessed multiple patients with observable mental issues endeavoring to create a toxic environment in the paltry half hour they must wait after recieving treatment weekly. Many regular patients also take the 45 minute treatment time as social hour or simply an outlet for the clear ineptitude in their own lives. Many patients miss appointments or arrive hours late demanding, sometimes violently, that they get treated (particularly if they had to drive more than 10 minutes). This behavior would have them kicked out of 90% of medical facilities and yet the staff often simply accommodates them ironically fueling their entitlement resulting in the litany of misrepresentative reviews found here. The staff has routinely bent over backwards for me and my family requiring only civility which 50% of the patients who attend this clinic refuse to practice. The doctors who practice at this clinic are some of the best I've seen throughout the country spanning multiple fields of medical. They are very knowledgeable, take excess time with each patient and provide detailed information regarding the practice and treatment of allergies. They are anomolous model providers in a US medical system that is quickly slipping into liability based treatment which values the billing department over the patient. The unsatisfied patients I've witnessed are few and far between and often are aggressive, ignorant and unwilling to listen; regardless Dr. Wang and Dr Ghably persevere in advising and treating these patients often under duress. The cost of treatment is extremely low compared to nearly any other allergy clinic. Albuquerque is already a low cost medical and living community so it comes as no surprise that many reviews posted here criticised the cost of treatment. Allergy treatments are still widely considered elective and responsibility for coverage lies with the insurance company and plan, not the provider. To reiterate: the base cost of treatment at this clinic is cheap. Whether the typical Albuquerque resident can afford this treatment comfortably is really not the responsibility of the clinic. I've witnessed the staff assisting patients with the already low cost in any way they can. I've overheard the staff dealing, sometimes for hours, with insurance group finance calls, collection calls and spending ludicrous amounts of time trying to lower costs for patients who are often either unappreciative or too dense to even understand they are being helped. This clinic and providers are an excellent resource for Albuquerque. Unfortunately much of albuquerques residents lack the basic mental functioning to appreciate this clinic. I'm very happy to see some of the bigger offenders from the treatment waiting area promising to leave in these reviews. My thoughts on this:good riddance. I hope allergy partners of albuquerque continues offering affordable, informed and friendly allergy treatment to our city for years to come.

Very VERY VERY disappointed. I guess I now know where the money is at for Allergy Partners of Albuquerque and it is obviously not diagnosing food allergies. I requested via phone to be tested ( with multiple phone calls) for food allergies. The majority of my testing was on weed pollen , tree pollen, grass pollen, inhalants, epidermals, fungi and a panel of 12 general foods and four grains. Obviously, the money is in the shots for allergies not related to foods. Disappointing along with nearly $700.00 out of pocket expense.

Spent 23 years trying to figure out what was wrong with me. They took the time to help me figure it out (which was not easy!) And get me answers!

I've been coming here for years and for years they've had sub-par service. I show up for my scheduled appointment and they make me wait sometimes over an hour for a 15 second shot. Its ridiculous and unacceptable. If they're that busy, they can certainly afford more staff or a bigger facility.

Waited 6 months for an appointment only to have them cancel it the day before. But they could get us in 6 months from now!

Waited 6 months for my appointment. Five days before my appointment I received a phone call that I needed to stop antihistamines 7 days before the visit. About 10 am the day before the visit I received a phone call that I needed to confirm my visit by 4pm that day. I can't afford a cell phone and I can't always get to a phone at work. They canceled my appointment. As a teacher after two days of absence for *any* reason through the year, the state dept. of education labels me as incompetent. As a teacher I have to leave plans for for every minute for every child throughout the entire day. Taking a day off work is a major commitment on my part. P.S. When trying to access their online patient portal before my visit, I only received error messages. P.P.S. I have to give them one star or I cannot post my review.

I am just another victim of the incompetence of these offices. And they could care less. When I was originally called I was asked which office I wanted to visit either ABQ, or Rio Rancho. Since my mom lives in Rio I asked for that office planning a day with mom afterwards but when I show up at my appointment after driving for 2hrs to get there I am informed that my appt was made for the ABQ location I was welcomed to go to the other location but they didn't know when I would be seen. Kinda of ridiculous if you ask me, so instead of submitting to their incompetence I told them I would jyst get a referral from my doctor to a place that didn't continuously do this to their patients. And I say that because I've read all your reviews on here and Yahoo and they have the habitual habit of this stuff happening. The kicker the nurse who took my call could care less. I know for a fact there's at least 6 doctors in the area that will not be referring anyone else to this clinic and they talk with other doctors I just hope and pray that word of their I'll practices causes them to go bankrupt sooner than later

The staff is rather disorganized. It takes multiple calls or attempts to get what you request.

Rene Soiles

Absolutely the most disorganized doctors office I have ever come across. They cancel your appointments without letting you know. We show up and the office is closed. We show up and they have double and triple booked appointments and we end up waiting forever to be seen.

To this place, what matters is to make money, not the patient's health, they charge a lot, my husband started the treatment and hi got stop and they still keep charging, the bill does not go down only goes up for something the he is not going to use, he cancel the shots on november, the bill was 1,600 and he make a payment of 500 and now the bill its 2300....it's not fair

The office staff is incompetent. Had to wait 6 weeks to get in, they call me 3 times, the last call the evening before my appointment to harrang me about how much $$ I might have to pay, even though I've met my deductible for the year. I arrive and am told, THE DR. DOESN'T WORK AT THIS OFFICE ON WEDNESDAY ANYMORE. He can't see me at his other office today, can't see me tomorrow and have to wait for next available...but I can the other dr. I WASN'T REFERRED BY MY ENT TO SEE THE OTHER DOCTOR! There was no acknowledgement for their mess up/NO apology..they looked at me as if it was my mistake. The dr. apparently could have cared less about my medical condition cause he wouldn't squeeze me you in. DON"T GO HERE IT'S ALL ABOUT $$$, and not about your health and well being

I was really needing to see an allergist when I had a new patient appointment for this morning. I had previously received a confirmation call from the office last week, asking me to confirm my appointment in order to keep it. I immediately called back and spoke with a receptionist, who said the appointment was already confirmed and I was ready to go. When I arrived this morning to check in 20 minutes prior to my appointment, the receptionist asked me if I had confirmed, then told me they gave the appointment away because it had not infact been confirmed in their system by the employee I spoke with. I was sent home, without even having a new appointment made. The woman took down my info to get me the next available new patient appointment, but has yet to call me back. I felt very unvalued as a patient with health concerns here. This office wasted my time; I could have scheduled an appointment with another allergist that would have actually kept my appointment. I will not go back to this practice. After reading reviews, I see that I am not the only person who had their appointment cancelled without their knowledge.

I'm really surprised to hear some of the complaints here. The staff is very efficient and pleasant. They don't treat us like a "production line;" they're efficient. As for calling the day before the discuss payment, it makes sense, becuase they have pay the bills! I work in healthcare and dealing with payments is just a fact of life for healthcare. If you don't like it, then vote for someone who advocates universe healthcare (not a republican). I did have to wait for a long time for an appointment. Specialists are in high demand in New Mexico and again, that's the way it is. But once I was in, I was able to schedule my shots in advance - which I did 2x week at 8 am. I showed up, usually waited no more than 15 mnutes, got my shot, and waited another 30 (reading email, etc.) to make sure I didn't have anaphylaxis, and then went to work. No problem. My allergies are way better.
