I needed a second opinion on a particular treatment option, and am very pleased with the care I received from Ms. Renata Estes. She presented the information I needed in a clear manner, and sufficiently prepared me for the procedure. She's a great practitioner, and I would highly recommend her. Additionally, the office has a pleasant atmosphere, and the staff are quite helpful.

Staff at Womens Healthcare of Princeton were all extremely nice, friendly, organized, thorough, and efficient. Wait time was minimal-I was seen within 5-10 minutes. My visit with Dr. Waldman was great. She is knowledgable, respectful, and friendly. She did not rush me, and made sure all my questions were answered. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was the wait time, which was 37 minutes past the appt. time before even being called into the exam room, then about another 10 after that. Last time I was there, the receptionist told me as soon as I checked in that the doctor was running late (a different doctor), and I appreciated being prepared for the wait, or given the choice to reschedule. It showed respect for my time. This time the receptionists did not speak to me at all, but Dr. Waldman did as soon as I was brought to the exam room to let me know it would be a few more minutes.

She spent a good amount of time with me trying to find out what issues I might have that she could help with, and educating me about the options available to me. I appreciated her thoroughness and her kindness. She was also very gentle with her internal exam, which as a postmenopausal woman I appreciated. I had a very good experience with Dr. Sophocles, and hope to use her as my regular gynecologist from now on.

I’ve visited several dr s, but she was beyond amazing. She gave me her complete time & heard me out. She is the one to go to, if you are a picky patient. I don't know where to start! This is the BEST OBGYN. They always make me feel comfortable and I know they really care about me and my health. Everyone who works there is kind and nice. Dr. Mathew's & Jeanne Waldman take such great care of me. Dr. Mathew's recently did an unexpected cyst removal surgery and wow she is great! She spent a ton of time with me both before and after, listening to my concerns, answering my questions. The surgery went smoothly and the scars are so minor, I am shocked considering how large the cyst was. It's so nice to have the comfort of knowing I am in the very capable hands of these women and this office.

Dr Mathews was amazing! It was my first visit to this clinic and I was a bit nervous about explaining the reason for my visit. I was afraid I would have to answer loads of embarrassing questions and that I might be judged for my situation. But my experience was the exact opposite. Dr Mathews made me feel like I was normal and that I had nothing to be ashamed of. She was very thorough in her diagnosis and it was clear she was committed to helping me feel at ease and also know I was in good hands! She listened to my concerns and I finally felt like I was being heard. It was such a great feeling. I am going to recommend the clinic (the staff were all amazing too!) and Dr Mathews to everyone I know. I didn’t know a Drs visit could be this good!

This has to be the best doctors office I’ve ever been to. The amount of thoroughness, the attention to detail by my nurse practicioner Doctor Reneta Estes is literally calming to my nerves. The best thing about this institution is that they don’t shame you about any issues you may be having and put your mind at ease with support and advice! I feel like I have finally have a doctor who is on board with my lifestyle and who encourages me instead of scaring me. I’ve always been uneasy about doctors visits but not here. Dr. Estes answers all of my questions, is never ever in a rush and easily spends about 40-45 minutes with me. She’s kind, gentle and really makes sure that I understand what she’s saying. I’m never scared to ask questions, and she encourages me to ask them as well. All in all, if you need a new lady doctor, look no further.

I cannot rave about Dr. Mathews enough! Where do I begin... I do not like going to these types of appointments. I suffer a lot of anxiety over them. When I found her and read her reviews I felt a little more at ease but when she walked into the room with a calming look on her face, I felt like its going to be ok. Before she even began she listened to my anxiety's and concerns. She was in no rush even though in the waiting room people were standing because of no where to sit. In today's world we are fortunate to get 15 minutes of a doctor's time. She was very compassionate and she answered all my questions and more. She explained everything very well. I felt she really cared not only about what I was being seen for but emotionally what I was going through. She told me I could reach out to her through the portal anytime and she would reply as quickly as possible. By the time I was done with the appointment I had such a sense of relief and felt I would come see her anytime with no anxiety. And I will. I'd recommend her a thousand times over to everyone. In fact I called up 5 of my girlfriends who all have been looking for a new gyn and told them they have to look into her because she is fantastic.

I chose the doctor because of the high review on google. Everything seemed smooth and pleasant until the day of my appointment. I arrived 5 minutes before my appointment. After almost 2 hours wait, I was still not seen by the Doc. So I ended up leaving the office without being seen as I just couldn't handle the long wait anymore. In fact, before I left the office, another patient also got frustrated and left the office. Later, as I was told by other patient, it is normal in this doctor office. Doctor called me tonight and offered to see me the next day. However, after having such horrible experience, I told her I felt extremely hesitant to go back. I really don't have another 2 hours to spare in the waiting room. I understand Doctor's time is very valuable, but same as ours. If you are not able to see your patient at the scheduled time, THEN PLEASE DON'T SCHEDULE SO MANY APPOINTMENTS PER DAY. As a courtesy, we should respect other people's time. In return, our time should be respected as well. Front desk staff is friendly though.

THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND THAN IGNORE YOU!!! I had a great experience with the doctor BUT I called a 1.5 months after they got paid by my insurance to ask about a check I was supposed to receive refunding me of my money no one would call me back or answer my message on the portal. Finally I called the clinical line just to at least get someone on the phone and the lady was so RUDE as if I offended her. They got my money to reserve a hysteroscopy appointment and than my insurance paid them in full so I should have received a refund. It’s never a good feeling when you feel like someone is messing with your money. I still haven’t received my refund.
