Office is so nice and caring. Dr Halpren did Mohs surgery loved him..he is so nice and even called that same night just to see how thing were. Mario is awsome and sweet and can't say enough about Amy! The front desk staff never makes you feel like you an interruption like most doctors office. The whole office cares about its patients. Highly recommend Windsor Dermatology!

My first experience at WD and have to say everything was great. It started with the ease of making an appointment, once arrived, a large parking lot with a good number of handicapped spots, a beautiful environment, friendly and welcoming check-in staff (leave yourself an extra 15 minutes). Once in the exam room the tech was knowledgeable and kind putting my nerves at ease. My appointment was with Dr. Nieves who was thorough and reassuring. He was very professional and explained everything answering all.my questions. (My appt was for a complete body skin check.) All in all a good experience and I am very pleased. Will go back.

I was diagnosed with psoriasis at 22. I went from perfectly clear skin, to waking up one day covered in strange uncomfortable lesions. I never had a problem with my skin.. ever. I went to one dermatologist who initially diagnosed me, and I assumed it was a one time break out that was cureable.. To be told this was now a life long incurable condition.. I can't put into words the devestation I felt. I was a preschool teacher who caught strep throat from one of my students that triggered the onset of this genetic disease. I suffered for YEARS feeling hopeless, humiliated, insecure, unattractive, and it took a serious toll on my quality of life. After several doctors and several searches and failed attempts at "treatment".. I found Dr. Bagel. I cried like a baby the first consultation. He promised me he would make it right. He did more than that. He understood and listened. He appreciated it wasn't only about vanity.. and he kept his word. I am completely clear because of him. His staff.. especially James.. there really is no words to express how wonderful they are. James went above and beyond to help me find affordable solutions to keep me clear and accommodate my every need. I have referred countless friends and coworkers.. and all feel the same gratitude and appreciation I do. It is life altering. I could never say enough about Dr. Bagel or his staff. This is the place you need to be to get help, support, and results. 5 stars isn't enough..

I got mixed feeling about this place. I received good treatment from the doctors and nurses, they are professional. However, the billing department give me a surprise. Two visit for eczema diagnosis cost me almost $400 dollars. In addition, an over $300 dollar pathology bill which I was never informed during my visit showed up. Since I have high deductible plan, this is becoming really not affordable to me. I called the billing department for help on the bill and price transparency, but I did not receive any help. Overall, if you have deep pocket or a great insurance plan, this is a great place. However, you need to pay a lot out of pocket and are not financially well off, you may want to think again before you go. Thanks to the Owner's reply and suggestion. I did the call the number. Overall, it is not helpful, not willing to provide help to reduce the cost of the care, or provide a meaningful path to price transparency.

Dr. Wendy Myers is a God send! I only wish I could have gotten an appointment to see her sooner!! My friends, family, have all commented recently on how great my skin has been looking and asking what I did... Dr. Myers is the answer! I highly recommend her for your skincare needs. In addition all the staff here are very friendly, accommodating and I've never had to wait for any of my appointments past the time scheduled. Really a well-oiled practice they have here.

Ive been coming to Windsor Dermatology for years whenever I've had a skin issue or for skin checks, but this review is in regard to the cool sculpting team and in particular Sheena DeMaio. I had cool sculpting on my thighs at a different surgical facility in the Princeton area a few years ago with absolutely no results. Although frustrated and having discussed it with the previous surgeon so many times ending with more frustration, I gave up and figured it wasn't for me and I would just have to live with my pockets of fat on my thighs that were made even worse with their cool sculpting procedure. Last year, while I was at Windsor dermatology for a skin body check with Dr. Simon (who I absolutely love), they had recently started doing cool sculpting as well. I decided to also have another consultation on my thighs. Dr Simon is one of the overseeing physicians for this and the technician is Sheena DeMaio. I told them what was most bothering me on my thighs and showed them the few issues that were caused by the other doctors office years before. I immediately felt so comfortable with them and had a great level of trust. Since they were running a Valentines Day special, I decided to have 6 panels done on my thighs.. (one on each outer and 2 on each inner). Well, Sheena was amazing with her technique as she is a perfectionist. Her personality is professional but so warm and sparkly and totally genuine. The procedure this time worked unbelievably well. My outer thighs were reduced almost perfectly and a major portion of my inner thighs which was really bugging me was noticeably thinner. I was thrilled with the results and just went back today for 2 additional panels each on my upper inner thighs which will hopefully give me thighs I can be happy and more comfortable with on the beach for the first time in my life. Again, Sheena and Dr. Simon are both amazing, honest and will not recommend or suggest anything they don't think you need or should do. I've always been athletic but have had very muscular thighs my entire life, but with some chunks of fatty deposits that no matter how much I weighed were alway there. I started seeing the results this time after about 6-7 weeks and they continue for the next month or so. I have found that cool sculpting is not a perfect science, but the technicians must know exactly what they're doing in order to get the proper results. Sheena is the best at this and I recommend her to anyone. Sheena, hopefully by my next 3 month checkup, I will be bringing the champagne to celebrate... Fingers crossed.

After 2 years of pain and agony with various dermatologists, Dr Jennifer cured the warts in just 2 months. My younger sons started having warts on his fingers at the age of 11. I researched online and did all that was recommended but the warts just would no go away and kept spreading. After trying all home remedies and over the counter solutions with no success I took my son to a dermatologist in the Princeton area. After few months of visits and co-pays I gave up on him as it did not help even a bit. All this Dr. did was freeze them once a month. 4 months went by and no visible results. My son now started getting comments at school on the warts which made him feel very uncomfortable and embarrassed. I start noticing him hiding his hands under the table. I desired to take him to another dermatologist and his solution was to surgically remove the warts and burn them. The whole procedure was extremely painful. My boy pulled it thru but even looking at it was horrifying. I was told they might return and they did, even more. We went back and the same procedure was done again. More pain and more pain killers and of course more co-pays. I would have no complaints if the solution was good and permanent but it was not. Also the other Dr’s on the follow up appointment at the same practice questioned their own colleagues treatment of this. This was all a nightmare for my son and us. Finally, Finally I found Dr Jennifer Simon, recommended by our new pediatrician Dr. Shapiro. During the very first visit she seemed to know what was going on and prescribed a cream to be applied. She advised that insurance may not cover this medication but she was sure it will work. As we already spent over $400.00 on the copays, $85.00 Rx did not sound like much. Within a week of applying the medication we start seeing results. After 2 months of regular application the warts disappeared, permanently. No pain and no frustration! I am really thankful to Dr. Simon, wish I had found her 2 years earlier, my son would not have to go through all the pain he did. Having been to a few different dermatologists since moving to NJ, by far Dr Nieves is the BEST. Quick no-nonsense on the money diagnosis. Even better no nonsense procedures. I have many moles and beauty marks and occasionaly they look iffy. Other dermatologists have shave a piece off then if the biopsy came back as questionable i was stuck going back for a second visit, second co-pay and a second period of healing from a wound. Dr. Nieves cuts to the chase and removes the iffy mole - end of story - one and done. Also his staff is FANTASTIC! Will not go to another dermatologist since finding him!

Dr. Bagel treated me for psoriasis. I was enrolled in a four month clinical trial and the results were very good. She also most importantly did not offer me things I didn't come for. Far too many times I've gone to a dermatologist for one issue and they want to sell me things. I came for a skin check and that is what I got. Highly recommend her.

I was seen last week for a recurrence of my peri-oral dermatitis. It was my first time at this facility, as for my previous bout I was still living in another state. The place came highly recommended by another patient, but my experiences have been largely negative so far. Front desk was polite and helpful, and making an appointment was smooth. But I felt condescended to by both Dr. Simon and her assistant, who both acted surprised that I might know what kind of rash I had, since I'd had it before, and acted like my previous dermatologist had been incompetent when I mentioned the (effective) way I had been cured beforehand. Also, when I asked the assistant for a quick body check (I have a history of precancerous moles) I was told - again, rather condescendingly - that wouldn't be possible as the doctor would need *gasp* 15 minutes for that. Which just proved to me that the doctor had absolutely no interest in spending any time with me at all. (I waited about 40 mins for a consult that lasted about 3 minutes.) I was told they'd send my forthcoming prescriptions to their specialty pharmacist in Princeton, for lower costs, but then they called the prescriptions in to my *regular* pharmacist, causing me mass confusion. I had been out of the office only 10 mins when my regular pharmacist called me about the prescriptions, but it was already 4:58p and Windsor Dermatology already had their after-hours phone message on. I was not able to call them before 2pm on Friday, and although I *was* able to get ahold of someone on Sat morning, I was told to leave a message with the nurse triage line - except that line is only answered Mon-Fri. If you are OPEN, and presumably have nurses doing work, why don't they answer the phone messages that day?? When I finally - after TWO phone calls on Monday - was able to get it straightened out, I again got a very condescending woman (possibly the same assistant I'd had on Thurs - she implied she worked directly with Dr. Simon). I won't go into all the she said/she saids but it was a very frustrating conversation. I'm supposed to have a follow-up appointment (plus my "lengthy" 15-min body check) in two months. Right now, however, I'm considering cancelling, given how rudely and poorly I've been treated by this facility so far.

Hi All, Yest i went to Windsor dermatology after waiting for 20 min then they took me to room asked me some info and i did wait for 15-20 min inside room. when Dr David Nieves came to room he was so rude just saw me for 2 min and before even i ask him anything he was out.What an unethical practice you wont have time to sit or talk to patients?just see face and say i m writing prescription and will be send to your local pharmacy and you come after 3-4 weeks?thats all you say to patients?i will never ever recommend you to anyone. I requested an appointment for a rash, as well as a body check. The first appointment I could get was 6 weeks away so I put up with the itchy rash for weeks. Dr. Nieves himself was great, he explained everything he thought on the situation and further made sure my daughter understood what he was saying. My family has been going to Windsor Dermatology for years, every single doctor we have met with is amazing. They are direct with their messaging and actions and their results speak for itself. However it was my most recent experience prompting me to write. I went in very concerned about a growth that was causing me a lot of stress. The front office staff greeted me with a smile and made me forget why I was even there. I was brought into the room by Donna who was incredibly friendly and only further put me at ease. She was patient and took her time with collecting the necessary information while keeping me informed when the doctor would be in to see me. Which brings me to Doctor Simon who greeted me with a smile, diagnosed my problem, and took care of it all within a few minutes. Overall a fantastic experience for a not so fantastic situation which brought me there. Thank you Doctor Simon, Donna, and the rest of the staff!

Shoutout to the receptionist for being the only good thing in there! MOVING ON -> after the initial new patient business/paperwork got handed in, I had to wait. No big deal. The assistant to my Dr yells out what she decided my name was, then gave me an attitude bc I didn’t respond to the name she called 0_o THROW THE WHOLE ASSISTANT AWAY PLS! Waited in one of the private rooms in a gown for Dr. Nieves for over 20 minutes even though I could hear him on the other side of the door talking nonsense with other workers. WHATEVER! He finally makes his way into the room, decides I have hives (ok cool) and tells me to just pick up something at rite aid -.- no cream for the itching or further information as to why my skin broke out... Y'all suck! I’m glad my $25 copay was to tell my bum ass to just pick up some Allegra

Dr.Simon was wonderful. She took her time and offered excellent suggestions and protocols. However, the intake nurse was curt, frustrated with my inability to articulate my time line accurately. She misconstrued information and was rude. Keeping in mind that the practice is awesome I chose to overlook her lack of social skills and inappropriate responses.

I've been treated by Dr. Keegan for several years and am extremely satisfied with his compassion, professionalism and medical care. Prior to Dr. Keegan, I saw Dr. Bagel for years and was also very happy. It is a very busy practice and sometimes you have to wait a few weeks for a routine body check but I'm not going anywhere else. Staff needs to be careful about personal conversations since walls offer little audio privacy.

My whole experience at Windsor Dermatology was great. I had an appointment with Dr Simon. The reception staff was thorough and quick signing me in. Dr Simon and her nurse were prompt starting my exam. Dr. Simon checked me thoroughly, removed some questionable areas and answered my questions. She was very nice. I don't think me whole appointment lasted more than 30 min.

Took my son in for a lump under his ear. He was seen by a brand new doctor, Feely. After calling in and older doctor, we were advised to go for an ultrasound. We waited 30mins in the office for Dr Feely to write the script. We opted to leave becausey Dr Feel was having trouble writing it out. We had them fax it to East Windsor Radiology. Unfortunately, the script was written incorrectly and we had to jump through hoops to get a new one so we could schedule the ultrasound. 3 days after the ultrasound, I called the office for the results and was told that I need to contacted the Radiology place for the results. When I tried to explain to the young sounding girl that our referring Dr Feely (from her office) needs to see the images and tell us the results, I was met with ignorance and frustration on her behalf. Like I did something wrong! I had to call back and ask for a Manager to try and get some answers and the results of my son's ultrasound. I'm thinking that I'll need to take the images elsewhere to be reviewed.

This is no reflection on the Dr.. I was a potential new patient .. I called with a serious cystic acme problem and was offered an appointment weeks away.. not exactly what I wanted but I'll suffer til appointment.. while on phone I asked rep to verify that the practice is accepting amerihelth tier 1 for my epo.. I was told Sure and appointment was made. In those weeks my condition had worsened and most likely would need continued care and possibly Accutane...this treatment can be very expensive in tier 2.. that's why I took the time to confirm the insurance with office.. took day off work...I show up today and a nasty desk lady tells me that she doesn't think they even take my insurance.. fact is she's same person who answered initial call and verified my insurance.. I'm now weeks into suffering and lost days pay to make an appointment with a verified insurance... well the joke and lost wages are on me because of course the lazy woman never verified insurance...flat out lied... caused me to suffer and lose income... absolutely if Dr are good...double check the terrible office staff... verify and double verify...because this office is neither empathetic nor sympathetic to the damages they spew... worse experience in Dr office ever.. the manager and desk lady were basically like too bad is what it is...terrible..should have compensated for lost day and made good on their gross error for a suffering patient...again Dr was recommended...the office staff is absolutely unacceptable and false in their actions and down right rude in their response to their damaging mistakes. I was chased out the office for voicing my discontent and my gross mistreatment to point where I felt so disrespected and hurt... absolutely can not treat suffering patients this way... appalling and down right WRONG...SHAME ON YOU

I've heard some horror stories from my family regarding other doctors offices and having skin biopsy's. I had a mole removed by Dr. Nieves for a biopsy and he couldn't have made the experience more relaxing. I was extremely nervous because I've never had skin cut off, but they made it fast and painless. It felt almost like a really bad paper cut when they cut it. Now a year later the wound almost looks like real skin and blends in pretty well without standing out. People I know have had worse experiences at other offices where months later their biopsy sites look terrible. I recommend coming here because the doctors seem to know what they are doing and do it well.
