This place is a joke went in and it’s packed people standing no parking. Takes hours to get seen why make a appointment if you don’t get called for 2 hours

I was going to be a new patient but after 3 appointments being cancelled, one of them being a half hour before my appointment time I've decided to go to another place that understands and tries to accommodate their patients needs. Poor first impression.

Your receptionist isn’t very or informative. I had to pry to get dates and times without her just letting me know. “What’s the latest your open?” “Well it all depends” “Well what’s the latest I can come in?” “It all depends on the day and who’s available” “Ok” Lol seriously?

This office is so bad for accommodating their patients. I have made 2 different appointments to get something very specific figured out and have explained over the phone that this what i need done and both times when i have arrived they made up some reason for example: " You need a physician to do that and we have not scheduled one for you." or another one was "I'm sorry, the person you were scheduled with has called out so we cannot see you today." Then if i try to call and make an appointment they can never tell me dates and times available... I get the run around from them each and every time which is a shame because a friend of mine recommended this practice to me.

Horrible! This practice only gets 1 star because I can not post my review without selecting one. I've never written a review in my life but my experience was so aweful at this office... If I can save any expecting mom the inconvenience of being treated like dirt then it's worth my time. I'm 26 weeks pregnant with my first baby and had a scheduled glucose test at 2:30 p.m. I arrived on time to my appointment and wasn't able to take my glucose test. I was called into the back after 15 mins of patiently sitting in the waiting area. (The office was empty and no other patients were there). Once in the back the tech asked me if I had drank my glucose drink. I told her I didn't drink it but had a organic pomegranate juice instead at 1:30 PM. This should of been totally fine as I discussed my options with the midwife my last visit. The tech spoke to me with an AGGRESSIVE tone that instantly made me feel stressed and upset. She told me I had to make the staff aware that I had to have the test done, that it was my fault I would not be able to have my glucose test taken. By this time it was now 2:47 p.m and it's 17 mins over due. I honestly felt like the only reason she didn't check my sugar was because I didn't drink the synthetic SUGAR drink they tired to give me. My last visit the midwife told me to keep it a SECRET, I didn't want to drink that and wanted an organic fruit juice instead. Why did I have to keep it a secret? This is my first pregnancy and I want only what I know is best for my baby. Not an synthetic drink with side affects of fainting, nausea, dizziness and vomiting. I was not told I had to inform any staff why I was there, shouldn't the doctor/midwife know why I'm there for the day when they review patients folder? I guess not! So not only did I leave work early, I took in extra sugar while pregnant, which is not normal for me even for my pre pregnancy diet, and wasn't able to have the test done. I was given an attitude from the tech and the doctor lied to me about side effects from the Vitamin K shot. That's a whole other story! If you like to be treated with respect, want to continue a natural healthy pregnancy without any pressure of synthetic sugar drinks and vaccines forced on you and your growing baby, DONT NOT HIRE ANYONE FROM THIS PRACTICE!!!

This office is the worst when it comes to customer service. When you call they put you directly on hold for 8 minutes. Then transfer you to the nurse’s line and they never answer the phone. They don’t get to the root of the problem if you have one. The solution is always birth control or hysterectomy. Very disappointing. The patients matter.
