I arrived ten minutes late to my new patient appointment on July 10 and was bounced to August 21. I will review again once I have actually seen a doctor here, but my first impression was less than positive.

The Dr.s i had were great while they were there but i had a new one every other appointment. I call today and find out they do not accept my insurance anymore and didn't bother to let me know .

I came in today looking for a new primary doctor and i was helped by a young lady, chanise I believe her name was. Very helpful, took her time to help me understand what doctors accepted my insurance, I also asked about how soon it was to schedule an appointment and I was very impressed that I did not have to wait weeks or months (As to what I am used to) I am able to schedule without a hassle. The customer service skills deserve 5 stars. I Am glad that I was able to receive a pamphlet in the mail about this location. Look forward to coming in !!!!!

It's seemingly impossible to find Dr. Moss, regarding explanation and diagnosis of "treatment" of "Ultrasound of Pelvis" in a recent, otherwise effectively blank bill. WC at Brooklyn Heights appears to be unaware of his location or schedule on any given day, in my experience. I have left requests for a return call at six different office numbers that I have been given to pursue this case of unsubstantiated billing, and no one has bothered to return my call. This is contrary to NY Presbyterian's Bill of Rights, as well as Weill Cornell policy against unnecessary billing. In addition, "WC Connect" refuses to connect, invalidating entries.

I've been coming to this location since 2016, and since being a patient here.. My doctor has changed three times !!.. This has become a huge problem, I never know if I'll see the same physician when it comes to my next annual appointment. The wait time hasn't been too bad, usually little wait time. But, I can't wrap my head around why all the doctors leave so quickly.

Lazy customer service. Their reception is the worst. Large turn over on Doctors. Every 3 months it seems the doctor was leaving. Never bothered to tell you. You come for an appointment and you had a new doctor before 6 months you were seeing a new one. Never had anything ready. Never knew anything except for asking for co-pay. I started going to the office at 156 Williams St in Manhattan . What a difference. The offices there are well run by mature, competent employees. So glad I switched.
