Everyone from the front desk down to Dr. Bruce Levine are just absolutely thorough and have a bedside manner that really makes you feel comfortable and know you're in excellent hands.

Women must be warned. This is not a ob/gyn, this is a vigina monitoring place. If you have a problem they will not fix it. They will only put on a metaphorical band-aid on whatever problem you have and go no further with care.

To whom it may concern, Please tell me how To make a formal complaint against virtual OBGYN. I have been seeing doctor Deluca since I was 19 years old and for some reason this year when I called to schedule my annual, which typically takes place in September, I called in July mind you and was told they didn't have the September schedule yet and that I will be put on a waiting list. No problem. I called in August and was told they still didn't have a the schedule but confirmed I'm on the waiting list. I just called today where they explained they received the schedule last week and called everyone who is on the waiting list to schedule them already. I asked why I was not contacted and the woman Helene would not give me her name for a matter of 5 minutes kept saying ma'am you need to listen ma'am you need to listen before she said ended the call so I really would like to file a complaint because I don't understand why had to wait until today to find out that it is in my best interest to switch to a more competent and customer friendly OBGYN when had I known I could have just switched in July. Beware, this place has gone down hill, find a better more caring OBGYN!

Worst physician office I have ever dealt with. Poor patient care, no efficiency, and no consistency. I have been fighting for a renewal of a birth control script since January. Still done incorrectly. No contact from the office manager as requested multiple times. The office closed due to inclement weather and there was no contact, so I received a no show alert on my chart. Thank heavens my annual is done and normal because i will never set foot in this practice again. If I could give zero stars I would. The office hours state 7pm closing on certain days and phone lines are off by 4pm today. Still awaiting a return call from the office manager.

Nothing good to say about this place. Poor service, doctors are rude and scheduling is a nightmare.

I have been trying to contact you all morning to schedule an appointment. Literally no one has answered your phone. You guys might actually be the worst office ever. Thank you for absolutely nothing every time. Never going to you or any affiliates ever . They called me and asked me to come in 30 minutes early or more if I could. Then they were almost 15 minutes later than that. The doctor was nice though and helpful with questions. The staff was pleasant

The worst experience ever here. I went in for an early morning appointment and still waited over an hour to see the doctor. I asked the front desk lady 2 times why 5-6 people had gone in before me when I signed in before them and was given no real explanation. Then I finally had to threaten saying I would be in trouble at work if I did not see any doctor asap. I finally was escorted to the back where the appointment took less than 5 minutes and was sent on my way. If appointments are less than 5 minutes, why on earth did I have to wait over an hour to see the doctor. This place has no organization and needs to reevaluate the way they do things. I will not be returning there.

Awful! I travel a half hour to this office everytime and this time I had a morning appointment and i walked in to find that they never kept my appointment.. I just wasted an hour of my time driving and my kid is now upset because he was looking forward to seeing/hearing his sibling. Pissed off at this unprofessional behavior!!

Was seen by this practice during the 17 weeks of my high risk pregnancy. Doctors were condescending and dismissive. Office staff was disinterested at best, hostile at worst. Feel like my baby might have stood a chance if I'd have had better care. It's the McDonald's drive-thru of obstetrics. Went in for a visit when I had heavy bleeding at 13 weeks. They wouldn't even order an ultrasound. When I miscarried at 17 weeks at Virtua Hospital in Voorhees, they automatically canceled the remainder of my scheduled pre-natal visits. Never followed up to check on my health or to see whether or not I bled to death. They just don't care at all. Thanks for nothing, Virtua Phoenix.

I am very surprised at all the negative reviews. My experience here was beyond incredible. Dr. Kramer was the sweetest lady and through all of my unforeseen issues was there every step of the way. I never felt nervous or uncomfortable. I had a large cyst growing on my ovary and had to have surgery to have both the cyst and the ovary removed. She did my surgery and was amazing. This was my first surgery I’ve ever had and am typically a person that never gets hurt. So this should have been a little nerve racking for me and it wasn’t. She continually checked in with me after and had the ultimate best bed-side manner. Given this surgery was two years ago but she is definitely worth the wait! Actually, making my next appointment today for a general checkup!

If I could give 0 stars I would! I scheduled to have and ied birth control inserted and they set it up for a consultation I’ve already had two consultations and this time I was supposed to get the birth control. They told me to just come back in 4 days I work and live 2 hours away and I can’t keep taking time off for doctors appointments that are a waste of time. I only came here because I gave birth at Virtua Memorial but I should have known because we had a terrible experience at their hospital too!

I did not see the doctor. After taking time off from work, and getting there early, because I was a new patient, I sat 30 minutes passed my appointment time. I was called back and sat another 30 minutes in the gown. It came time for me to leave, because I’m a full time working mother of 2. They acted suprised that I had to go. Dr. Kramer must be a darn good obgyn to have people wait for her that long. Or people who go there must not have very busy schedules. But, for me, I’m 3 years behind on getting a pap because I find it so hard to find time. I finally did, and there was 0 respect for my time. If you’re running an hour behind, you should have the decency to call your patients and let them know and/or give them the option to reschedule. I was a new patient, so the good news is I can just find a different doctor and not have to transfer records. The bad news is finding the time and getting time off to try another one is difficult. I recommend not going here if you’re like me.

I used to love this place a year or so ago when certain doctors/nurse practitioners were there. Since then this place has really gone down hill. I recently visited a young doctor that made my experience very uncomfortable. She spent all of 3 minutes with me. Did not listen to my issues and talked me out of receiving a pap. After 4 weeks I called for test results and never got a call back (it’s nice just to have a piece of mind). Called to make another appointment because certain issues did not resolve with difucan, they didn’t have any avalibily. So I booked a quick appointment with a local planned parenthood and had a 1000 Times better experience, they also figured out the cause of my issue with compassion (which virtua Phoenix could not) and that’s saying something. Had she listened to me (my symptoms) and ran the proper tests I would not have gone through months of problems.

Amber Gomes

Poor customer service, zero compassion

Well it doesn’t seem like forwarding the complains and concerns to the management team is making much of a difference, huh?

After waiting months for an appointment, the doctor spent 2 minutes with me, did not listen to my concerns and prescribed me something that did not work for me. I spent 2 weeks calling everyday to get it changed, now it’s time for a refill and the script is not correct. I’ve been calling everyday for a week trying to get it refilled only to be told someone would call back and nothing has come of it. Since they close so early I spoke to the on call doctor who with an attitude said she can’t do anything about it, that’s the office staffs job. Can’t believe it takes weeks to get a prescription refill.

If I could post less than 1 I would. I work in the medical field and continue to be disappointed at the lack of communication this office offers. During my pregnancy, I was 5-7 weeks pregnant with migraines including stroke like symptoms. I called this office on numerous occasions and was told to “wait until your 8 week appointment”. I couldn’t work because I couldn’t see and was so nervous about if this was normal or not. When my appt came, the OBGYN wasn’t even aware of the issue - no one had communicated it to a physician. During pregnancy the on call physicians were slow to respond at best, but the most helpful of anyone I encountered. Now, post partum, I’ve had issues and it takes WEEKS for them to respond to my calls and concerns - even when I had intense back pain with bleeding. They are awful at following up. Just now I’m typing this from the ER because I had intense symptoms at 5 am so I called the OB on call. Guess what - still waiting on them to return call. Do yourself a favor and find a different practice.

Can never get thru to schedule anything or refil my prescriptions. Horrible, do not recommend.

I read the other reviews and honestly was a little horrified for my first visit. I can report that I didn't have any issues. The wait was maybe 30 minutes after my appointment time, which is average for any doctor's office and all the staff was extremely friendly, especially at the front desk. Dr. Segal was very nice too. No complaints.

Teri comcast

I have never been so disappointed in dealing with medical group. I was not called to be advised of a very serious aspect of my care. And then the Dr blurts out the outcome believing that I was aware and it was devastating . I come back for a follow up appointment to find out that the date I thought was not correct only after going to the moorsetown location to then be told my appt was in lumberton driving from location to another to be told I had the wrong date. My next appoint was canceled y the Dr. No care at all for me as a person and or patient. I in the past had my two children through this practice and loved my dr then Dr. lavine.I will not go back to this practice. I thought by returning I would have the same level of care that I had in the past. I was wrong.

Nikki D

Would be higher but the hours need to be corrected for those needing to call the office before they close. Google has 5PM but the office closes at 3PM on Fridays and 4PM Monday - Thursday.

Deshonna Miles

The best. I love love this obgyn. I was pregnant with twins and they made me feel very comfortable. Oh yeah 1st pregnancy

Nicole McNally

I can' t take this office anymore. When it was the old Phoenix is was absolutely wonderful. Then Virtua took over. Now, I've waited four days straight on hold to make an appointment. My entire drive home for four days. Guess what, I still haven't gotten anyone on the phone. I had a billing issue that needed to be resolved. They wouldn't return my call for five weeks, and then they sent me to collections. The collections company said it happens with Virtua all the time because their customer service is so horrible. Virtua took over and they stopped caring about patients. They want you in and out and they want your insurance company's money.

Sidney Vazquez

If I could give 0 zero stars I would. Horrible customer service, it seems as though they have not gone digital yet and are still in paper records due to the amount of times my calls and results appear to get lost in the ether over there. The most recent issue they are giving me is making it incredibly difficult to receive my lab results for something very important that has a huge impact on my life. It has been over a month since I’ve had bloodwork and an ultrasound and they never called me back. Now every time I call them I am told the doctor will call me the following day, I have been told that 4 times now and it has yet to happen. Do not go here as you will not find a caring staff dedicated to helping their patients get adequate care and attention. Very sad.

I received the worst treatment at this Office. Dr. Kramer was the worst!!!! Thee worst!!! not only did she spend no more than 1 minute talking at me, she wouldn't even listen to my issues or concerns. I felt as though I was in a factory the way she swooped in like she was running a marathon checking for quality control and then poked and pressed on my body. Then after the 2 whole minutes that she was in the room it was over and I felt ashamed and disgraced. I walked out of that office swiftly with my head down. Never Again!!! I once loved this office.

It’s InVincible Time

I can’t express enough for pregnant women to avoid this ob office. My wife felt so uncomfortable there and was so brushed off with every question she had. Not only that but at 37 weeks they told her she didn’t need to be seen weekly and scheduled her a bi-weekly appointment. Our midwife let us know after we asked that she most definitely needed to be seen weekly. This practice is clueless and it really is a shame. Especially for our first pregnancy, I really felt for my wife who just felt confused and not communicated with.

Nancy Kramer

logie butt

I have always gone to the Lumberton office before the merge and they were great there. This was my first appointment with Dr Kramer at this office and it will be the last!!!! She was in normal clothes, not wearing a lab coat, and very unprofessional. Wrote some notes on a piece of paper and didn't even log anything in a computer. I have never felt so uncomfortable. I will be changing practices asap if there is a chance she would deliver my second baby when the time comes. I used to love Virtua Pinelands but not loving what Phoenix brought over. Very disappointed.
