I will keep this short and sweet. It is a shame that I am losing a great Dr like Dr. Grossman due to his incompetent front staff. They are extremely rude, unprofessional, (again) incompetent, unorganized, and the most idiotic people I have ever had to deal with. I have always had issues with the front staff whether it be communicating, or lack there of, messages to my Dr or pharmacy and even quoting prices. I've been toyed with for the past 2 months regarding my prescriptions and finally just called my insurance company myself to get it solved. I found out 1. they only called regarding one prescription in November and not the new one in December. 2. When I called to ask them about this they immediately had attitudes and denied not contacting my insurance company and continued to tell me that what I needed was not covered by my insurance (which is incorrect) and a bunch of other bold faced lies. Thank goodness for the good customer service at my insurance company, she was just as confused as me as to why they were telling me things that are covered by my plan were not. She gave me a list of new offices in the area so I can stop wasting my time. I am sad that I won't be seeing Dr Grossman anymore but I certainly hope he knows that his front staff is driving away business and it could be done better by children.

Worst doctors office Ive ever been to. Sending me weird bills, no one is ever available to discuss anything. No.one ever calls back. Gave me the wrong perscription twice! And wouldn't refund me. Told me they called in my perscription and didn't. Now I'm dying. Thanks a lot.

Need an obgyn ASAP, joined their practice at 36 weeks. They were pretty good about getting me seen right away. Front staff & phone services were pretty decent to me no complaints. Friendliness of doctors was okay. Delivered the baby by 38 weeks, by the time I got to the hospital, they were already waiting for me so I think that’s good service as well. Might be on hold for a few extra minutes on the phone and scheduling Appointments was a little frustrating one week but other than that no problems so far.

I have had to go in and out a few times this past week and a half and I can not tell you one time where I was not greeted with a smile and kind words. The front office helped with making apts for bloodwork and ultrasounds, made copies quickly without me requesting them and the drs were fantastic! They made a difficult time so much easier. I recommend them highly!

I loved my doctor until I missed a phone call from her. She called me at 1:00 in the afternoon and I was driving so I missed it so I pulled over and listened to her voicemail. This is the best part SHE LEAVES ME A VOICEMAIL SAYING THEY FOUND SOMETHING ABNORMAL. Like what doctor leaves a voicemail on someone's phone like that.... A VOICEMAIL. Anyway I tried calling her right back 3 minutes later because well just like everyone else, those results were important. Anyway I call there and the receptionist says "I'm sorry but she's in with a patient right now so she'll call u back after." So I'm waiting waiting waiting and 3 o'clock came & I know I was forgot about so I call back again. So now this new woman says "oh I'm sorry hun but she went home for the day." So long story short I waited 3 weeks for results & didn't get in contact with the doctor until the next day at 2:00 pm. Needless to say, she was an amazing doctor but I really wish she wouldn't have left a scary voicemail on my phone like that...I couldn't sleep the whole night. (P.s. the receptionist also told me that the doctor called in medicine for me and I could take it whenever but none of them told me why I was taking it!) WHO TAKES MEDICINE WHEN THEY DONT EVEN KNOW WHAT ITS FOR. I will still go there for my routine check ups but definitely not off to a good start

My wife and I had a horrific experience with this entire practice. They pay little attention to detail relating to scheduling and communication with other health care providers. Complete failures when it comes to patient history and treating patients as individuals. If I could give them a negative rating I would.

They use to have great customer service as of today this is the 3rd time that even after confirming my appt I get in 30 min early an they double book the appt.as far as I'm concerned they went from 5 starts no none in just a year...

Not sure what's going on with either location but its nearly impossible to speak with anyone to even make an appointment and no return calls regarding my prescription refill. I've now been a week without my prescription with no answers as to why it hasn't been called in messing with my body and cycle. Sad I had a baby with this practice about 4 years ago I really loved the staff up until a year ago and I've been a long term patient i'll be searching elsewhere for my next exam.

Dr. Kramer is great. it is a shame that trying to get billing stuff resolved will give you a heart attack.

This is the worst place ever. I went in with a friend that was having a miscarriage and the Dr she saw did nothing but tell her she was old (35) and it would be difficult. She proceeded to say why haven't you had any labs done? We tried and could not get anyone to return our calls about getting labs when she was first pregnant. They are very unprofessional and non empathetic. I would never recommend this place to anyone. My friend was literally crying and all they said was if you don't get a period in 3 months come back and see us. If you are looking for a great OBGYN try Garden State OBGYN

I have had nothing but great experiences here. Glad that I made the switch from my previous office. I've called with concerns and been treated with respect, and I always have felt comfortable and like the staff really takes the time to answer any questions or concerns I have.

Over 5 minutes on hold to make an appointment?! Over a week waiting for a call back on test results?! Absolutely ridiculous. I really liked Dr. Shalit too - he had good bedside manner, was extremely friendly and quickly wanted to get to the root of my issues. Unfortunately, I will be finding some place else because the customer service end of this is absolutely terrible. If you don’t mind waiting and never receiving a callback for test results this is the place for you!

Worst OBGYN I have ever been to. When I called in to get my results from my annual they told me they didn't have it because the lab takes about two weeks. It had been three weeks at that point. When I put up a hissy they said the doctor would call and I got HALF my results. Not to mention they didn't even have notes about why I was there. FOUR WEEKS later I got my full results. FOUR!! The doc finally called me and she was so short with me. These people are unprofessional and have no manners. I should have took these Yelp reviews serious. I'm going back to Robert Wood. I have NEVER had a problem with them. Plus my father has been in the medical field forever and four weeks for lab results? No. This place is the worst. Do NOT go here. Horrible.

Friendly staff, Dr was helpful & listened. She is quick to respond when I message her online. They were able to schedule my referral ultrasound quickly & results were available to me the same day. Highly recommend.
