The best doctors!! I have had nothing but positive experiences. I had both a difficult pregnancy and an emergency c section. No matter how tough things got they were always there to guide me through. Dr.Obrien was a true angel to myself and baby during the delivery; because of her my baby and i are both happy and healthy today! I have nothing but respect and deepest gratitude for the all the staff and doctors. I highly recommend them!

The care, expertise, and compassion of Dr. Russo, Dr. Nickels, and Dr. O'Brien is unsurpassed. The doctors are incredible, the office runs with zero issues (I've never experienced a problem in the years I've been), the nurses and support staff are **absolutely wonderful**, appointments are never an issue, and it's just an all-around phenomenal practice. The doctors set the tone of excellence, professionalism, and compassion. They delivered all 3 of my children (including our now 2 week old!) and the care I received was no doubt top-notch. What truly sets this dream-team apart is that they've got it all: they're amazing physicians, they're caring people, and they have a wonderful bedside manner. Every time I needed anything or had a question it was answered, and not only were my needs met, my expectations were consistently exceeded. It's truly a gift (and a skill!!) to be doing something for 20-25 years and still treat your patients with patience-- and even though I'm sure they've heard every question a million times, they never make you feel annoying or belittle concerns. I'd also like to add that from the lab tech to the nurses to the office staff, it's a fantastic practice all around! I've always felt genuinely cared about and that my needs and the needs of my baby were a priority.

Great experience all around! Love all everyone did for me, saw all 3 doctors during my pregnancy, everyone was helpfu,l patient, and compassionate. Thankfully I had an easy pregnancy and didn't use the nurse line very often but the 1 time I did they were helpful too. I only used the answering service once, when my water broke at 330am and I received a call back quickly. I saw Dr. O'brien the most and she was with me for labor and delivery, she is amazing! Just the right amount of love and toughness to help you through a difficult life changing experience! I would highly recommend!

This group is only good for wellness check ups. Do not use them if you are high risk or have any other complications. It took them 8 months to figure out a simple diagnosis. Also, they are now part of lifeline medical associates. Lifeline does not care about overall care but only how much money they can get, even if it is unethical. There are plenty of great doctors in the area, go elsewhere.

Wait time was not too long. Doctor came in to take information and talk while I was still dressed which felt more comfortable, especially for a first visit. Exam was a lot less uncomfortable or painful than i experienced with another doctor a few years ago. Doctor gave me information about a concern I had. m The only negative is that think the breast exam was not thorough,, especially since I had some previous issues.

I had the most horrible birthing experience with Dr. Nickles and complication there after. Thank God Dr. Russo was there to save the day. Even their staff is horrid. Several months ago I had a cancer scare and made an appointment to go see a doctor there and once the receptionist saw my new insurance she refused to have me see a doctor even if I said I would pay cash on hand that same moment. She said there is no way to pay for the visit unless it is through insurance. They could've cost me my life twice over.

Just recently delivered my baby via csection. My two obgyn doctors Dr. Russo and Dr. Nickles were great made me feel so comfortable and at ease with everything. Most Nurses I had were there at every beck and call while a few were lacking of. The cleaning staff always put a smile on my face with quick chat while walking to the Nicu. Food service was on point and never dissappointed. Lactation Consultant were very informative and got me up and running in no time! While one nurse in the Nicu made me cry all the other nurses have been a pleasure to work with and have taught us so much about baby care we feel like super parents. We cant wait till our baby girl is home! Thank you Valley Hospital!
