Callback service needs to explain that the child needs to be a patient there. Waste of time.

They are Better than most pediatric offices and preservative-free vaccines. However, I made an appointment for a vaccine, but they told me they ran out while I was in the patient room. The staff communication could be better. This was an extreme inconvenience given the fact my child needs this vaccine to enroll in school.

Pranks Every day

Worst service I could ever get. I had a deadline for my son’s health records in 24 to 48 hours and they asked for double the fee ($15) because of the rush. They don’t care and the staff keeps changing and I decided to leave the practice on the spot.

All the doctors are responsive and very thorough. Dr. Shaw is brilliant, and stays very current on pediatric health and developmental topics.

LOVE all the doctors (which is why I'm giving them at least 3 stars)! But Good luck trying to schedule anything but a sick visit. Two months to get my son in for his well visit. Had to cancel it and now its another 5 weeks! Also the reception is very unfriendly. I've been coming here for 5 years and have 2 kids. In the beginning reception was always super friendly and on top of things. Now its all business and not welcoming at all. They also used to always try to book your next appointment while you are there. No time for that anymore. Very unpleasant dealing with them (especially on the phone). If it weren't for all the doctors, I would go elsewhere. The doctors are really great.
