My 2 1/2 year old daughter went here for her first dentist appointment today. She did wonderful!! A lot better than I ever expected. The dentist was extremely friendly and made her experience a great one. This would be a 5 star review however, I arrived early like you should for an appointment and the wait was about 40 minutes long past the appointment time - also a few patients were called in before us that arrived after us.

I had my best experience at this facility. Not only were the doctors excellent, the staff was even better. Everyone knows going to the dentist is not fun however at this facility they make you feel important and they are truly genuine people.. The dental assistants work very well with the children and their parents to make your visit as smooth as possible.. This is there calling.. I will definitely recommend this office. The Absolute Besttt Pediatric Dentist. ❤️❤️ Im speechless in how well they treated my son and how they made him so comfortable for his 1st dental visit. My son is a very shy kid and usually gets afraid and crys . I was afraid for it being his 1st visit and making a scene. But from the minute i walked in to the minute i walked out, it was a wonderful experience. I recommend it 100%. The staff at the desk and the ladys who checked mu son were all Wonderful . I will definitely be back again ❤️

Simply amazing! Very informative, caring, my child had two crowns done and she didn’t even know she had four shots! Dr is very gentle and quick! my Daughter had a silver cap placed in today and let me tell you it was the most traumatic experience in mine and my 3 year olds life. First she injects the numbing medicine and immediately starts drilling in my child’s tooth, the way my baby was crying in excruciating pain was unexplainable and the doctor is making me feel bad because I can’t cant control her kicking and moving. SHE WAS IN PAIN and you telling me she is not ??? . Never in my life have I ever went to a dentist and they worked on me immediately, they always say let’s wait for numbing to set in. My daughter used to be so excited to go to the dentist and now she is terrified!THANKS

I brought my two boys here for the first time in November and it was the best experience I've ever had in a dentist office. I waited for about 45 minutes for both of my kids to go in. I was in shock when my 2 year old had no problem when the nice gentleman was cleaning his teeth, I didn't have to hold him down or anything! He was very gentle and caring with my little one. They take the time to gain the kids trust. The waiting room could be a little more clean but i think it was just a busy day. The staff and doctors were very nice and friendly. I guess the only down side is that it is a little busy.

We were seating in waiting area for an hour before they even call us. Then another 10 minutes waited on chair for someone to come. After cleaning brushing another 20 minutes for doctor to come. This is absolutely rediculous, we spend 1 hour and 30 minutes for regular check up for my 4 years old daughter. It could be even longer, but we had to leave and they actually call the doctor to come and see us last minute. There was soooooo many people and kids in waiting area! I respect my time, will go somewhere else, where people give more personal attention!

The best place, dentists, and staff I have ever seen in all United States ,my son without insurance and my income very low and no other dentists fixed because the important thing for them the money ,but this office the only office care about my son and now they are fixing all his 11 cavities through six years ago.i recommend this place for every one and I and I am so happy to find this place.

OMG Dr.Lirie & Dr.Leila were absolutely AMAZING with my 8 year old son & my 5 year old daughter. Dr.Lirie extracted my sons tooth swiftly and gently, he didn’t even know what happened! Definitely won’t be going anywhere else for my children’s dental care! Plus everyone is so sweet down to the lady’s at the desk!! Everyone participated in making my kids experience easy & fun. They even gave my babies reward tokens to receive a prize in the lobby on the way out! Genius!!

The dental facilities are good. But wait time is killing. The ortho is not a good service. He is usually over booked and doesn't like to answer concerns. Since it's a long time treatment you are really stuck.

Dr Meetu is an awesome Dentist! She takes the time to understand what your child'dental issue. She came on her day off to check my daughter, took ex-rays that normally would have been done and calmed my concern for my child'sissue which is almost resolved. I thank God that I made the decision to make The Smile Express my daughter's new dental experts. They do an awesome job!

Well equipped instruments and cleanliness. - less waiting time- Atl east for me. - they are flexible - awesome dentists - there are multiple checkup stations so they perform checkup many kids in parallel. - They followup with you nicely.

This place is a scam! The special for initial appointment for self-paying patient is very attractive, however, please beware! I took my 4 year old son there for cleaning. The dentist came in after the cleaning and said he had 8 cavities by looking in his mouth! I did not see any cavities myself and he had none on previous cleaning done in another office about 8 months prior. They wanted over 1200$ for treatments. I took him for a second opinion few months later and my son had ZERO cavities, both by exam and full x-rays. There was nothing wrong with his teeth!!! I am so glad I did not let them traumatize my child for no reason! PARENTS PLEASE BE CAREFUL!

Worst experience for my toddler(2yrs old) and myself! We didn’t even make it into the appointment. We had arrived 5 minutes prior to our 4:00pm time and were left waiting in the small waiting more then 15 past in a very small room waiting with no AC on one of hottest day of the summer. I was told the ac wasn’t working when I complained and the inside reception area was well ac and cold. My son and I were so hot the sweat was dripping down our foreheads and I had trouble breathing air in because there was not enough made by the little fan. Also if you specify you are pediatrics office you should have an area for small children to sit and wait and be engaged with toys/books because just having nice seats lined up in a well painted room don’t entertain them. For it being a grand opening in the Greenbrook location I won’t ever be going back.

My children have never felt comfortable going to the dentist, due to bad experiences at another dentist office. I met Dr. Soni at Lightbridge Academy and witnessed her gentle nature with each of my students. I took a chance on bringing my own children to her office and from the first second my children felt at ease. She made my children so comfortable and explained everything that she was doing. They were part of the visit, she listened to my son’s concerns and never made him feel like he was just a client or a number. My children need to go back for more work and are (for the first time) looking forward to seeing the dentist again. My son and daughter are finally not fighting with me about making a dentist appointment. Thank you so much Dr. Soni!! Your gentle nature with the kids can not be taught-you are a genuine great person-so understanding! Thank you again!!

Love this place! Both my daughters are very comfortable, happy and confident going to Dr.Soni and they even rightly claim "Dr.Soni, is the best dentist in entire America!" This specifically came from our older one, who had refused to get any treatment done by two prior dentists. My youngest one just got 4 cavities filled along with a crown yesterday. It was her first appt. With Dr.Soni and my daughter was calm and content the entire procedure! Dr.Soni, is caring, passionate and thorough professional! Will definitely recommend her to everyone!

All 3 of my children and myself we're traumatized buy a Bound Brook pediatric dentist. Smile Express was recommended by my neighbor who had children who needed surgery on their teeth. The office staff, nurses and Dr .Joe all seemed to really love children and have a tender demeanor. My eldest was given the option to take a break if the cleaning was causing pain or anxiety! He was also given the option to have me hold his favorite YouTube overhead so he could calm. My middle child did Fabulous as well and is looking forward to getting his two fillings with no anxiety! My toddler who had never opened her mouth for anybody to clean it including myself, let Dr Joe brush her gums and teeth for the first time even though she cried a bit He is a godsend! Afterwards he joked with her and she actually smiled! :-) she is going back today to get for crowns on her baby teeth and I am not nervous for the first time in 2 years! This place totally understood the trauma that we went through and the anxiety that happens with it. I can't express how loving and kind of this place is. If I could give 10 Stars I would!

There was nothing about them that I liked and I never took my daughter back, they terrified her now she's scared to go to any dentist. The doctor had no patience with her and she was about 3 years old at the time, they dismissed everything she told them she felt. I wouldn't recommend to my anyone I know
