Dr. Grosser the best! ! Went to the Group in Springfield and they didn't even look hard at my face. The Dermatology Group, West.Orange. Thorough examination. Even requested to examine other areas to ensure no other regions of body was affected. Thanks

In one word "INCOMPETENT"! Rude- lazy- Staff is rude as well as P.A's- The P.A's are running it! The care is unacceptable! They ignore what is clearly in sight. No compassion or proper care.. You would get better care in a 3rd world country! How hard is it to read a referral and order blood work. They continue to look back at a diagnosis from 2014.. All I kept asking was for her to find out what this new condition was- clearly not the same what was in 2014.. and she would not- They also violated my HIPAA privacy... Discussed diagnosis with someone and got the report from them with my diagnosis in it.. Not someone from the group.,... Lets just say that -without getting into details. I also recorded the whole assessment while in the examination room w/my phone on the table. The exam was short ignored medical records from other Dr's that referred me to them for treatment..It is a waste of time -Reported to the medical board for incompetence and HIPPA privacy laws -DO NOT GO THERE! NO STARS! (00000) i had to give something it would not let me post but Hell NO! ( NO STARS!)

The people at the front desk are horrible they take personal calls while at work and eat their food in the front. They are very loud and unprofessional. I waited almost two hours to be seen the doctor however is great he really knows his stuff. But I could do without the other staff just horrible.

I had a great experience at the Derm Group's West Orange location. This location can cover all your dermatological needs, from medical to cosmetic like BOTOX. I definitely recommend this location.

They only have an answering service. No way to communicate directly with the office. This was a problem for us as one of the prescriptions was not covered by insurance. Three phone calls and messages left. Still no resolution to our pharmacy. No way to know if messages are being received. Brilliant way to keep the patient an arms length away from the provider.

This definitely felt like a production line of dermatologists. They pack the waiting room to the brim. Once you're there you are handed an iPad for completing Patient info and of course payor source info. You'll wait at least half an hour, if you're lucky. After an arduous long wait you're then directed to the patient examination room where you'll be waiting another half an hour. Finally, an unpleasant and unfriendly physician will glance at you briefly but too busy checking out your payor source most likely and will barely giving you another glance. He'll prescribe the standard meds which any schmuck can do and then will attempt to market their own products. At best, 2 minutes will be spent with you. You'll feel raped of your time. I could have saved two hours of my time and asked a friend to prescribe me the same meds. Will never go back here again.

DO NOT USE THIS DERMATOLOGY GROUP!!! They kept us waiting for an hour and 15 minutes. Dr. Rothman finally entered and told us he could not help my daughter. My daughter is an established patient at the Dermatology Group from the Verona office. My daughter had been on Acutaine and needed to go on another course. Dr. Rothman was extremely rude, discourteous and dismissive. My daughter had all the preliminary work done prior to this appointment: blood work, waited one month, verbal approval from her other doctor, etc. We were unable to get an apt. at the Verona office and were told we could see anyone in the group. However, it seems that is not the case. THANKS FOR TELLING US!!! I wasted 3 hours on a Saturday morning. MY TIME IS VALUABLE TOO!!! No one apologized -- especially for the extremely long wait -- no one cares, except for one nurse and I'm sorry I didn't get her name. We had extremely long waits in the Verona office as well, and the PA, Shannon is washed-off and disinterested. I'm completely done with The Dermatology Group!!! I told them that they are losing a patient, the doctor shrugged. He doesn't give a ****. No one says hello, good-by, thank you. There is no customer service at all, no civility and no respect for the patients. They don't care and it's acutely obvious. One star is way too much, they should get -10 stars.

It's very easy to complain. A lot of reviews do. This is America.You should be thankful you can be cured..doctors have to deal with insurance and in order to get paid a fraction they take on as many patients as they can. It's not easy and they deserve to be paid well. I always make the first appointment of the day. the DG has 6 am slots. we went in right away. Dr Grossier did surgery on my boyfriend's face to remove cancer growths and did a miraculous job stitching him up. He has no real visible scars. 5 stars for me!

Perfect example of why people complain about the healthcare system. I've visited this office over 5 times, each time the doctor is at least 30 minutes late for my appointment and I've had experiences of an hour and 90 minutes late. From there the doctor (all of them I've worked with them all) rushes into the room, reads your history like they are Jonny 5 from short circuit and gets you on your way ASAP with little attention paid to your comments or concerns. This office makes it clear that there are there to make money from you and have no thoughts about actually resolving your issue or helping you get better. As a final insult, they try to sell you their own in-house skincare products on the way out. What a joke.

I went there for acne and the Dr. told me to continue using my proactive... this is after I told him I bought it to hold me over until I could get an appointment. The Dr yelled at me when I asked for a prescription and said I looked confused as to why he was telling me to use over the counter meds. Finally he prescribes my something and they tell me it's been sent to my pharmacy .... well I just went to pick it up and they never sent it . Worst experince I have ever had Dr.Roth whatever should retire Immediately

Had a 10am appointment, was seen at 11:45, appointment lasted for 5 minutes with Dr. Groisser. Felt very rushed. Won’t be returning. ALSO, I asked what sun screen I should use (since he said that I should be in the sun more to help my eczema?) and he said because I’m dark, I do not need sunscreen......

I went there before for my daughter, and it was good. I went for me last week and never again. Dr saw me and said it’s normal an that’s it. And after a week I’m still waiting they put my medicine at the pharmacy. I called twice in order to ask for the medicine and still waiting.

Terrible wait time. My appointment time was 1 o'clock and i arrived at 12:45. Wad not seen untill 2oclock and in between waiting 8 patient's went in before me.

Physician is good. However, it was a bad post visit. They charged me for visits that I wasn't there for. I have had psoriasis all my life and they won't give me a refill unless I make an annual visit. The first girl I spoke to said its state law that I have to come back to see the doctor to get a refill. The nurse that called me back said its their policy. This tells me that nobody knows and its the doctors discretion but they want me to pay them more is what it really boils down to so I can get more cream for my psoriasis. For a $10 tube of cream for my skin I have to spend a big copay and 20% deductible on my awful health insurance because of the doctors discretion to charge me again. This should be illegal. I recommend going elsewhere. They care more about your money and your health is secondary.

One of the women receptionists at the front desk has a very poor attitude. She seems to not understand that her attitude is a direct reflection of the business. I would not recommend going to this place if you want to be subjected to an unfriendly and rude experience.

I regret coming here. I had to have a cyst removed from my back and I did not know a physicians assistant and not a physician would be working on me. She left a really bad scar for something that wasn’t that complicated. I will never ever go back.

This is a horrible practice. From the operators to the Doctor all you get is nasty attitudes because all you want is for them to do their job. Not to mention the girl checking you in, doesn't even say hello. Called to check on the status of a prior auth for my medication and the operator said "it's not done yet, they'll get to it eventually" Seriously?! My medication is time sensitive so they should have gotten to it the day they received it. Very unknowledgeable Doctors, they rely on medical assistants to give them answers. Nothing is done in a timely manner, phone calls are never returned. Being in the medical field and seeing the HIPPA violations and the patient care they give, let me say this is completely unacceptable. Worst practice. Completely disappointed.

Very poor service... waited for over an hour to speak with a PA (that had to google my inquiries) spoke with PA for 5 minutes regarding a prescription/solution that as we found out from the pharmacy days later doesn't exist. Also the call center is horrible as no one answers the phone at the office. I will be petitioning this doctors office as they will attempt to charge for service that was not provided.

Don't waste your time calling this place. Receptionists are a joke. The website says that they have walk-in hours at two locations. I called and the women gave such an attitude telling me there are no walk in hours. Have you ever seen the website of the company you work for? Now what if I decided to just go there during those hours. #Next

MEERA PRADEEP saved my face . First off, once you enter you are welcomed pleasantly by the front desk and if you call over the phone with questions they always help and call you back to check up on you. I LOVE this location. Its beautiful and super clean. Meera helped me with my really bad breakout on my face. Right off she knew what I needed and for how long, I cant thank her enough. She gave me my confidence back that I lost years ago due to Acne. If you come to this location for acne make sure you ask for Meer! Shes lovely , thank you dermatology group! Continue being great
