Excellent, competent, caring doctors. You will be in good hands with Drs. Notterman or Rossy.
The receptionists at the Princeton office are very rude and non-professional. I made an appointment one month in advance for my daughter and when I dragged my two children in a rainy day to the office to see the doc at my appointment time, I was told that they could not find my appointment in their system. I asked them if they could talk to the doctors to see if they can accommodate us in their schedule on that day. They refused to talk to the doctors and insisted that doctors were all booked for that day. That was about 11 o’clock in the morning and there was only one patient waiting in the waiting room and the office closes at 5pm.
Great visit all around. Very easy and quick to set up an appointment. No wait to see the doctor. Answered all my questions! Highly recommend!
Minimal wait. Straightforward exam. Ample time with doctor. Excellent experience.
I have been visiting the Princeton Center for Dermatology for about 4 years now. I have found their staff to be punctual and courteous. Since I have had skin cancer in the past, its very important that I leave there each time feeling like I have had a thorough examination and to that, they have never disappointed me. Its a 15 mile drive for me to go see them and there are lots of dermatologists closer but the care I get keeps me coming back.
I was seen and taken care of competently and promptly - a nice change from the hours I sometimes spend in the waiting rooms of doctors.
Great Derm practice. Very thorough body checks for skin cancer and soft reminders about using sun screen. Love being able to make appointments online.
Dr. Notterman was helpful, patient, gentle and answered my concerns and provided me with tools to keep my skin covered properly.. Her assistant also very pleasant and knowledgeable. Christine, whom I purchased a 50 tinte SPF coverup recommended by Dr. Notterman, was great. All in All a perfect experience. . I am most grateful and will be back in two months Dr. treated me with a ice torch of some sort and I am attaching a picture of what it looks like today.
Caring professional staff and dermatologists who consider the “whole” person in making treatment recommendations. Dr. Kathleen Rossy is an amazing surgeon, who is compassionate, thorough, and highly skilled.
Great sevice with a very meticulous examination process.
The visit with Dr. Notterman was pleasant. My only complaint is that the office has become so crowded that I haven't been called from the waiting room until 30 mins (at least) past my appointment time the last two visits. When there were additional doctors in the practice, wait times weren't usually more than 10 mins.
Today, I spoke to someone by the name of Donna who was supposed to help me get some questions answered. My prescription ran out and I was not able to get another appointment to have it re-filled until a month later, which I agreed to, as long as I had medication to hold me over in the meantime. Donna was so extremely irritated that I was asking questions, and was so extremely rude in answering them, that I could not even speak a full sentence. She kept cutting me off and trying to hang up. She also suggested I call my primary and have him fill the prescription if I wanted it so badly. I tried to ask her if I was at risk of breaking out again if I wait a month to take my medication and she could not care less about my skin. A great resolution here is that I cancelled my appointment and will never ever go back. Save yourself the trouble and look for a different dermatologist office because the people here literally do not care about your skin problems. They will take your money and cut you off!
Dr. Rossy was top notch! I would highly recommend her to anyone.
An excellent and through examination experience.
Horrible experience today...been there many times and they put me in for a consult appointment for a service that I have received there many times..acted as if I’d never been there. They told me since they had scheduled the incorrect appt that I could wait in the lobby and they would fit me in...then they came out and said that they weren’t able to fit me in..then had the audacity to charge me $160.00 for said consult! They said I would recoup the money if I come back for a service! I paid them and said I would never return. They were unconcerned. I will write more negative reviews as this is unacceptable.
Friendly staff and Doctors. Would recommend.
Friendly, fast, efficient, Easy to do business with.
Very efficient. Patient oriented.
I go here for yearly check-ups and they are fabulous. Dr. Nodderman is the best and the staff is always nice and helpful.
I've gone to Princeton Center for Dermatology for so many years that I can't remember. Slight and not so evident cases of melanoma and carcinoma were detected by Dr. Notterman and dealt with so efficiently that they needed no further attention. I'm seen when the appointment is set. I've never had to wait around. I'm sufficiently pleased that I even sent and recommended the Center to my significant other. Keep it up you derm serchers. Albert Hepner
It was as pleasant as it could be, given yesterday's surgery. It DOESN'T HURT Today!
Very good experience with Dr. Nottingham and her assistant, Gaby. Both made my visit comfortable.
Doctors and nurses are amazing, front desks on the other hand are just nasty and repugnant. They believe they are making favors to the patients.
Extremely competent, professional and caring
My appointment was in March with Dr. Notterman and I was seen at my appointment time (no waiting). She was great and answer all my questions. The office staff is friendly and helpful.
Saw the physician's assistant. Everything went smoothly and quickly. He handled me well.
A well run, friendly and efficient office. Dr. Notterman is great.
PLEASE READ AND AVOID. Worst experience at any dermatologists office by far. I have only been to this office once, and I am not returning. Here is my first impressions. The nurse that was assigned to me was beyond rude and spoke to me as if I were incompetent and did not understand anything. Dr. Hollar has since left this practice, but when he was assigned to me, he spoke too much about high level concepts of why acne is formed and he did not seem very personable. I have been to dermatologists since I was 15 years old; I do not need to learn about the science of acne formation. I just need to learn about my treatment options from a doctor who understands how to speak to patients like a human being, not a scientist. After an incorrect prescription was sent to the pharmacy, I called back to the office to confirm the correct prescription be sent. The same nurse answered the phone and continued to speak to me as if I was incompetent and wasting her time. After just one visit dealing with that horrid nurse (who clearly hates her job) and a doctor who doesn't understand how to speak to patients, I am never coming back to this establishment.
All office staff and medical personnel were very professional. They listened to my description of the problem and acted efficiently. I appreciated that Dr. Notterman made certain that I experienced the least discomfort during a procedure. I have always been pleased that I am able to be treated at this center.
No wait time. Dr. Notterman is kind, thorough, and caring. She reviews my file with me to be sure we are on the same page. She is a delight. Took care of freezing two precancerous lesions. A patient with a history of melanoma she is very cautious.
I had an extremely negative experience. I was made to feel as if I had wasted Dr. Jungwirth's time by coming in for a concern she deemed insignificant. My concerns were not a big deal to her and my best course of action was to "leave things alone" because she "couldn't even notice it." Quite frankly, I do not care whether she or anyone else for that matter "notices" WHAT MATTERS IS THAT I NOTICE IT. I came to her for a second opinion and she was just fixated on the fact that if she removed my "hardly noticeable" lipoma I'd be worse off bc of scarring. Another concern I had was also dismissed and was also better off left alone bc the removing them could leave a darker or lighter spot. She advised that if I owned a magnifying mirror to throw it out. I was promptly escorted into an exam room upon my arrival but waited close to 30 minutes in the exam room for a 3-minute appointment that almost left me in tears. I will NOT be coming back to this practice, there is a lack of professionalism by Dr. Jungwirth and she needs to greatly improve her soft skills. I also want to mention that I like to be treated by experts that take as much care of their patients as they do themselves and was disappointed to observe that Dr. Jungwirth was just not up to par to what I would expect from a dermatologist. Don't waste your time, STAY AWAY. I cannot speak to the other doctors at the practice this was just my experience with Dr. Jungwirth.
All of the staff including the doctor were friendly, professional and on time!
I unfortunately have had skin cancer before so I've been to many a dermatologist and therefore, feel somewhat qualified to make an assessment. I would tell you the full body exam was better than cursory but not nearly complete. The "hard for the patient to see" areas like the scalp, bottoms of the feet, toes, between the toes, buttocks were only barely skimmed over, which was disappointing. Additionally, they do a HARD SELL of the skin care products they carry which I find incredibly annoying. The office has you fill out a "necessary questionnaire" on their iPad and the results of that questionnaire tell you which products of theirs you should by. The recommendations to me would have cost $450! I'm looking to my doctor to check my body and identify cautionary areas, NOT SELL ME STUFF!
Dr. Rossy, a surgeon, was both very competent and pleasant. The nursing/physicians aids were very competent and pleasant. Getting an appointment for removal of a growth was quick. Dr. Holler, whom I saw for a suspicious mole, was competent but lacked the sensitive approah of Dr. Rossy.
They are the greatest! Dr. Notterman is the best!!!!!
Front desk, nurses and doctor always helpful. Great experience!
I know that I am being well cared for and that is why I will continue visiting your office as needed.
Avoid this place. The staff that works here is miserable. All they do is complain loudly, which you get to overhear as you spend a ton of time in the waiting room as the doctor is always running 30+ minutes late, even if you get one of the first appointments. The staff badmouths each other and the patients and complains about being short staffed. It's awful to hear how they talk about people. I am very sorry for them that they are so unhappy working there but their behavior is so unprofessional. They are always nice and cordial to me, but I wonder what they say as soon as I leave.
Staff was very friendly, had a very short wait both in waiting room and exam room. Dr's visit was very quick and when I showed her a skin issue, she just immediately gave me a prescription without much probing..
Dr. Notterman is the BEST!!!
I had MOHs surgery done there about a year ago. The doctor did a great job, and my scar is hardly visible today
I had an appointment with Dr. Pandya today. She was thorough and provided excellent care. She answered all of my questions. This was my second appointment with Dr Pandya. Previously I saw Dr holler but he has since left the practice. I would highly recommend Dr. Pandya if you are looking for a dermatologist.
Doctor and staff did a good job on my exam.
Friendly and accommodating staff plus outstanding physician care. Choose this practice! My whole family foes!
Wait time was minimal. Dr. Notterman was pleasant and engaged. She asked about my concerns for coming in and reviewed my history (I have had two spots of basal cell carcinoma).
Dr. Notterman was kind and thorough.
I enjoyed my visit but I no longer live in Princeton. I have moved to Lakewood and have had to find another dermatologist.
Excellent care
Great people & very good medical expertise.
Steer clear at all costs ... or it will indeed cost. When setting up an appointment, I made it crystal clear, as clear as humanly possible, that I wanted a 2-minute consultation merely to see if future treatment may be warranted. Perhaps that was naive on my part, but it was 100% understood on the phone. However, upon arrival, I was told that there is no such thing as a free lunch or a free consultation and that it would cost $165.
I've been going there for years with great success. A nasty rating says something about the reviewer, nothing about the practice.
I specifically told Dr. Holler which medications I needed for my skin from my previous dermatologist and he ordered some of the wrong medications. I've been trying to get in for a follow-up visit and am never put through to a human being so that I can schedule a visit. This dermatologist office might as well not exist.
No long waiting to see the doctor, and thorough check ups. Staff is friendly. Dr. Notterman very competent and pleasant.
Excellent service by a caring and expert staff!
Dr. Notterman is by far the best dermatologist I have ever been to. She does a thorough, unhurried skin check every year. The office staff is very nice too.
Wait is somewhat long...appointments should be kept. Dr seems to be distracted and in a rush.
Decent practice
I was very very pleased with Princeton Dermatology. They are the best.s
