long time that a don't go there because them service is horrible and now they're charging me 50 dollars that went to collection of co payment. How is that is it possible if that is the first thing they do.? llendo al dermatologo group y nunca me curan ni hacen exámenes . Muy mal trato al paciente. Son buenos para cobrar I've been going to the dermatologist group and never get cured or tested. Very bad treatment of the patient. They are good to collect money.

Dr. Li is the BEST!!!!! Se listens to your concerns and tries to address them correctly the first time. On occasions when the initial course of action doesn't work, she will look to find alternative solutions. You just get a very positive vibe from her. She cares about her patients and she demonstrates that at all times. I

This was my first and only visit. Rude staff (No bedside manner). Had to wait 3 weeks to get an answer regarding my prescription. They put you on hold for 20 minutes at a time. The calls I had to make was do to their incompetency.

I have never been a patient at a practice where they specialize in passing the buck and NOT assisting patients. I'm on a special medicine and every 3 months need to have blood work done which is ALWAYS sent to them by Quest the day after but somehow they NEVER receive it. I always have to get involved to track down what's going on, which is extremely frustrating because you sit on hold for very long periods of time. My last call to them today was 29 minutes on hold to find out Nicole, Crystals nurse will send my request to the West Orange office to the supervisor there (she doesn't know the name) because Frank is no longer here and it can take up to a week for them to call this in. Really, A WEEK after I've already been waiting 5 days. NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL!!!!!!! My pharmacy called me a few days ago to say they were told the rx could not be refilled because Dr. Bonnie was away this week. I don't even go to Dr. Bonnie and regardless this is the reason I choose a GROUP, so the doctors can cover each other. Nicole tells me Dr. Bonnie is the main doctor in the Paramus office so it doesn't matter if the RX is in his name, okay then why can't another doctor fill my RX or MAYBE the doctor that actually treats me????? The staff just does the least amount and never a thorough job. Quest on the other hand provides me with the exact date and time the labs were sent to the practice. This is really a very poorly managed practice and I do NOT recommend them at all. I have left numerous messages for a supervisor or manager to call me and NOTHING! The manager that most recently handles this Rx left the practice (Frank) and this is at least the 4th manager that I have dealt with in the past 3 years. I am tired of the run around and the lack of initiative on their part to do their JOB!!! This is the very last time I am dealing with this group. Good luck to you if you go here!!!!!

I don't recommend this place to anyone we went to see the doctor he took a skin sample have not heard from them in two weeks called the office there's no one to speak with but the answering service we called three times to get results no results no one to speak with I had to physically go to the office if you you go for a dermatology problem don't even bother unless you are looking to have facelift I guess that's where the money is!!!!!!

I went here because they had more than one location and i felt i would be taken care of. Not only would i never go here again. I would not recommend. I was misdiagnosed and when i went for help no doctor was available because they all left for the weekend. I had a severe allergic reaction all over my skin and was left alone to fend for myself. If it weren't for my primary care doctor. I would still be in agony. No sense of resposibility. My Doctor called and waiting for an hour. I am still waiting for a call back till this day. Worst service ever!

I saw Dr. Bonney Had the worst experience!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!! Terrible staff, the front desk is very rude. The doctor is always in a rush, zero patient care. If I could I would’ve gave them zero star. Very disappointed. If you don’t want to help the patients and give them the right care please DON’T BE A DOCTOR OR NURSE.there is so many other ways to make money!!!!

Dr li from paramus location is a great dematoligist ive been seeing her since September2018 she is great in what she does and explaning to u what best fits your and how the treatment works etc very friendly and makes u feel at home i highly recommend her for your skin care services

If I could give Zero stars, I would. Receptionist was on the phone, or talking to other staff while checking me in. Patients are definitely not the priority. I was early for my appt. I was brought into an exam room, on time. I waited in the exam room for AN HOUR, no one checked on me, no one advised me of any delay. They forgot about me. When I left the exam room to ask why there was a delay, I was told that I was next. I asked what that meant and how long it would be. I was told the Dr was with another patient. (Basically blowing me off.) I LEFT THE OFFICE WITHOUT BEING SEEN BY A DR. I had my co pay returned before I left. And I had to asked for it, they cert weren't going to do that if I hadn't asked. I will be looking for another dermatologist. There are plenty of options in this area.

Although my meeting with the doctor went well, I felt it was rushed. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone especially because the staff is very incompetent and rude, and they do not enter correct data in the system especially when it comes to any prescription. Horrible service. I think the doctors here are good but the staff ruin the reputation! I wouldn’t go back there again!

Had a worst experience. Traveled half an hour to this hospital for my daughter . But she jus looked for five Mins and said there is no issue. She was in a hurry. She dint even ask me whether I have any question. As a parent I had lot of questions and expected a reassurance from the doctor. But disappointed.

Terrible staff. Long wait time, apathetic doctors, and under-trained, inconsiderate nurses, doctors and front desk admins. I had to beg my doctor to look at my face. She just wanted to write a refill without checking my skin, and she seemed really annoyed that I was even there. She also seemed inexperienced. They LOVE selling the chemical peel treatment--no matter what your skin looks like. It even sounds like a shameless sales pitch whenever they bring it up. They definitely only care about money. I will never go back.

Awful office. I visited the Paramus office, which was big, very sterile and cold looking, and when I arrived I was the only one there. After standing at the desk for a few minutes, the receptionist , obviously annoyed that I interrupted her conversation with the other receptionist about her weekend, handed me this huge, awkward, industrial looking tablet to fill out. It was very time consuming and clumsy to use, and 15 minutes later, I handed it back to her completed. It took another 15 minutes before I was brought to the exam room, then another 10 minutes before Dr Bonney saw me. (mind you I was the only one in the waiting room). The exam was very rushed, to the point that the Dr was actually walking out the room as I was asking a question. So here is the kicker. The Office was in my insurance networks PPO, which I paid the $20 copay at the office . 6 Months later I get a bill from the The Dermatology Group for $240. The bill has listed "registration error" on it and I noticed they have my address and name spelled wrong. Whats the point of wasting time on high tech gadgets if they are manually entering my info incorrectly in the insurance claim?

This is a long overdue review. I took my son to see Dr. Curtis with concerns about acne. She appeared to be in a big hurry, diagnosed my son from across the room, prescribed some medications, and quickly exited. No questions were asked, no recommendations were given.

Unfortunately I still have to deal with them, but am looking for another practice. I waited 45 minutes to have my daughter seen. That I can deal with. The doctor and I decided on a treatment for her hair loss. The doctor never wrote anything, just dictated to the nurse. When I went to pick up the prescription that was emailed to the pharmacy, the steroid cream we decided on was not there. 3 days later, and nurses telling me it is not in the file, and I can not talk to the Dr., I still do not have the medicine my daughter needs. This morning, a note was put in the dr. mail, two calls later, and at 5 pm, the dr. went home, and hopefully it will be resolved tomorrow. I have talked to 6 people. And, I was to call the dr. if she had a reaction to the medicine, I have yet to get. I hate to see how long I would wait then. They are receiving my daughters blood work, After I get my prescription, I will have her blood work transferred to another practice. 1st and last time at dermatology group in Paramus.

My main issue is that whatever you tell the receptionist you would like an appointment for it takes 2 appointments to get it done since the Dr'.'s are in such as rush to get you out. I tell her I want something removed that I already discussed with the Dr. last visit and you get an appointment to re-discuss it again then schedule the removal. If you don't schedule procedures in person immediately after your appointment the office staff will just keep scheduling regular visits w/o procedure. It is very difficult to get an appointment and when you get one you will definitely have to wait.I don't have that kind of time.

One of the smoothest experiences i've ever had visiting a Dr. My appt was 845 they called me in at 855 and Dr. Booney Came in @ 920 to see me. Had a radio so it wasn't boring waiting. Dr Bonney was real personable and did a great job treating me. I def recommend Dr. Bonney. Real Nice guy and great personality.

I only gave this practice 4 stars because they like to have the patients set up appointments online which could be very fast or very frustrating. Unfortunately it was very frustrating because it simply just does not work and they should get the system refined. I've only been here once to get a mole removed just in case it was cancerous. The doctor did a procedure to get it removed which was quick, easy, and painless. Also had to get a wart removed that some how grew on my big toe. It wasn't serious but obviously you dont want that on you anywhere. The doctor applied liquid nitrogen and asked me multiple times if it hurt but the skin on my feet are thick like my fathers so I felt almost nothing. The wart went away thank God and haven't had a problem since.

I love Dr.Bonney and his staff. Everyone there is friendly and professional. Dr. Bonney helped relax me while he was performing a procedure and i appreciate he did that because i was super nervous. He didnt have to talk about movies and play loud music but he did and that goes a long way. I didnt feel a thing. Btw my appointment was at 1:45pm I was home by 2:25pm and he did a procedure. No wait whatsoever.

Rudest staff I have ever encountered. My mother had an appointment and they refused to treat her. The doctor didn't even come into the room to apologize (Dr. Pandya), knowing that my mother had waited, had her time wasted and was being told by a rude assistant that her appointment was now cancelled. I have been a patient for years and will never go back.

If I could I would give 0 stars. I had a horrible experience with them my daughter had appointment and I only received one of the prescribed medicines and the other one needs pre-authorization from insurance. I kept calling them and no one knew what to do.I'm still waiting for the other medicine and it has been 3 weeks.

Ive been going here gor years. The wait is long which is why i put 4 stars. I love Dr. GORDON she helped me with my complicated skin. I dont know why people are giving them bad reviews i have never had anyone not be nice there.

Kind of surprised by the bad reviews for this place. I went in for a skin tag and they removed it in no time. A few days later the Dr called me with the lab results. The receptionist in front I dealt with was nice and not rude. She gave me that iPad thing that I filled out. Would return for sure.

Twice have been here and waited for more then an hour each time. Second time there were almost no ppl in the waiting room. Upfront staff is very unfriendly and on their phones while patients talk to them. I don't recommend this group.

I saw Dr. Li for my first dermatology appointment ever. She was helpful and diagnosed some skin conditions I've dealt with. Dr. Li also wrote out a regimen for me that would be perfect for my skin and answered my questions thoroughly. I felt much better after my exam after she addressed some things and I will definitely return. They also offer flexible appointment times, which is great if you have a tight schedule.

Just called to make an appt for the first time. I was on hold and some nurse or receptionist picks up my call, tells me that my biopsy came back positive and HANGS UP on me. Really???? Do you think after that I should make an appointment with this office? Granted anyone can make mistakes but you dont just say that and hang up!!! Didnt even get a chance to say I am the wrong patient...

The most HORRIFIC, incompetent, negligent, rude, hard to get a hold off office I have EVER encountered. The physician assistant, Andrea Medel is by far the WORST practitioner I have ever seen and is not only condescending and unhelpful but extremely arrogant. The doctors are no better. The receptionists, prior authorization department, medical records department, and every other sector of this group are absolutely horrible. They lose paperwork and have no regard for patient care. They keep you on hold for hours at a time and do not engage in SAFE patient care. I am not sure how this entire group has not been reported to the Board of Medical Examiners yet. DO NOT GO.

I'm not complaining about the doctors there, they are great but goodluck getting a hold of the office there. They never pick up, I had to talk to my doctor 3 DAYS AGO and still haven't got a single pick up on the office line. The people at that office picking up those phones clearly don't know how to pick up a phone.

Great visit as usual. In to see Dr. Gordon on time. Wonderful exam, explained everything to me. Did two biopsy tests. Dr. Gordon called me a few days later and explained everything in detail.
