Such a waste of money and time. When two appointment for acne treatment and the Doctor just told me things that I already know. Do not recommend this place “Tricenna at 200 Hudson st”

The "suite" is very tiny and hard to move around in, especially since it's shared with another doctors office. Not sure why a questionnaire and online forms were filled out online since I had to repeat everything in person two or three times as if no one knew what I was there for. Most upsetting is that I was not told beforehand that what my visit was for, was not covered by insurance and was a "cosmetic" concern. Unfortunately, the 15-minute wait and only two minutes spent with the doctor resulted in me still having to be billed for a copay. Completely useless visit and it seemed the doctor had back to back patients so taking the necessary time for anything important was not available.

Terrible place, the doctor doesn’t care, the receptionist is unorganized , no care about patients. I needed to have a prescription send to my pharmacy, its been 3 weeks and I am still struggling between the call center and the terrible service they have.

I like Dr Brown, but the office and service is the worse I have ever experienced. YOU can call for information and be waiting for ever, they say they will call back but never do. This is not unique to this office because it is such a large group there is no communication .

Terrible experience. I had a biopsy done and I called 3+ times for my results. Noone called me back..I finally requested my records and asked a friend to review them and now I am following up with someone else. Very disappointing.

The worst experience ever. I've been waiting for over a month for "pre-authorization". Nobody never knows anything. They promised they can take care of my condition with a shot and got my hopes up for nothing. No communication at all. Dr. blames central station and advised me to call his private office. Call his private office, dealing with same non-responsiveness. Never again. Do not recommend this practice!!
