When I went to Dr Sperling, she assessed the situation and was confident it could be resolved to my satisfaction. Had a great experience with this practice. From the get go- trying to work around my schedule and needs to the very end- no complaints. Danielle, the tech , is who worked on me. she was very professional and sweet at the same time. met the Dr and her husband, both very nice and personable. would definitely go back without a doubt. nice clean office and pleasant staff. Too early to give final results but each body/person reacts differently to coolsculpting and the machine did what it could :)

She was incredibly helpful and made great suggestions for my skin care. I loved the Visio machine. Had a wonderful 1st visit with Dr. Sperling. First, her receptionist/assistant is very pleasant, efficient & organized. Hard to find offices these day where the staff is friendly & you're greeted with a warm welcome. Dr. Sperling was very professional & caring. Isn't quick to prescribe meds. I had an marvelous visit to Sperling Dermatology today for botox. I knew it was going to be good as soon as I walked in when the office staff were super friendly and efficient. I have had botox in the past but this was my first time with Dr Shari. She was amazing, professional, personable, well-educated and not pushing for me to more than I needed to do. She made me comfortable on the decision I was making on what to get done. In the past I had gotten very bruised and found that the needles were painful, her technique was painless and I have no bruising. I have already made an appointment for cool sculpting with Danielle and can't wait!

This is the only medical office I’ve ever felt like they genuinely listened and cared! Dr. Sperling is so sweet and personable. After having two babies I decided to look into Coolsculpting while I was there for my appt with Dr. Sperling. I decided to do it and I’m so happy I did! I had incredible results just from the one Coolsculpting treatment I had! A few weeks ago I went back in for follow up, turns out I don’t have enough fat left to do another treatment, so they told me about EMSculpt - I’ve only had 3/4 sessions and I already couldn’t be more impressed with my results! While creating my file, her assistant softly suggested that Dr. Sperling may not be able to review everything with me that day. I understood and tried to prioritize. DON'T GO THERE IF YOU DON'T WANT TO GET A WRONG GUIDANCE FOR REGULAR ISSUES. From my experience Dr Sperling is not professional for the normal dermatology issues. I did a lot of research and read reviews and picked them but I was extremely disappointed. Every time I went there I had to wait extremely long but by the time that she saw me she was in the room less than 2 mins and she was very rude and for my issue she could not give a very good explanation. I DON'T RECOMMEND THEM.

My facial here was great (the experience at least). Unfortunately, the products used made my skin break out for quite some time. They have you do a skin assessment which determines what products they will use on you, so I guess I’ll just say I don’t agree with the assessment results. I would give one star to the attention and attitude of the receptionist staff. I arrived and was ignored. I was ready to check out and just stood around while the women continued to go on with whatever they were doing (not with other clients or on the phone). Then one of them said a dollar amount and I said oh- I didn’t realize you were ready to check me out. She didn’t say “how was everything”, address me by my name, or even make eye contact to let me know she was addressing me. Today, I called to let them know that I got an email confirming an appointment that was definitely for someone else because I have no future appointments. I let them know the time and date and thought I was doing them a favor since no one else that I know would ever take the time out of their day (at work, at that) to make this phone call. She gave me a huge stuck up attitude and said no problem we will take care of it and kept repeating herself when I was trying to tell her the time of the appt. I thought MAYBE they had booked someone with a similar first name who MAYBE needed a reminder email... Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. I have gotten to a point where I refuse to spend my money somewhere that does not appreciate your business, who does not hire friendly and welcoming staff... it is the bare minimum in my book to make eye contact and say hello to a customer.

I am not a patient seeking cosmetic dermatology, but I have persistent medical issues that require constant monitoring and treatment. I went for my semiannual checkup yesterday. Within seconds (no exaggeration) of checking in at the desk, I was taken to the exam room. The nurse was very personable, efficient and did a great job accurately entering my concerns into their system. Dr. Sperling was, as usual, extremely thorough and addressed my concerns one by one. Her long term plan seems to be starting to manage and ameliorate my skin problems. I have a high degree of confidence in her professional skill and judgment. Also, her administrative/desk staff is very efficient and accommodating. I highly recommend Dr. Sperling!
