Robin is the most professional, honest and caring doctor who spends time to ensure you understand the various procedures that she offers and provides the most forthright answers to enable you to make a decision to go forward. Highly recommended! I was suffering from a severe allergic reaction, the worst I had ever experienced, and I called South Jersey Skin Care (I was treated at an urgent care facility a couple of days prior but my condition was worsening). Even though I was a new patient who had never been treated at that location, they were able to get me a same-day appointment in just a few hours. I even arrived an hour early and they were able to see me within 10 minutes. PA Dana Welsh quickly diagnosed and treated my condition. I only saw her for about five minutes, but I didn’t feel rushed and she took the time to answer all of my questions. They called the prescribed medications into my pharmacy within a few minutes and my condition was cured that day. The receptionist was also very helpful, compassionate, and efficient. Overall, a very positive experience!

Beautiful building cool offices and awesome people. Treatment doesn’t take long but I think the place is haunted... some say a mans hand went missing when building the place. I did feel a hand grab my ass going through... overall 5/5 would get my ass grabbed again

DO NOT go to South Jersey skin care for cool sculpting!!!! I had my treatment done in October, and it’s almost February with NO CHANGE!!!! I was horrified to hear them say, “we will price you for a second treatment if you want results!” I told her I would rather go to the gym. I’m not sure about their other treatments, maybe there is results, but please, do your research and consider other facilities for cool sculpting!

Don’t listen to the bad reviews South Jersey Skin Care is a fantastic place. I go there for both cosmetic and medical. Never have had a bad experience. Dr Levin and her staff are great, incredibly knowledgeable and attentive. Dr Levin always takes the time to listen and never feel rushed. Highly recommend!

This place is a huge ripoff! I was treated at the Mount Laurel facility for a cyst. The Nurse Practitioner was seeing me once a month for over 6 months. I received a steroid injection for each visit. I was told the cyst was getting smaller when that was lie. My current dermatologist told me that after the 3rd steroid injection they should have told me the treatment was not working and offered an alternative treatment, but they did not. They continued to treat me and took my money knowing the treatment was not going to work. A huge waste of my time and money!

I saw Michelle during my skin check visit and explained to her that I had squamous cell carcinoma in the past. When she saw some patches on my face that looked very similar to the carcinoma she said they were nothing and just froze them off. Well 5 months later they are back and bigger than when they were frozen off and now they bleed. I am pretty positive it is a carcinoma which is cancerous! When I called to schedule with the Dr and explained my situation they explained she is booked out for 6 months so i would have to see Michelle (who is not a doctor) who misdiagnosed me in the past. I tried giving them a second chance....

I came to South Jersey Skin Care and Laser Center to have a suspiciously ugly mole looked at by one of their dermatologist, Michelle. Upon arrival I was greeted by the front desk attendent and directed to where I could have a seat to wait for my appointment. The office was beautifully laid out with a very calm and elegant atmosphere. I had a very short wait time and was shown to the back where I would have my mole looked at and removed. Michelle was wonderful, she helped ease my nerves as this was my first time being to a dermatologist and made the visit at pleasant as possible. My results were back in about a week and I had a phone call directly from michell to let me know what the next steps would be as the mole came back malignant, she had already notified a cancer center to let them know what was going on and I was seen by this center within a week. I highly recommend coming here for all your dermatology needs as the staff is caring and respectful and so helpful in making sure your specific needs are taken care of.

Amazing staff that care and are comforting along with a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. They are the first facility that I can be truly blessed to have found and happy that I am their patient. The Physician assistants that this doctor has working in her office are highly trained and educated. Needless to say, I was back to my normal self in a short and safe amount of time.

It was disappointing to say the least, about my experience with Dr. Robin Levin's office. I went in to get a cyst removed that was infected. Her PA conducted the procedure, supposedly removed the cyst, sutured the wound closed, not allowing for the area to drain. My husband, who was present with me, asked if they would give me an antibiotic and the PA said "No, she does not need one." With the sutures in tact, the infection was trapped inside, and days later my ear and right side of my face swelled up. It was on a Sunday morning when I phoned into Dr. Levin's office (knowing the office was closed but expecting a call back). There was a message on the answering machine, with no emergency contact phone number. I left a detailed message on my case, requesting someone call me back and instruct me on what I should do. By Sunday afternoon, I could not withstand the pressure on my face, my ear turned blue-black and I was forced to go to the emergency room, where the doctor informed me, they should have never closed the wound and should have prescribed antibiotics. The next day, Monday, I called Dr. Levin's office and told the woman who answered the phone, what happened to me, and requested Dr. Levin phone back. The woman said she'd inform the doctor and I would receive a call back. That same woman phoned back a few minutes later and stated Dr. Levin was told about what happened, and all she said was that her PA did nothing wrong. ??? I never received a call back from Dr. Levin to see if I was alright. At this point I was beyond frustrated and had my husband cancel my follow-up appointment. He informed the office I would not be coming back. Their response, "THAT'S FINE, GOODBYE!" If you want body sculpting or some other cosmetic procedure, I guess they are good for that, but as for being a dermatologist who cares for the well-being of her patients, this is probably not the office to go to.

I had the Miradry treatment done here by Tara and had a wonderful experience. I have suffered from excessive sweating for a very long time and I am now pleased to say that after my second treatment I no longer am embarrassed to wear white dress shirts. The staff was very courteous and knowledgeable and took the time to answer all my questions. If you or someone you know is suffering from the same problem I would highly recommend scheduling a consultation asap.
